One of the last true, family run, down to earth businesses. They went above and beyond helping me out with a bad battery. when my problem turned out to be more than just my trucks battery they were willing to help diagnose what might be wrong. They even offered me a ride when I thought I might have to take my truck to the dealer. Eventually there amazing techs were able to figure out the problem and get me back on the road. They truely seemed like they cared. this business went out of the way to help with an issue that wasn't battery related. I would go to them for absolutely all my battery needs. Kind, Friendly, Helpful, I cant say enough good things about them.

These guys are the best for anything battery related. Amazing team and hands down the best service I ve ever had.After taking our class b RV out of storage, we discovered our lithium battery went to sleep after being over discharged. Unfortunately, we had a long road trip planned for months that was only a few days away. We spent hours back and fourth to the dealership in Albany and on the phone with the battery manufacturer with no luck. The best solution they offered was to replace the battery which would force us to cancel our trip.We decided to call Yorkville Battery in a last minute effort to repair the battery. I explained our situation and they confidently said bring it in and we ll get you going .I brought my RV to the shop and they started working on it immediately. Pulling access panels off, disassembling the lithium battery then bringing it back to life all in a matter of about an hour. They brought it back to life! And while I waited!We went on our 4,000 mile round trip and it s working perfectly. The battery charges and discharged like normal. We can t believe the level of service and we re just so impressed with how friendly and willing to help they were.We also scored some awesome Streamlight flashlights in their shop before we left which was a nice bonus.They re the best! Thank you guys!

There most knowledge folks around town when it comes to batteries. I've been here several times - always in the dead of winter when my car batteries lose a charge - and they always help. High quality batteries. Good prices too. I would 100% trust a battery from here over one of the large automotive chains.

Only place I know that can rebuild rechargeable batteries for tools. They rebuilt 2 for my hand tools and they hold a charge and last longer then when new, just recently they redid 7 large flashlights for our fire department that hadn't worked in years and now they work great, even converted lenses to led. With them fixing these it saved us a lot of money. Thank you for doing a great job.

I had a great experience there, people were so kind and friendly, helpful and honest.I had a car that I purchased almost two years ago and the battery started to give me troubles, I randomly took it to Yorkville Battery shop to replace it as recommended by my friend since they have fair prices. When I got there and they tested the battery and realized it was almost dead, need replacement, the technician there realized my battery was purchased from them 23 months ago and it had a warranty for 24 months. They changed it free for me and he was very nice and friendly. Thank you so much.

July 2022 I went to Yorkville Battery for the first time. I brought my dead Harley Davidson battery in, because it was kinda new and I was figuring it needed a charge. Upon arrival the friendly lady helped me out and took the battery she did some checks and advised me that it'll need a charge. The next day when they called me she told me to bring in my old home charger and they'll test it for me to see if it works. I returned the next day and they advised me all my battery needed was the charge and they checked my charger (which was good) Then they said I was all set!! Omg, I was stunned!! How awesome was this! All they did for me and no charge. Not to sound like a commercial, but, I can assure you from now on I will do all my battery business with these people in the future.

Fantastic customer service. This entire team of people are really there to help you out they're polite the courteous and very knowledgeable. The prices are highly competitive with everybody else including online purchases.

I called ahead to get the price of the battery and the person was friendly and professional. When I got there I only had to wait about 6 minutes . All the staff was courteous, friendly and professional. I would definitely go there again.

Great people to do business with. Professional, knowledgeable, don't mind taking the time to talk to you about a product. They aren't up selling or pushing, just there to help and advise if you need it. The best part, their prices are better than the competition!

We went this morning to purchase a battery for our Civic and was treated like royalty. I never had to leave the car which took away the worry of waiting in a waiting room of sorts which was worrisome and they had us out of there in no time flat at nearly 1/2 the price I expected to pay. Very impressed.

Great service and awesome prices. Took my tuck in because I thought it needed a new battery. The sales associated checked my battery health and suggested it be replaced. Within 15 mins I had he had a new battery installed and my tuck has never run better. Definitely will be going here from now on for all my battery needs.

We get our car batteries here when needed. Knowledgeable staff and good prices. My most recent need was a battery for an old flip phone. It ultimately did not work out, but they gave me a refund, so no problem. They have batteries for just about anything, so they're my first choice to very likely get what I need without waiting for something to ship (i.e. from Amazon or wherever). They usually can install your car battery while you wait, too. You just show up; first come first serve.

Exceptional business and staff. Not only did they save me approximately $300+ they were friendly and HONEST! You don t find that much anymore. They also made sure I was taken care of right away, which I wasn t expecting. A refreshing experience that will definitely make me go back the next time I m in need of a battery.

Annoyed staff because they were busy.. just pushed me through the line so they could get rid of me. Left my old battery which was probably still good but I had to get to work so I let it slide and wasn t offered any money for the core charge

These guys are the best! They charged and tested my AGM batteries and helped me find a bad switch that should never really go bad; the cause of my troubles. Thanks guys! I highly recommend this business, stop here next time you have battery issues, you won't be disappointed!
