I don t even know where to begin! In the first year of service I had to bring the car in multiple times. Always something wrong.I brought my car in for an oil change and told I needed all new brakes for reference I just had the car Inspected And it passed that was 2 weeks before. I was charged 1000.00 for brakes, with a discount. The next day a loud click from the brakes. Brought it back and was told it s not the brakes it s my wheel bearings. I explained that that noise has been there for a long time and that I have brought it in for service while it was under warranty and was told that it was a loose bolt and was fixed. I called the next day to tell them that it was not fixed, and that the sound is exactly the same and they told me that they fix whatever they so I was wrong, and there was nothing else they can do. Now over a year later, they re trying to charge me to replace the wheelbearings that I complained about during my warranty and was never taken care of. My concerns were completely brushed off and told that no one s really gonna do anything to help me. I knew before even walking in the door today that they were going to find another problem that had nothing to do with the brakes. None of these problems were found before and my car is been in service at least three or four times since then I get my brakes down there. I get my tires replaced. I get my inspections my oil changes everything down there and now I m finding out that I ve been driving around a very dangerous car and there s nothing that they can do for it. Please don t go there. They are complete scammers.

I had 2 recalls for my car, made an appointment over the phone to drop my off at 1:30 with a 1:45 appointment. The guy who helped made my appointment was super helpful, I made it clear that I worked down the road and that I could come grab the car when it s done or he offered a lockout service for me, leave my car outside with the keys in it so I could still retrieve it after they closed. He said there would be no charge since it was a recall so that the lockout service was no issue. I dropped my car off at 1:30 with a promise it would be done same day and that they would call me when it was done so I would know. Come 6pm they are closed and I didn t get any phone call, I called a couple of times and no answer. I called the sales number at 6:30 and he said my car was outside and ready for me. 7:30pm I go to retrieve my car and it is nowhere to be found outside I was able to get someone from sales right before they left for their help. 7:45pm my car is still inside being worked on!!! The service tech who was still there working on it was super nice and understanding about my frustrations. He said it seemed there was some sort of miscommunication and that he needed another 15 minutes to finish up my car. 8:15pm rolls around and I finally got my car back, still even unsure if my recalls got fixed/replaced, the super nice service tech told me my results would be emailed and that he was super sorry about the whole thing. I don t understand why I was told by two different people that the service techs leave at 6pm and that my car would be outside ready for me!!! Awful communication and time management. The service tech who was still there at 8pm was super sweet and apologetic, which made me feel better but this entire situation was super frustrating and ridiculous. Wont be coming back to this location for any recalls or issues in the future.

Folks, the service people are really great. Not from here and was in a bad/weird way with a new to me Nissan car. They were champs, friendly, helpful, and even smiled at my jokes. So if you want or need, THIS is the place to go.

As usual, the simple fix at checkin, turned out to be a major project after initial inspection. The same old scenario. Should I have expected a different result, I guess not.

Brought my car in for problems with my 2019 Rogue not blowing cold air as well as a whistling noise when turning the ac in/off . I made my appointment online and went in prepared to wait. I was there about an hour before a service tech came out and told me they couldn t replicate the issue, they didn t have the staff to do the in-depth look and that I should have called instead of making my appointment online so I would be positive there would be staff there who could handle the repair. After going back and forth and saying this was a company problem and not my problem, I asked for a manager who apologized and offered to take another look. They took the car back and tried yet again to duplicate the issue unsuccessfully. I left after spending hours there and got two miles away and the issue was already happening. After being fed up with the rudeness and inability to fix the issue, I took my car to have the AC levels checked and was told it was low and there may be a leak as a 2019 shouldn t have this issue, which I suspected.Two weeks after my appointment the customer service manager called and asked about my appointment. I explained to her the situation and she assured me she would look into the matter, would try to get me a loaner car so I could leave my vehicle there over several days and that she would call me back that day with a resolution. I never received that phone call nor did anyone from Yorktown Nissan return my multiple calls following up.This place is a scam central. They sell you a warranty they won t let you use, lie about car issues and have shady business practices. I won t recommend them nor will I bring business there in the future myself. Although they doing what they can.. However my car is currently there and I m being lied too.. I was told my car would be done today.. then told oh parts never came in and your car is apart I said what do you mean it s apart was told they took it apart yesterday for parts and to get this car back together it will be not done today.. this is ridiculous and false information was given to me. I asked for a loaner car as I have to work and stuff. Was told they have none. I have a job and now this makes it very difficult for me to get there. I don t have money for a cab everyday to go to work.. this is ridiculous I really wish they get there customer service right

Nasty. Good for nothing service center. Trying to scam me out of my money. Will never buy another nissan or any nissan vehicle again. Bought a used car, the engine died, they told me that someone canceled the service contract. They wont pay for labor and vehicle storage only parts... There's an extended warranty we paid 3 grand but they won't cover the repair because we didn't use nissan to service the vehicle. Now i owe 10000 dollars on a car that needs a new motor (8 grand) after 50 thousand miles. I bought several cars from them but no more. Buyer beware!

Good service and friendly personnel. They have a vending machine with snacks and beverages and a fancy coffee and tea machine. Neat and clean waiting area. Convenient online service scheduling system, flexible evening hours.

I have to say it seems to me that it took longer to diagnose the problem then I expected..The service personnel,Chris did keep me informed of what was going on.And did his best to accommodate me.
