Absolutely loved steet ponte Mazda. Our salesman, Shane was amazing, but not only, everyone there helped one another out, and was very friendly. Nobody was pushy as I have experienced in the past other places. It was one big family there and that s what I liked about the place. I was showed everything about the car I purchased. I was told to stop by at anytime with any questions I may have. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a new car. And my Mazda is absolutely beautiful, drives awesome and I have already been in snow falls with it and it s amazing. Plus the warranty is great!!!

We bought our very first car at Steet Ponte Mazda and is very pleased with the service. Peter helped us with the test drive, and answered any questions we had. Peter was also available via text and call. He even helped us get in contact with car insurance company.

I recently purchased a CPO 2021 CX-5 Grand Touring. It was the best experience I've ever had in a dealership. Micah and the staff were fantastic. No pushy sales tactics, very relaxed and professional. We were not familiar with the area and asked Micah to come along for the test drive. He was more than happy to accompany us and took us on a long drive over various road types so we could get a good feel for the car. He explained all the features of the car and assisted us in setting up the Mazda Connect app and showed us how to use it. I can't say enough about the experience and will definitely be back when the time comes!!

Was advised by a friend to try Steet Ponte Mazda. Met with Shane Medley and Peter Kuchler who let us test drive several different models. We were interested in a model they did not have in stock. They were able to find the vehicle we wanted in Rochester NY and were able to get this vehicle for us. They both went overboard fulfilling our needs. They now have a customer for life. Both of these gentlemen are consummate professionals. Thank you for a great buying experience.

Great people to work with, Rick Z and his staff took great care of us. Would highly recommend working with Shane. I was never considering buying a Mazda, but once I took it for a spin . I ended up leaving with two, one for me (cx 30) and one for the wife (cx 50), we love our new Mazda s and the team over there.

This is our family's 3 time buying a car from this Mazda dealership. Every buying experience has been amazing. Wyatt went above and beyond with his customer service. Helping to explain the car features on my top 3 choices so that I made an informed decision. Every salesperson is friendly, helpful and has a no pressure attitude. I highly recommend going to Mazda for all your car needs PS I ended up buying a Toyota thank you Wyatt!!!

First time here ~ best experience ever! I was greeted at the door by Shane. Rick, Jerry, Shane and Shane made the whole process seamless!Have to add, I purchased a CX-30, but would need crossbars in the spring for my kayak. When.my son from NC got wind of that, he called the dealership, ordered and paid for them, hoping they could be on the car the next day when I took delivery. .They ordered them on Friday, expedited shipping for the next day, and were on the car Sat AM when I picked up my car. Way to go Steet Ponte Mazda!

Leased a CX30 and had a great experience here. The salesman Peter was very friendly and willing to work with me on pricepoints. The sales manager Shane was also incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Everything was explained well and laid out fairly with no sneaky business. When my lease is up I will definitely be returning to this dealership for my next car.

Just leased a 2024 mazda cx-30 and had an excellent experience. This is my first time leasing a car and everything was explained to me very well. Everyone was very friendly and kind towards me. The salesman Peter was so helpful and noticed that a higher model was similar in price for much more features and helped me walk away with a nicer car. I will definitely be coming back here when my lease is up!

I've had my 2021 CX-5 for a couple years now and I've come in several times for the normal maintenance and such and the techs, front desk reps, and managers are always super friendly, helpful, and always willing to help in any way they can. It's never a stressful experience (always a pleasure) and they always go above and beyond. They are a one of a kind dealer and service station! I love that they send a video of the work that they do on the vehicle as well! Gives you a level of comfort I've never seen any other business do!

Took my non Mazda car in for service (oil change, inspection). Beautiful facility and very friendly and polite staff. It was a pleasure doing business there and highly recommend them for your auto needs. Will definitely go back in the future.

Buying my Mazda CX5 was a great experience! My salesman Pete was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to show me all of the bells and whistles, and set everything up for me so I was ready to go before I drove it off the lot. Really nice facility too! Super clean and modern. Overall a great experience.

Steet Ponte Mazda is top notch. I just bought a 2024 Mazda CX-30 there. Absolutely love it! Great service! I dealt with Rick Zuccaro & Shane Gosier. They were absolutely fantastic and they got me out of a tough situation I was in with my old vehicle and put me in a new vehicle! Everything was great from top to bottom! I recommend Steet Ponte Mazda to everyone!!! Thank you all!!

The staff was very understanding and helpful with all my problems and immediately had something for me to look at and was ready to let me test drive it right that moment. Brought my 2023 cx-30 in for a computer related issue, loaner vehicle provided and the service was exceptional. The staff was professional and their level of kindness is exemplary. I've owned Mercedes Benz, BMW and Land Rover vehicles, the care received at SP Mazda service department exceeded them all. Can't say enough about this dealership and specifically, their service department. Kudos. 100%

We had a great buying experience on my new car, they made everything simple and smooth with transitioning to the new car and even offered to show us everything in it so we understood all the controls. I was having a hectic time before coming to Mazda trying to find the perfect car, including a dealership losing a car I was going to get lmao. I came to Mazda and Peter greeted me outside, ready to help! Peter and Nate and the rest of the staff were so helpful and kind! I was able to pick a car that met all my needs and get a great deal. Mazda has such a calm, chill vibe, I never felt pressured or confused on anything! So glad I went to Mazda

I had the most pleasant experience when I stopped into Steet Ponte Mazda. I am looking to purchase a new car. A salesman, Nathan, approached me and had the biggest, warmest smile. Asked if I needed help and boy did I. Introduced me to a salesman. He asked multiple questions and by asking new exactly what car would fit my life style and budget. I didn t feel pressured or rushed. I want to thank all the staff for how friendly, professional and helpful they were.

I just purchased a new Mazda this past week. Peter was extremely helpful and professional from the minute I drove into the lot. There was no pressure to make a sale. Within minutes he had the car ready for a test drive. In the next few days he got everything set for the sale and within the week I was driving out of the lot in my new car. Peter handled everything with ease and made the entire process enjoyable. I would certainly recommend Peter and Steet Ponte Mazda without reservation. Job well done.

Had to have warranty work done that took several weeks- Dan was great to work with, communicated about progress, and made the work as convenient as possible for me. Much better experience here than with either of the Syracuse area dealers- worth the drive!

This was the easiest car buying experience. Brian Poppleton was so easy to work with. He was kind, friendly, and the most helpful and honest. I recently had a routine service to my vehicle at Steet-Ponte Mazda. While I never had a bad experience there, I had forgotten just how customer-focused they are at Steet-Ponte.Making my appointment was easily done online with follow-up reminders by text and email messages.At the appointment, I was cheerfully greeted and had text message comm with my service tech. The service was performed promptly while I waited comfortably in their waiting area.As my service was being completed, I was able to view critical areas of the service sent by my tech on video. I think that a good service experience, such as mine, should be part of an overall purchase experience at any dealership. Clearly, it is not, and I would place Steet-Ponte Mazda's service on a higher level than most.Well done guys. See you next time!
