They towed my car for me after I hit a deer and were not only incredibly quick , considering it was after hours, but also very kind and professional during such a stressful situation. Prior to this I had never heard of them but will certainly be recommending them to others!

first time customer. dropped my bmw off last with with a no start issue. couple days later they called car was ready, was only a bad ground cable in and out. nice. will def use again.last time i had this issue i brought to bmw dealer and they got me for a $900 starter. never again.Thanks Guys!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Terrible. They were supposed to hand my key to the repairshop guy and they just dropped it in the street with the key left in without even letting the autoshop know it was there!!

Great place to bring your car. Brought my car to a different shop while I was working out of town and they charged me double what I would have been charged if I brought to advanced automotive. Wouldn t bring my car to any other shop and always recommend them to anyone who doesn t have a mechanic! Well, Too expensive and didn't do the job after he said he knows the issue and he will fix it. His Mechanic came and diagnosed the issue with Mercedes 2016 CLA 250 with 35,000 Miles on it. He said the issue is between Transmission and The Engine. Cost me $25.00 running diagnostics, Towing $75.00, We need to bring to the shop on bigger computer and we will fix it he said. We have to download a new software and he worked with someone who is not even in the Country. (first indication that i shouldn't bring my car to him.) He towed the car and after 4-5 days nothing happened. Didn't fix it and he charged me close to $400.00 in total for doing nothing. I had to pay it to get the my car to bring to Mercedes Syracuse where the car was done in one day. Didn't want to refund me or at least 50%. money back. I understand time and his bills but ripping me off and didnt do anything it is not the way you handling business like that. Not Cool at all.

This shop rebuilt my engine a couple weeks ago. I currently have my engine leaking coolant from the head gasket. I brought it back, He put it up on his lift to take a look at it. Said it was leaking coolant from somewhere else. I'm collecting quotes from other shops before I confront him again.Will update if he makes thing right. As of right now, I would not recommend this shop at all.

Company did work on my Car and when I went to pick it up the car didn't start and then they said that the computer for the car was no good so 400 dollars later when I went to pick up the car the second time, the owner proceeded to tell me that he did extra work and tried to charge me another 450...definitely didn't pay for that and I didn't authorize the work to be done. Then I tried next Gen auto who is family to this company and tried to pull the same scheme...but that's another review.Service: General repairs & maintenance

had a issue with my car owner wouldn't hear what had to say and he couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Didn't fix anything left things loose

That place is good to go to buy parts for your car the employees are nice when you buy wipers for your windshield they will put them on for you
