From the beginning the experience was superb. Bridget got the deal started on the phone, she was friendly and extremely honest. Next, we met with Chris, the manager who was friendly and upfront about the process. Bill Slater was our salesman and was absolutely awesome! Every part of the transaction was seamless. In my 43 years of driving it was by far the best buying experience I have had! From start to finish, we were so pleased, no surprises, no pressure but absolute honesty. I highly recommend Lead Car when you are in the market for new wheels.

I can t say enough. Everyone was great to work with. Bill Slater our salesmen was great I wouldn t hesitate to return to him and refer everyone that asked about my experience and was looking for a good dealership. I live a hour away and it is well worth the trip. Not to mention the finance manager we worked with was also great. Everyone kept us informed and helped out in anyway they could. Honestly never had a dealership treat me as well as lead car did. I was treated like a friend not like a customer. Again I can t say enough. Bill thank you and everyone for everything and keep up the great work. It was a pleasure working with you

The service was phenomenal, they helped us in a time when we needed the help. We were on our way home to Maine and they went out of their way to help with the problem that we were having. My hat goes off to the service manager, the mechanics, and the parts people. They worked extra hard to get what was needed so my wife and I could get on the road back to Maine. Thank you doesn't say enough.

Very easy and seamless process from start to finish. My salesman Kellmy Paute was simply wonderful to work with and was so nice and helpful to me. Cory and Chris were also great when it came to wrapping up the financial aspect of my new lease.

Bob took great notes of my concern and the technician fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. During write up I was presented a nice packet on my vehicle including vehicle warranty, recommended maintenance. Chevrolet has improved the customer service experience and Bob executed perfectly

A oil change and tire rotation a smile and have a good day then I read the notes when I get home and see they broke a emblem out of my rim, and halfassed tried to fix it.. not saying anything to me left a bad taste in my mouth, so I go out to look and sure enough it s was gone. Just thinking about the part of not saying anything is upsetting, I just purchased the truck 5 weeks ago from the dealership, leaves me to wonder what else may be untold..

2023 Chevy Colorado TrailBoss and LeadCar ChevroletI was very satisfied with LeadCar Chevy. I saw the truck I wanted and sent a request. Within 10 minutes Steve called me back and got working on the sale for me. We figured out a time to pickup the car and it was done. The entire time, Steve answered all of my questions and gave me updates as we went. When I picked the car up, it was very smooth. Corey, the finance manager , was great to work with! Made it feel very comfortable and a no pressure situation. All in all, the entire process was approximately 2 hours start to finish. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. If you are in the market for a new car, I would certainly recommend LeadCar Chevrolet!

It was a pleasurable car buying experience. Jasmin Dizdarevic was excellent. He was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed us. I don t remember the sales managers name but he and the finance manager Kris Culver were also a pleasure to do business with.

Stopped in today with our Silverado because the check engine light came on. I was greeted by Cara, who was WONDERFUL. I asked to speak to the service manager. His name was Joe. I told him we were leaving Wednesday morning for Illinois. He referred me to August, who said that they charge their hourly rate of $179 just to have them look at our vehicle and tell me what the problem is. Outrageous!! It ended up being a fuel tank pressure sensor, a $60 part that they charged $109 for. I get it I realize they have to make money, and one way to do it is by charging close to double for the part. That didn t bother me anywhere near as much as the $429.60 for labor!! Our total bill was $585.72 for a $109 part!!! Again, OUTRAGEOUS!! So upsetting!

recently i bought a car from leadcar chevy: it was my first time doing this on my own, i tried doing a lot of research beforehand and was very worried since all i ve ever heard about dealerships was how money hungry they are. i did not feel this was the case at all!! jasmin answered all my questions without judgment, nor did he ever make me feel like i was bothering him. jasmin ensured that i would have the perfect car for me, worked with my budget and broke down everything for me, i never felt like i was being forced into buying a more expensive car or adding on things that weren t necessary, which was something i was worried about. he was very personable and first time buyer friendly. i just upgraded from a 2006 nissan that was bought for me when i was 17 and didn t know much about buying cars or much about cars overall. jasmin went over all of the details and functions on the car, and set my phone up so i can listen to music on the drive home i absolutely loved my experience and jasmin even followed up with me a couple days after purchase and answered more of my questions lol kris also was very helpful and friendly, the whole process was quick and painless. i m very grateful for this experience and all that was done, thank you so much leadcar team!! :) 10/10

i ask them to look up a recall on my gmc terrain they said it was all ready done ; i told them it hadith but she said only can do it once . i call gm and they told me it hadit been done . by this time i had to pay for the safety recall done it was my windshield wiper arms and i am disable and have a lift on the back of the suv so i nead it to get to doctors

Bought a new Tahoe for the best price I could find within 500 miles. Flew in from out of state and drove it back to surprise my wife for Christmas. LeadCar made the transaction quick and seamless. Highly recommend. Tim in Finance is especially great to work with.

My service was only for an Engine oil/filter change. I only spoke to the "Desk" person. She was polite and engaging. My service was done in less than an hour, so that was good. The price seemed reasonable.

Brought car with CUE issue. Cadillac is known for them .. Told them check car out. 9000$ OUT OF YOUR MIND .Went home went on You Tube Fixwd it for free . Corporate greed
