Very positive experience. I called last minute to get my husband's vehicle for an inspection, and it was easy for them to accommodate my schedule. Very budget friendly, and customer service was on point. Highly recommend Tallman's Services, and I will definitely consider them in my future endeavors with my own vehicle.

Chris + the staff were excellent + honest! they fixed my check engine light; told me it was a screen that needed to be cleaned while another shop would have said I needed a new part for my emissions, costing over 1th installed. Needed 4 new tires + everything was done while I waited in a clean nice waiting area. There a Professional operation+ I will be back! I've returned today + they found the issue I've had for 1 year: that Other Shops couldn't find! They listened to me + now I found my place! They gained a great customer who knows her stuff; definitely try them. Happy 2024

Having problem with bouncy feeling in right front end. Did diagnostic check found nothing wrong other than lane change mode was on which can cause a feeling of floating. I was unaware it was on. It must have switched on by accident. Didn't even know where to locate it. Chris and his boss both were amazing and very professional. I will tell all my family and friends to definitely use Tallman's whenever they need any auto repairs. Thanks again for making my experience pleasant.

The boys down there aligned my lifted jeep. Did a fantastic job and ahead of the time frame no hidden fee's, upfront about everything. Really an overall great experience.

Tallman's Tire of Yorkville did an exceptional job at not only honoring the warranty on our 2020 Palisade, but there was no additional cost in doing so. Most vehicle repair facilities tend to find other problems or create other problems in order to extract money from the customer. However, this facility has integrity and they will always be my vehicle repair service of choice.

All great experiences. They ve gone above & beyond in fixing an issue with my vehicle & have provided several services for my vehicle all being great outcomes. They re friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable & accommodating. My new go to place for my vehicles.

I had a surprise flat tire after work. I pulled into the parking lot and Chris behind the desk got my car in within minutes and got my tire fixed within an hour. They even stayed a couple minutes late to get it done. Great service, no complaints.

I had a flat Tire on the Semi Truck and went there they fixed very quick. Tire was punctured by a small Metal. Steve and his team fixed it by easy patch.

Hello, I work for a nationwide auto transportation company, and we have a vehicle storage lot in New York Mills. We are based in Buffalo as well. These guys are first class, always take care of our issue when we drop a vehicle off. They are first class all the way from the time we drop off, until the time we pick the vehicle off! Highly recommended, you can t ask for a better repair facility!

Always a great experience at Tallman s. Knowledgeable and friendly service. I probably had to reschedule my appointment to get my snow tires on 5 times and Christian couldn t be more understanding. The only place I will ever go for tires!

Called the other day because I got a flat and was riding with a donut so I needed a new tire. After calling a few other places to no avail, I called Tallmans where Chris Cavanagh said they not only had a tire in stocks, but could get me in a few hours later. Chris was very professional and helpful upon arrival. Even high fived me when i told him i changed my own tire, in the rain, when i got the flat in the first place. Girls can change tires! We just dont want to. My car was put back together by William Hughes. Took about 45 minutes. He replaced the tire, put the donut back in the trunk on the mount, and I had had my special air topper thing in my cup holder and he replaced that too. I didn't tell him, I had just planned on throwing it on when I got the car back but when I looked, he had already found it and put it on. And they were the cheaper than the places that wanted me to wait 3 days for a tire!! No thank you! I'll def go back. Hopefully won't need to, but I will if I have too.

Spoke to someone there on Wed. Specifically told him repeatedly that I needed 205/55/r17 91h tires he told me he had them at 79.00 plus 20 to mount and balance plus tax, made apt. For fri at 1:00 got there and was told 174. Per tire instead of 79. And they didn't even have them. Seriously very inconvenient not good

Watch out if you go by yourself. Especially if you're a female. They will try to upsale you. And make sure you check your receipts really closely. They charged me for 4 tire disposals, when I took my tires home. Other then that, they were very nice and courteous.

Steve was great fair price in 2.5 hrs they replaced a Break Chamber , S-Cam Kit and slack adjuster , great team Steve hasThanks !Definitely found our guy in upstate NY!

Thank you staff and mechanics on duty this place is fast efficient and friendly people to work with. They did my front brakes and rotors came back to have tires balances due to shaking steering wheel they serviced me in less than an hour and yessssss no more shaking thank you guys i highly recommend!!!!

I went and got an Inspection at Tallmans. The gentleman at the counter Chris Cavanagh was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get me in and out quickly so I could make it to work on time. I was very happy with my experience and will recommend Tallmans to everyone I know! Not to mention how clean the facility was. Top notch!

This is my second time using this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Don't know the gentleman's name that that work there but I feel like they're always honest and don't take advantage of people.

The work was great- replaced brakes and calipers and other stuff- and fast- able to get it done in one day, but your prices are killer- I know carwork is pricey, especially old Jeeps, but I could have made a substantial downpayment on a used car for the price!!!!

Chris was excellent kept me informed as to cause of tire losing air and the need for reprogramming the tire sensors.Valve stem was the cause of a slow leak which was replaced a tires reprogrammed.Thanks Tallmans Tire crew!Kathleen C.

Needed a general oil change and tire rotation on my truck. Called Monday after noon, they got me in the very next day early in am. Service people were extremely courteous and accommodating. The wai was not very long and I discussed a simple tire repair on my other car. They were ready to put me in for an appointment. The price was very fair. I felt like there were no attempts to upcharge or attempt to sell products that I was not interested in in the first place. Living in the Utica area, it is difficult to find a garage that doesn t take advantage of you. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them whenever needed.

Arrived at my scheduled appointment time to be told the work could not be done, due to a broken down alignment machine. I asked why I wasn t called and explained they could have saved me the trip out. I was dealing with Steve and he seemed more interested in shoveling tacos in his face than working on his customer service skills. Terrible service.
