Complete lockout of my car. My vehicle died with the doors locked. I thought I was going to need a locksmith because my manual key inside my remote key was not cut. Saccos locksmith recommended Elite Towing. Believe I ve used them in the past. Great service, fast and easy. I even got a text when my service was done. Thank you!

Coming back from wrecking my car, the SUV I have now lost brakes. Drove from NH to NY with 4 kids who endured the same wreck. Colin from Elite Towing is amazing as I was extremely distraught. 5 stars for their wonderful crew

It was a cold Thanksgiving day 2023 when on my way to my Mother's house my car broke down so I googled tow trucks near me. I called Elite Towing. They were there in 20 minutes. Professional service, good price and a warm flatbed to ride in back to my house. Highly recommended!!

My wife's Acura had a flat (they no longer come with spare tires). They showed up within 10 minutes. We paid by card and drove away iny vehicle as hers was safely towed away off the highway. Driver was nice, polite and friendly. That's rare these days. Thanks Elite!

Showed up at a short notice on a Sunday morning and replaced the tire so i did not have to tow. Very reasonable price highly recommend them.

Expensive but in 0 degree weather the truck got to me in 10-15 minutes and the driver was really fast and knowledgeable how to load and unload the vehicle. Great service overall.

Friend of mine had an issue with his automobile, he tried several tow companies with no results. I contacted Colin at Elite and within 20 minutes, my friends auto was in route to a repair shop. Great res pounce and service. Prompt and courteous. Recommend highly.

Not once was I disappointed calling Elite Towing 315, I have called them in storms and they ve showed up when they said they were coming every time . I recommend you call them first even before you call the hospital

The person who came out was very polite and helpful. He even explained that should this happen again to not have them go through the drivers door. I called Elite for a battery jump and then two days later for a tow to a local garage. Both times, they responded immediately! The driver was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and courteous! My son went off the road into a ditch during the most recent snowstorm. Fortunately no one was hurt. We thought it would be almost impossible to find someone to pull him out quickly. I placed a call to Elite, and as expected there was no answer, but just a short bit went by and there was a return call from Elite apologizing for not answering as they were quite busy that day. They were able to commit to pulling the car out of the ditch within 45 minutes of the call. It was greatly appreciated and they were incredibly polite and professional. First of all they were very understanding about the address confusion. I often forget there are multiple addresses for the business I got stuck at. The driver was prompt, the dispatcher called multiple times once they realized they had gone to the wrong business and they honored the original quote even though I probably should've been charged more for where I was. I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion from this company and am very happy with the car and service. Colin was very helpful and accommodating. I did run into an issue with an outer tie rod and they fixed it, no problem. Frank, the mechanic, was very helpful as well. Showed me the bad part and gave me tips on how to make them last longer. All in all, I would come back in a heartbeat to buy another car. I will also recommend this company to friends and family who may need a car or their services.
