Over staffed over paid and under age. Add the ages 2 oldest there one day and it didn't even add up to my age. I'm only 40. 5 out of 6 times they can't get the order right. They can't count change. They seem high almost always. I'll be going elsewhere now.

It was our first trip to Carbone Chevy's service department and I have to say it was an incredibly satisfying experience. The staff was great. We found the people to be friendly, courteous and very helpful. They took care of our problem quickly, professionally and the work was outstanding. Would definitely consider buying a car from them.

Got 4 shiny new tires for less than $700 :-) Carbone Chevy beat out the next closest competitor's price by over $100. Entire appointment took a little over an hour. Very friendly staff. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and will be coming back. Great job and thank you!

Had been receiving emails about 2021 Silverado's for a couple months after exploring the Carbone site. Stopped in to see what they had, as most of the trucks in the email were "in transit". Spoke first with Jill, who had been sending the emails. She put me in touch with a sales rep, Ray, who showed the only 2021 Silverado 1500 on the lot, sent me off on a test drive, and talked me through the process. It was an easy, no pressure experience. I later met with Tim to do the paperwork. He got me a really good interest rate. Thank you to all involved.

We ordered on a truck that was being transported and not even on lot. They were great keeping us informed when it arrived and starting the process of purchasing. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

For an oil change and rotate tires and initial check was there for 4 hours and still didn t finish the recalls and updates, never even read the notes on the service schedule as had asked about mudflaps and the undercoating was sprayed all over the running boards and it was supposed to be washed. Not a happy customer! Call them don t schedule your appointment online if you want something done. Never figured would still be setting there after 4 hours and still not done need to reschedule for the rest. 2021 Chevy Tahoe.Service: Oil change

The service department attempted to overcharge me for a service repair. Work they stated takes 3 hours I ended up doing by myself in 45 minutes in the parking lot without a lift or power/air tools. I have a couple concerns #1 the amount of recall/updates required (5+ for a 2019 vehicle) is just crazy. I realize that this is not a result of the dealership but it is definitely leaving me with a bad taste for Chevy#2 the hours posted on the door do not reflect the actual hours of operation of the service dept.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was a little nervous as this was my first time buying a vehicle without my late Husband but from the first email with Jill Graziadei till the very end of the deal with Ray Peck was a very enjoyable experience, they took very good care of me they listened to everything I was saying which was very important to me, everyone there that was involved with this deal was wonderful they are an asset to your company and I will definitely recommend Carbone Chevrolet to all my family and friends. What a trip! Had my vehicle overnight to replace the tail light. I called the next day at 10am to see if it was ready. Was told the part was in just needed a tech to install it. Never got a call that it was ready..I called 20 minutes before you closed and was told someone will hang around past 5. Why thanks. If my vehicle wasn't under warranty I wouldn't bring it there at all!

The people at this carbone is wonderful! I had a difficult situation going on and everyone at this office worked together to make sure that I would be sold a comfortable vehicle for my family and I. My experience was excellent the people at carbone were courteous polite well spoken and very very helpful very prompt when they said they were going to do something and call you back they called you back and it was done i am very happy with carbone and will use them for the rest of my life and my business is life

I was 1,000 miles over for a recall that I asked them to do months ago. And they told me I didn t need it. Going through GMC claims now. I will NEVER use carbone again!!!!
