I love Frank, he's a genuine guy, me and my wife go there for all our tire needs...he's got great tires for the best prices....he also does other work on cars and his prices are great. Worth going to.

I worked in the tire business for years and Frank's is a great place to get your tires changed and get back on the road at a very good price. People need to understand that warranties are generally not offered on used tires, it's not the fault of the business if used tire fails. I've had tires put on multiple vehicles here. You don't have to make an appointment and they'll get the job done while you wait. Highly recommended!

Joel and his team did an excellent job. I called to check if he had a tire for my Kia and provided him the numbers; he said he had one in stock and told me I could come in as soon as possible and he would replace my tire. terrific price, terrific service, and a fantastic group of men. The last person I went to did a poor job on my tire and charged me an arm and a leg and lied to me, but Joel and his guys performed an excellent job and did not take advantage of the fact that I was a female and didn t know what I needed but they helped me out . I will come back and do service with them again. Definitely recommend them!

The staff was wonderful I was in and out of there. They were super nice and super helpful. I will be going back and recommending to friends. They were also very reasonably priced.

Great customer service, wonderful personalities. I got a full set of tires ,nice tires, mounted,spin and balance in under an hour wait,while they also serviced 4 other customers. With the same professionalism. And did I mention for well under $800-$900 cost I recieved from other tire repair shops.which to note that was just for the tires at the other shops was gonna cost me more per tire to put on and mount after I would have purchased them from them.They also give free rotation when you get a full set.Thank you guys. You were great !,GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES AND HAVE A BLESSED CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY. STAY SAFE

This shop is fast and friendly services. The prices are reasonable, and the owner will work with you if your a regular customer. I would recommend if your looking for a good used tire this is the place to go.

We have used Frank's for two different cars both for emergency flats. They had the tires we needed in stock and got them mounted very quickly. Very reasonable prices. Great customer service.

Third time coming here, 3rd car replacing tires. What a hard working respectful family! I'm so glad my husband found them. They go out of their way to meet expectations. They are honest and reliable. Their deals cannot be beat. The young men work so hard I always tip them even though their dad says it's not necessary because he is teaching them a trade. I became a long-time loyal customer from the first car... I should have posted this sooner!

This is the best place around town reasonable prices and great guy down to earth and is about making his customers happy and he's always going out his way to do that!! He will definitely continue to be tire man or any other services I need!! Thanks Frank's tires yall are wonderful PEOPLE!!

Sold me 2 new tires for Nissan versa. $180.00. Said they have 70000 mile warranty. He gave me no receipt or warranty paperwork for the tires. Then I get home and my husband says I could have gotten 4 new tires put on and everything for $25 more dollars at Walmart with the warranty information . Very sad here at Christmas time. My Husband really liked Frank so we support his business but after this probably gonna just go back to wally world. Smh.

Don't buy tires from this place they got a one day warranty on tires & they don't tell. Bought tire 4 days later took it back they wanted me to pay for another one. Tire was low on air & came off rim & they blamed it on me yet they put tire on & checked air pressure. Very unprofessional & they don't give receipts so u don't have any paperwork to help. To avoid headache & wasting money STAY AWAY FROM FRANK'S TIRES!!!

Just plugged my tire and removed the nail. It was very convenient and fast. Very friendly. I would come back here again if I have any issues with my tires.

Came in to get some tires switched off an old set of rims to a new set and was there only 30 minutes, great prices, in and out very quickly! HIGHLY Recommended

I got a tire from here 2 weeks ago and today tire came off the rim and i called them to give them a chance to make things right but they wouldnt they cost me $165 job today because i couldnt get to it i went to BLACK's TIRES they gave me an almost new tire for $40 and balanced it as they were about to close for the day...if you need tires dont go to FRANK's tires they dont stand behind their work

No movement at all . Had to take my own tire of the wheel and put the new one on ! Charged me 45$ for a 12" tire ... Super slow , everyone is lost .

Great prices, fast service, even multilingual attendants! This family operation really should be the first place you try if you need tire service in Moore County.
