We purchased a 2024 Honda Pilot. Such an easy purchase. Parker Horan and Paul Roefaro made the process a pleasure. Love our vehicle. Parker took his time and explained every little detail. Paul made the finance part a piece of cake. We highly recommend Lead CarNo pressure just a wonderful experience from start to finish!!! Attention ladies Parker is single, funny and handsome!! Vincent and Lydia were incredible throughout the entire process!! Answered all our questions and were very patient throughout the entire process. Vincent did a great job making the process smooth and very painless. Looking forward to seeing him again when we need to replace our Jeep.

I worked with Parker Horan on my new 2023 Civic EX. Let me just say this dealership makes your life a lot easier. Being from Albany it was a little bit of a trip but the whole process was done very smoothly. If you looking to get a new or used Honda check out Leadcar Honda in yorksville they ll hook you up. Don t forget to ask for Parker!

I would have to say this is the best experience I have ever had buying a car!! I would recommend this place to everyone!! Eddie was the sales person that helped me pick out my car. Eddie was so nice full of energy and went out of his way and answered all my questions about the car I wanted and was very knowledgeable. Also AJ was awesome and answered all my questions and concerns!! Brandon was also awesome and answered all my questions!! I have bought cars before but this was such a different experience I didn't feel rushed everyone was so nice. Also I absolutely love my car!! Thank you and that store has awesome people working there and truly want to help and provide great customer service!!

We just bought a 2024 CR-V Hybrid from LeadCar and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Our salesperson, Parker, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the car. There was very little of the usual car dealer haggling. I told them how much I wanted for my trade in and they came very close. All in all I would recommend LeadCar to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Vinnie was fantastic from start to finish and made my car buying experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. He held the door and greeted me, kept me informed every step of the way, and did so without any pressure. Brandon was equally as polite and helped me determine the best warranty for my individual needs and answered my financial questions. All in all, every person I came into contact with at this dealership was very kind and helpful. I cannot recommend the dealership, specifically Vinnie and Brandon enough.

Called to get my Acura RDX serpentine belt changed. The girl was abrupt on the phone put me on hold for 6 minutes and when she came back on told me to call Acura and get the part number, then call LeadCar Honda's and see if they have the part. Then call her back to schedule service. Called a local garage. And they got it in without me having to make 3 calls.UPDATE:I was pleasantly surprised when Bill from Leadcar Honda reached out regarding my review. You can tell that he genuinely cares about customer service and has done everything in his power to make this error right. It's rare these days to get a response to any review. But he called me very quickly after posting. Additionally he asked questions and explained what occurred in my situation and really listened to what I needed. I am very grateful for his intervention and look forward to getting my service at an authorized dealership now. Thank you very much Mr. Crofton.

Shopping for a car? Hit up my boy Dan M. Promise you that not all salesmen are out to just get your money. We spent hours with him and honestly no other way I would have spent my time. Very disappointed with my last two service experiences here. I went in for a scheduled recall appointment. The recall paperwork said the service would take an hour, the service representative said it would take 2-3 hours, they had my vehicle over 6 hours. I tried to give them a second chance with a routine state inspection. I called to try to set up an appointment, they said I did not need one because they have express service for these types of jobs. When I went in, the service rep would not even consider this rationale and set up an appointment for the next day. I head back for the appointment, and they said it would take 1.5-2 hours and I can leave it with them - for an inspection! I m not sure what this business does, but they certainly don t prioritize the customer and their time.

There is something very unique about the team at LeadCar Honda in the way they work together to give you the best possible car buying experience. My fianc� and I totaled our previous car during an inconvenient time and Joe H went above and beyond to secure us a dream deal. I am now driving a beautiful low-mileage SUV that I would otherwise never have gotten had I not stayed with them to the end. These are highly competent people that will take care of you and I would highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Carlos. Although he was transitioning to Honda, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Dealing with the manager, Rob was also a stress free experience and went above and beyond to get me the most for my trade! Finally, Eddie was also very helpful with his experience at the dealership and helping Carlos slip into his new role. Everyone employee seemed to be happy to be there and made you feel welcome as soon as you stepped in the door. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a new vehicle!

IF it were possible to give ZERO I would. NEVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE have I ever brought a car somewhere and been TOLD what my concerns were, TOLD what they did to my car, and I never authorized a thing. You know us little women don't know a single thing. THANK GOODNESS the "big men" of LeadCar Honda were there to TELL ME WHAT my concerns were. They kept my car overnight without any warning even though they had it since 2pm. I didn't sign a single document, which is ILLEGAL-last I knew in NYS you needed a signature to do work on someone's car, NO? AND still charged me nearly $200. Which I gladly paid to get my car from the kidnappers, especially after the service manager said- allow me to quote- "I CAN MOVE THESE NUMBERS TO WHATEVER COLUMN I WANT TO." I said "just so you get your money right?" to which he said yeah.They keeping texting to say they're sending the survey to review their service department, nothing received (SHOCKER) and no one has responded to my emails. I've filed a complaint with LeadCar corporate if they care who knows. I'm about to file a complaint with the DMV.LADIES BEWARE!!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place. The drive to Syracuse for a Honda dealer or Albany is nothing compared to being talked to like I was a stupid woman. NEVER AGAIN.

I recently bought a car from a small dealership. I brought it here to be checked over to make sure it was safe and reliable for my daughter and I. Corey was who serviced my vehicle and did amazing! I paid way less than I thought I was going to! I had to stay and wait with my toddler and everyone was very nice to her and showing her toys. She didn't cry even once! If you have a child you have to wait with while your car is looked at this is the place! I spent less than $300 which is a win for me! I figured a dealership would have charged a lot more! Thank you so much Corey, Sebastian, and Dan M. Dan M. helped schedule my car, Sebastian and Corey kept me up to date every chance they could!

I went in to test drive a pilot knowing I d need to move to a third row SUV in the near future. I loved the car but we decided to wait until spring rather than get a new one right before winter. AJ and Joe both reached out multiple times to work up a deal I d feel comfortable with now, and we couldn t be happier. We also were able to have it detailed and picked up the same day we made the decision
