Rear bumper dented and fender scratched. Both repaired like original. Very satisfied with the repairs. Sean was extremely helpful. Kept me updated on the work and delivered when promised. Very professional. Would recommend to others in. Need of body work.Art Mckinnon

There was a Miss understanding with the shop and me. They did awesome work on my repairs the other issue with my tires shaking was just normal maintenance. Nothing they did or caused to happen. It was just frustration on my part and I give them credit on there part and appreciate them getting in touch with the dealership to fix the issueI would use this shop again in the future

Forewarning....check other shops in your area!!! This has a 3 star rating, others have 4. I'm seeing a lot of unhappy customers regarding work so I thought I'd add mine. Yrs ago I was in an accident miles from home. Someone suggested I go here. I was able to get a rental from Enterprise for several wks until my car was repaired. My car wasn't that old but for some reason I noticed the paint peeling & chipping yrs later and my car rarely sits in the sun. Apparently this place doesn't take pride in their work and will hire anyone to fill an employee slot. Perhaps a good YouTube video would help or the materials being used are low quality. Some steps seem to be missed or not enough of another. I would never return here, even if I was a resident.

Todd and the the crew at the steet body shop did a great job on my family's vehicles! They were easy to work with and went above and beyond to work with our insurance company. Todd really knows his stuff!

Let's see where do I even begin. This was one of my worst body shop experiences I've ever had. I usually work on my cars when minor repairs are needed but this time the damage was big and I went through my insurance. This shop took about 2 and a 1/2 months to fix my car even though the insurance estimated 3 weeks. After I picked up the car the following day the car did not start because the battery was fully drained from sitting that long. They made a claim that the battery was old even though I got this car a year before with a new battery installed. Todd (the manager) was blame shifting and did not want to take any responsibility. After I got the car I noticed that not all repairs were made and so I had to bring the car back to the shop which took more time. When the repairs were done a second time they lost my key for my wheel� locking lug nuts and one of the locking lug nut was missing. I had to wait another few weeks to have a new set put on my car. The body work that they did was not professional. The gaps are uneven. There are missing screws and panel fasteners which I will just have to take care of it myself. Very sloppy job. Why would local dealerships recommend this place?? My biggest mistake was that i did not check the reviews even though I usually do and took the dealerships advice to bring my car here for repairs..blindly without doing my own research. Don't make the same mistake I made. Stay away from this place. Also look below for excuses or some form of useless explanations from the owner in response to my review. Bad businesses like to make themselves look good any pssible way to not lose clientele.

Body shop messed up my bumper by putting a screw in it to "fix it" when I brought it to their attention took about a month to get in fixed and they bought a new bumper painted it and new wheel wells

Had to bring my car in several times for the same issues. Wasnt happy with the final results but gave up because i was sick of constantly having to bring my car in, and being disappointed every time, i simply decided to try and live with the blemishes. 5 months later and my "new" paint looks terrible. It looks like the clear coat is coming off. If youre looking to have something painted on your vehicle, skip this place.

***BEWARE OF THE STEET PONTE BODY SHOP***If I could give less than one star, I would. DO NOT go to this body shop if you expect any type of good work done on your vehicle. Absolutely terrible work, terrible service, HORRIBLE communication; these people are extremely SHADY and TERRIBLE AT WHAT THEY DO! Absolutely TERRIBLE... If you get your car painted, expect terrible air bubbles, streaking, hazing from bad buffing, and soft paint that scratches very easily. We have had to bring our car back SEVERAL TIMES and and we are STILL unhappy with the work done by these professionals. ... again, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!*IF YOU PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM ANY STEET PONTE DEALER IN YORKVILLE, THIS IS WHERE YOUR CAR WILL BE TAKEN FOR ANY EXTERIOR REPAIRS; & YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE IN GOOD HANDS HERE.* You will not be happy, you will be coming back several times to get your car taken care of again just to be back again because they just can NOT get it right the first time, the second time or the third time for SIMPLE every day tasks expected of a body shop.So if you plan on working with this body shop, be sure you have tons of spare time, money and patience; because you will need it.BEWARE!!!!!

I went in to get a quote on a "ding" I have on my car. Todd V was very friendly, knowledgable. He answered all my questions without a hassle. When I do get the ding fixed....Todd is who I am calling!

WIFE AND I BOUGHT TWO VEHICLES FROM STEETWIFE HIT A DEER AND TOOK OUT FRONT CLIPBODY SHOP JUST WILL NOT CALL US BACK, NUMEROUS PHONE CALLSWE WERE GM OWNERS FOR 40 YEARS, GUESS WE WILL BE GM OWNERS AGAINLACK OF SERVICE IS INTOLERABLE
