I went to see a used 2013 Ford escape that they told me was an exceptional car. They told me that they had put 4800 into the car to get it perfect so I drove all the way there only to be disappointed. When I got there the car had never been detailed and smelled like a wet dog. You would think that a prospective customer would like to see a clean car. They said that they had replaced the brakes all around, but you can see all four rotors and they all had deep grooves which indicates the brakes weren't replaced. I drove it anyway and found the transmission was bad. When I put a heavy foot on the gas the car skipped and bucked and slowed way down. When I pulled back into the car lot the brakes failed and the car wouldn't stop. Two sales people told me how great the car was to get me in there and I feel disappointed that I was lied to. The sad thing is that they still advertise the car on the website and I know that the car wasn't repaired.

The salesperson Andrew Wing is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the first time leasing and explained how it works that is clear and able to understand. He listened to what I was looking for. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a car.

Chrysler dodge jeep ram of Utica was amazing Alexander St. John was amazing he made sure that I had a rental that fit my family when my vehicle needed to be in the shop for a long period of time and that my needs were met. He always reached out to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything all of the staff members there were amazing. Also when I first went there the head boss Mark was amazing he is the person who made sure that I was taken care of the first time I went there. I will continue to bring my vehicle there for service as they made sure I was taken care of. Thank you for the amazing service.

They helped me get in and out in one afternoon with my dream car robbery, enthusiastic and happy for me and showed a genuine care for what they were doing. Seems like they were a little shorthanded though because it took a long time to get done but my sales person was wonderful and so is everybody else it was working and really looking forward to having a new relationship with you guys and when I get ready to buy my daughter her car and this next year, you re definitely the first person I consider

I purchased a 2021 Ram Laramie from this dealer back in March 2023, I was forced by the sales person on to an extended warranty claiming that the lender was not going to approve the loan without it, shame on me for not verifying the information, I have now canceled that extended warranty as of 11/9/2023, I was informed that the pro rated refund was going to be issued back to me in 7-15 days, it has been 93 days and I have not yet received my refund, I spoke to the insurance company Zurich and they have processed everything and informed me the dealer is responsible for issuing the refund, I have been coming to the dealer every 2 weeks in search for an update but all the information I get is to keep waiting. No refund should take 90+ days

When I scheduled the appointment I was told it would take 2-2.5 hrs. So I planned to wait at the dealership. But after arriving at 11:00 I was told it would be 4-5 hrs. Fortunately, I was given a ride home by a very nice young man. Vehicle was done by 4 but since I live 40 mins away I left it overnight. The young man who scheduled me was very nice and apologized for not knowing how long the service would take. Now waiting for a part to arrive and have to schedule another appointment.

Scheduled appointment was 11:30 didn t get my car back till 4:20 ridiculous for oil change tire rotation and balance and inspection. People in service office were rude will not go back even for the oil changes I already paid for. Not to mention when I first call to schedule the appointment the lady was rude brushed me off and told me one of the techs would call me back they were busy and hung up. I waited 2 days for someone to call me no one did went online to schedule the appointment and had to wait an additional 2 weeks which put me over miles for my oil change.

Honestly, it was the worst day to get it oil changed, and there was nobody there. I thought oh I ll be in and out damn straight. I was in an out because they had no staff everybody quit I wonder why. Not only did I have to wait six weeks for a appointment to get my oil changed I was 2000 miles over because you have no techs that sounds like a you problem. I had an appointment to get my car serviced ,oil change and have them check out the noise that it s continuing to make and the only thing they did was change the oil that was it never took my car out for a test drive because the miles were the same when they checked in and checked it out. Never put a sticker on the windshield to tell me when I m supposed to come back and get my oil changed the lack of customer service. I m sorry, but this is the worst service department I have ever been to hands-down. I will not be bringing my car back for the lifetime oil changes that I was charged over $700 for ,I would much rather pay somebody to do it this way. I know it gets done properly anytime I took my vehicle anywhere for oil change I ve had all my fluids topped off, I ve had my tire pressure checked everything these people did nothing except put oil in my car. Absolutely nothing this place hands-down is terrible. Their customer service is terrible. Or I should say lack of customer service yeah so you can say that I m not a happy customer and this is not the first time that I ve had an issue with the service department. I m just being honest and keeping it real you want in my opinion you got it

Jarred helped get me into my brand new Wrangler and the entire experience was a 10/10 throughout the entire process. Not pushy at all and really makes you feel comfortable. Bailee in finance did a phenomenal job as well. You gotta go see Jarred & Bailee if you re looking for a new ride!!

Have had the worst time with this place ever since they sold me my vehicle. The follow ups with them have been nothing but a hassle especially with the service department.. honestly wish I never went to this place for my first car buying experience.truck drives nothing like when I first got it

My experience with your service department was horrible. Called and left a voicemail for service manager and got no response from him also. Made an appointment and had to call every day to see what was going on and my vehicle was in twice for check engine light. Recently bought vehicle back in November and had to wait 3 weeks the first time to get my van in and the 2nd time was 2 weeks out so that 5 weeks of my 60 day warranty that was a waste. My sales man was great and friendly but I had an issue with my radio and Uconnect because it's outdated and can not use anymore and didn't know that when I bought the van. Would have been nice to know cause that possible could have been worked into the deal. Or I could have looked at other cars

Great customer service and friendly, professional and helpful staff. Very happy with my service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X..... my new tires are amazing and super happy I was able to get them while they were having the promotion of buy 3 get one free!! Thank you to everyone at the Utica Jeep Dealership!! You made my visit great! Now back home to Michigan I go with my new amazing tires and fresh oil change!

Completely classless and unprofessional dealership. It took me 3 weeks to purchase a warranty, which took me driving to the dealership since I couldn't get anyone to call me back. Then, service advisors who will lie to your face, good luck getting someone in service to even answer the phone. The customer is a number and a dollar sign. They don't care about the customer, there is no customer service here.

Made an appointment for an oil change and to check on a recall. I expected things to move slowly as this dealership is always busy. I settled in for the long haul and was pleasantly surprised when it took a fraction of the time expected. Meanwhile, I m in a cozy waiting area with free wifi, free coffee and free snacks. I m a happy camper. Everyone is wonderful and treats you like you re the only customer they had that day

Would never buy from this dealership. After having a video sent to me confirming the vehicle was going to be mine, they sold it out from under me. Nothing was mentioned for deposits, money down etc. I was told it was my vehicle which I had all intentions of buying. I even took a day off of work, my wife took a day off of work, and we re-scheduled to accommodate making it down to the dealer. We had an appointment set to come in and buy the truck. I am extremely disappointed. They actually lost two sales today because my wife was looking to trade in her vehicle too. At least have the courtesy to call me before making a sale, not after it already happened.

I recently purchased a 2017 BMW from CDJR if Utica. Our salesman Jordan was excellent! He was patient and worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. He was very good at following up with texts and phone calls throughout the process!! The Business/ finance manager Matt was excellent as well. Everyone was so courteous and professional. Thanks to all for your excellent service. I will highly recommend CDJR if Utica to others and we will be certain to purchase from you in the future!
