Tyler really helped me out at a jam. I wasn't ready to buy a car right then as I was in the process of buying a house. Found a solution to getting my car back on the road within my budget. I was really apprehensive about having my work done after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was pretty good. I recommend them based upon my good experience.

You guys get 4 stars because I have to agree, your service times are pretty long. I waited some 2 and some change hours for an inspection oil change and rotation.You did well and were polite however, and even apologized for the wait time. This was back in March. My service is coming up soon again. As well as a tire repair hopefully. I was gonna do that quick at Walmart but they rudely turned me away after I waited 2 hours.

Very nice staff. But every time I come here for a service like an oil change or car inspection I have to wait forever. I don t mind waiting but 2hrs plus for a scheduled oil change or car inspection is a little ridiculous. They also always tell me it will be one hour or less for the service so I wait at the dealership because one hour doesn t give enough time to do anything else. If they were transparent with the actual time it would take I would happily leave, run some errands, and come back when the car is ready. I feel like I waste so much time sitting here for hours as they say it ll only be a few more minutes .Update: I waited a total of 2hrs 30 mins for them to say their inspection machine wasn t working but that they changed my wipers and updated my entertainment system and that they ll pay for my $10 car inspection when I reschedule. What a waste of my time.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

The worst service center ever and technicians if that's what you want to call them. I wouldn't give it one star but I had to cuz it wouldn't let me post. The lack of communication was nauseating. Called multiple times to get put on hold with no response. Call multiple times to leave messages with no callbacks. Technician tried to tell me my warranty was canceled. Charged me for a service that I was told would be covered under warranty diagnostics if it wasn't the problem. Tried to tell me that a part may take 6 months to get because the ETA was listed as unavailable. Performing a simple google search the part could have been there the next day from a reputable parts dealer. Had my car for 2 weeks and it was a complete nightmare. Now that I think about it, geez I hope they checked my blinker fluid. I think it was getting low.

Absolutely terrible. went from Nissan to Subaru didnt change a thing. Both are owned by Carbone and are not customer friendly at all. Lies and deceit always trying to screw customers. went in for an inspection, they pulled air filter, cabin filter out Then try to charge you for them, where is this needed for a state inspection/ Same day I heard and witnessed them do it to 2 elderly people. Scheduled app for wheel bearing to be replaced on 2nd day now, no phone calls, no call backs/ finally after 7 phone calls , a call back service reresentative said they didnt have parts? why didnt you have parts when i specifically scheduled a service. also was hung up on by Mary, cause Im asking for an update on my vehicle????

Wouldn't trust them. Very poor experiences. Poor communication, lack of consistency, no customer care. You're better off going anywhere else. They're supposed to have certified technicians, yet when I SCHEDULED an appointment ahead of time (they booked me two appointments on different days and messed up the rental car agreement) my car sat in the garage for HOURS and was ultimately kept overnight. Their excuse: "I want the right guy to look at it" -excuse me, I thought your whole garage was supposed to be certified Subaru technicians and you're admitting you don't trust some of your own mechanics to handle it? That's sad. That was said by Stephanie Brosemer. If you talk to Eddie Garcia you'll find out that you don't have coverage under warranty but another employee can grant you a warranty... As it a warranty is just something we toss around to whomever they pick and choose. Nothing they do here makes sense. Avoid service here. Go anywhere else. I will NEVER do business with Carbone Subaru again.

They lie about everything just to make money. They are not there to help the customer. I said I would never buy from Carbone because of people I know that bought from them and they were 100% right. Do your research and what the car is worth before you go in and buy anything. It's to bad because I always wanted a Subaru so I'll be looking somewhere else for one.

Absolutely the best service in the county! A brand new waiting area is high tech with big screen tvs while you wait.
