I could not be happier with this service! There is nothing messier and chaotic than being the victim of a car accident, but Yorktown Auto Body made the process of getting my car fixed worry-free. Gave me updates about my vehicle while they had it and told me everything they were doing. Not to mention, my car looks brand new! They even detailed the inside of my car and cleaned up scratches on the outside. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Yorktown Auto Body!

While the requested repair to the exterior of our Toyota RAV4 was done timely and well, damage was done to the interior of our car when they were cleaning it which the owner would not take responsibility for. This has required us to now take our car to another shop the repair a torn steering wheel that the owner labelled as 'normal wear and tear' when there had been no damage to the steering wheel prior. This lack of accountability for damage done outside the purview of the actual job makes me unable to recommend this auto body shop to anyone, even though the repair personnel were very helpful in trying to help resolve this issue, the owner did not take responsibility.Service: Body & Trim

I used Yorktown Auto for a recently auto body repair. Every one from the ladies at the front desk to the mechanics were all super polite and helpful. I received text updates while they had my car and a phone call when it was finished. It was completed quickly. The car was returned washed and vacuumed. The work on the car looks great. Will definitely return for future work.

They do exceptional work. I dropped my Jeep Wrangler off for a bumper replacement and I had quite a few scratches as well and they did a great job You can t even tell that they were there! They also took a look around the whole car and removed any other scratches they found along with a larger one free of charge!Amazing service. My Jeep was repaired in a timely manner - a lot quicker than expected /,they definitely won t leave your car there for days unattended. They got right to work. They also detailed it inside dnd out. It looks beautiful. I was very surprised that it was cleaned when I picked up because I was not expecting it. I thought the repairs would have been done only - I was pleasantly surprised. They went the extra mile and you can tell they take pride in their work. Staff is patient, super friendly, honest and accommodating. If you need body work done - take it there because your vehicle will be in great hands

Nick at Yorktown Auto Body called me as soon as my car was brought in to inform me of the process and estimated repair time and was very professional, polite, and informative. My car was ready ahead of time and all work done was spectacular. Upon pick up, the staff was very attentive. Thank you for a positive experience

Yorktown Autobody did a great job with my car. I had dents on both sides of my car, my bumper, and needed a new tire rim. When I got my car back it looked brand new! People at my job actually thought I bought another car.

I broke down by Bryant Pond Rd exit of Taconic Southbound where there s no shoulder on a blind turn. What started as a stressful night ended with a very respectful and knowledgeable tow truck operator named Pablo from Yorktown auto body. I expected the worst but I got the best! Reasonable price and outstanding service. Thank you Yorktown Auto Body for being honest and trustworthy!! I will definitely recommend your business in the future!!

Yorktown Auto Body is the place where my car, after it was in an accident, was taken to. The staff there is super friendly and accommodating and helpful. While my insurance required me to take the car elsewhere, I would come back to Yorktown for any future accident repairs. Thanks Yorktown Auto Body!!

My father's car had a leak somewhere within the body of his car and he brought it to at least 3 other places over the course of 2 months. None of them were able to find and fix the issue. Yorktown Auto Body found and fixed his car within a few hours! Rain hasn't leaked in since. When rain started to leak into my car last month I immediately booked an appointment with them. Not only did Nick fix the leak in my sunroof with ease, he was kind enough to buff out the inside of my headlights and leave them sparkling. My 10 year old Subaru looks like new! I called Yorktown auto body towing service this evening when my car was stuck in an embankment , they came quickly and the tow driver Pablo was pleasant and professional .i will be going to them to fix the plastic piece on tire and door that came off during the skid .Thank you so much

My truck was hit while parked, and the drivers insurance policy Geico took full responsibility. This was one of the recommended shops, and I am really surprised at how nice of a job they did. They talked me through the damage when I brought it in, they had all the repair work done within two weeks as they had originally estimated, They cleaned the whole car before getting it ready for me and geico had a rental dropped off here for me when I brought the car in and I just had to drop the rental off here when the work was done. Couldn t have been more seamless. In particular I d like to call out Nick, he called me once a week to update me on the progress and was just a super nice dude all along the way

Did an excellent job on the damage. Kept me up to speed the entire process. BUT .. had to take away a star for the sloppy detail job. Still can t get the residue off.

Yorktown Auto Body did great work on our car. They were very professional in keeping us informed of what was going on with our car and how long it would take. They also were very friendly. We would recommend others using their shop.

Had to get my car fixed because someone hit it while it was parked on the side of the road. Super annoying but coming here was such a pleasant experience!! I never write reviews but i mean every single person I interacted with here was so kind and helpful, I feel like I have to! I went to go pick my car up after they replaced some of the body and turns out they even cleaned the inside of my car. I m unsure if this is a consistent practice or if I literally just had the nicest people working on my car but I thank them all for being the best!! Hopefully no more car accidents but if so, I will definitely bring my car back here again. Thank you all, you truly turned a bad experience into a wonderful one with the customer service!Service: Body & Trim

I recently had my car repaired @ the Yorktown Auto Body Shop (ie) June 2023. I will just simply say OMG, what an amazing job they did with my 2016 Toyota Rav-4 SE. I had taken my car in for damages to the rear bumper & other minor exterior dings. I couldn't believe how my car looked when I picked it up. The workmanship, & awesome repairs totally surprise me. It's actually the first time I have taken my car to this location for repairs. The people were extremely friendly & totally professional. This is going to be my Auto repair shop from here on. This shop is a gem in my opinion.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is by far the best auto body shop in town. My husband is very particular with his car. He doesn't just bring his car anywhere to get work done. He needed his bumper painted and a few other things done and i needed my side panel painted due to a deep scratch. We both couldn't be happier with the work they have done. They did an exceptional job. They even washed the cars inside and out. There reasonably priced, do outstanding work and they're all so nice. Brought my car in for a damaged bumper that went along the entire back of my car. From start to finish the shop handled our repair in a professional manner, kept us breast of what was going on and when we picked up our car it looked as good as new. It had also been vacuumed and rims were cleaned too. Thank you to the staff, Kathy, Laurie Stacey, Cody , all the people who worked on the car to have it looking showroom ready. We also were able to return our rental car that we got from Enterprise on route 6 in Cortlandt Manor to Yorktown Auto Body because they have a satellite in Yorktown. I came in with my Subaru after an accident and was pretty devastated at the damage. Yorktown showed up in my insurance list and I'm so glad they did! Everyone is so amazingly nice and as someone who knows less than zero about cars or car repair I was so grateful with how patient and informative they all were.The women at the front desk are incredible and so efficient and Steve and Cody who handled my car are just the best. I could see how slammed they were with repair jobs but they took the time for me and I will be a customer for life, with the hope of course that accidents or issues are few and far between.10/10!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have never experienced such amazing work done or such attention to detail on any car I needed body work done. The care and commitment to their work in unsurpassed. My car was actually done two days ahead of time and $10.00 cheaper. than quoted. It doesn t sound like much? but it does show the honesty and integrity of this shop. The prices are reasonable. The work done on my car for the dent, alignment of front bumper and painting was impeccable . Hopefully not, but if I ever need work done again I would not have to think twice as to where I would take my car. I wholly recommend Yorktown Auto Body to anyone and everyone that needs their car repaired. On a side note - on a earlier car I owned I got hit and I took it to the dealer to send out to who they use for body work. When I went to trade it in the appraiser said he would have to discount for the poor paint job done on the body work and to this I replied I don t think so because I brought it here and it was your body shop that you use to repair and paint the dent !! The work at Yorktown is also guaranteed! So if you ever need don t think twice just use Yorktown Auto Body. Thanks so such an amazing job. I could not be happier.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

You never want to end up at a body shop but my experience with Yorktown Autobody made it a quick and pleasant one for me. I parked right in front, they took me in, reviewed the damage to my car and gave me a very reasonable estimate, all within 10 minutes. I left the car there and they updated me a couple times as to the progress. The car came out perfectly, like it had never been damaged. As polite and professional as everyone was, I hope I never have to see them again. :)
