This is my second visit in the last 2 months! My daughter is a new driver and I made the decision to bring her car to the Nissan in Yorktown heights because I get service with honesty, integrity, and in a timely manner. Kevin is Always helpful and courteous. I'm a long time customer and he makes me feel valued. Now you have 2 customers!!

The team over at Yorktown Heights was incredible to deal with. The general sales manager, Paul was great! We live in Fairfield county and because of the way Paul treated us and how smooth he made our purchase, I would strongly suggest anybody in this area to go see Paul and the team. By the way the Pathfinder is a great vehicle!!!

The people at Nissan Yorktown are friendly . From the front desk to the sale consultant to the manager are kind. Especially Steve Guaragna from the behinning we are well entertained .It's not embarassing to asked question . I feel comfortable talking to hin and he explains everything . And If there's an issue he does the thing right away . And thank you Chris he drove me back to my home when I had to leave my carThank you all . Keep up the good workVivian M.

My salesman Alex was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted and needed for my new car and worked with me to get the best deal. Alex even personally went and picked up the exact car, color and package, that I wanted and brought it to the dealership for me to see from another dealership. Paul, the sales manager, was also great to work with. Neither one of them were pushy, they listened and worked with me. That s all I could really ask for in a dealership. I highly recommend Alex and Paul at Yorktown Nissan.

I never write reviews unless they're positive, but I feel the need to put this one out there. Sometimes it's the only way for management to know that there might be a little more training that needs to be done for their staff. My last two visits to Yorktown Nissan have been disappointing, actually out right frustrating. At 63 years old with gray hair, I'm being treated like old man who knows nothing. Nobody wanted to listen to a word I said because I'm old. I went to the dealership because the latch on my door accidentally was locked in the closed position while the door was still open, therefore not allowing the door to latch closed. Upon my arrival the service attendant would not even entertain a word I had to say, and refused to let me show him the problem. After sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours (I made my appointment as waiting so they knew),I tracked down down my service attendant and he was able to tell me my door accidentally was locked in the closed position while the door was still open, therefore not allowing the door to latch closed. and that will be $160. If I want it fixed they could fix for $480.But don't worry they told me nice and slow what was wrong so even a senior citizen would be able to understand.Avoid this discriminating dealership. hard to believe that the owner, Igor, lets it happen.If I thought that they were worth it I would site a few more instances but I'm happy now because I found a Nissan dealership that must have better hiring/training practices.

My salesperson Madeline Martinez (Maddy) was the best. She listened to what me and my husband were actually looking to purchase and the features we wanted. She went beyond to help us. She sat down with us explain details/features and was exceptionally helpful didn't try to force us into buying anything. We traded our 2018 Nissan Rogue for a 2024 Nissan Rogue SL and I must say we are very happy with our purchase. They gave us a very good trade in value. Maddy is the best would definitely recommend her.

From the moment we met Mike to waving goodbye driving away in my new-to-me Rogue, I knew I had made the right decision. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, friendly and professional. I I do not really do review, but I did have to do this one. Jeffrey was so understanding when I got there to do the maintenance on my vehicle I told him I only have a certain Amount of time to get to work, and it was done in a timely manner. I have to do a shout out to Jeffrey not only that he told me when I get back the next time to do my maintenance. What should I do? Thank you again, Jeffrey.

Nissan of Yorktown Heights is truly exceptional. I purchased my first Nissan Rogue in 2015. It was a 2011 CPO, in 2020 I traded in my Rogue ford a Ford Escape, and just recently I went back to Nissan to inquire about trading in my Ford for another Rogue. My salesman Jamal showed me a few CPO Nissan Rogues, and I ended up going with a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport CPO. The car is beautiful minus a few dents and dings, and only has 18,000 miles give or take. Not to mention this car is AMAZING on gas. When I went to pick up my car , Jamal had almost everything done and all I had to do was sit with Finance ( and unfortunately I forgot his name but he was great too!)I was there for roughly an hour and everything was signed sealed and delivered. Not to mention when I initially went in I told them what I wanted price wise and they MADE it happen and earned my business.Also shoutout to Mellissa, the Internet Sales Manager for being fabulous and communicative. KUDOS to you Nissan of Yorktown Heights, ya'll are great!!

The dealership even arranged for a salesperson to pick me up from home to go get my car! Mike was great and friendly and let my son ring the purchase bel! I would not recommend this Nissan service center to ANYONE. First, I took my car to get the recalls looked at and was told I would also get a complimentary multi point inspection done. They knew I was waiting in the lobby. I waited several hours, it was nearing closing time and I could not find anyone working in the service area. Apparently my car had been done for over an hour, and they did NOT complete the inspection- only addressed the recall. I took my car and left, decided to go to a different mechanic after that.Then I booked an appointment with a representative on the phone to get a diagnostic done on my car as I was having an issue. My car sat there for 4 days before getting looked at (just for a diagnostic!) and I was not given any phone calls, even just out of courtesy to update me or tell me that it would take longer than usual. THEN when my car was considered a goner, they told me someone from sales would reach out to me regarding a trade in. Not a single person reached out to me for over 3 days. I went and picked up my car and decided I'm never getting a Nissan again. The individuals working here do not do their jobs efficiently, or have respect for their customers and their time. We live in the suburbs of Westchester County, we need our cars worked on efficiently and in a timely manner- otherwise we are stuck without transportation. The least that can be done is a phone call with an update, which this place fails to do.

I can t express my complete confidence and ease when I have my car serviced at this location. From booking the appointments online, to the ease of drop off, to the amazing mechanics and technicians, to the kind and helpful customer service reps! I never feel pushed or rushed just well taken care of! I would absolutely recommend getting any service done here! The whole team is amazing!

Came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was fine. Upon checking out, they informed me that I needed other things done. I asked what was the first priority in getting done, they refused to tell me and said it needed to all be done at the same time. Kept pushing aggressively for everything to be done all at once when I wanted to know what was the biggest priority. They refused to educate me so I could understand the problems my car faced.Did not appreciate the aggressiveness and lack of information I needed when making a decision.

One of the worst experiences of my life buying an electric car here. Truly terrible from beginning to end. They kept us waiting for hours for no explicable reason, didn't fully charge the car while we waited (even though we live an hour away and waited literally hours) and only gave us one car key. When I called to get the second key that they forgot to give us, they suggested that I drive an hour to get it. Forget the EV paperwork that is needed for tax rebates. Absolutely disgusted with the service here.

My check engine light came on, my pathfinder started shutting off while I m driving ! So I called and made an appointment to have car diagnose what was wrong, had an appointment for February 19 at 9:30 AM. I believe I arrived at 9:25ish drove the car in and my service advisor was Kevin Brown , I chose to wait for car, sat in waiting area 1st hour goes by 2nd and by the Third Mr. Brown came and spoke to me that they are checking my fuel pump but their was no check engine light on. Fast forward to five plus hours of waiting, Mr. Kevin Brown comes and informs me that there s going to be an open investigation because the mechanics can t figure out what s wrong with car and that the computer of my pathfinder had several codes stored! He has to wait for higher up to get back to him! I asked how long doses this normally takes, he replied back can be any where from a hour or more! I decided to wait another hour, on the hour my phone rings it s Mr. Brown still waiting ! So I walked into service section from waiting area, I noticed my car was already out side. Mr. Kevin I. Brown I ll give you a call, I asked him if he knows how awful it is to be driving with your kids in the car when car powers off and trying to steer and brake the car. He replies I have kids too so I get it . Hand me my key and said we will be in touch! Three days later February 22nd I stopped in because I haven t heard anything form him or dealership. I was told he s on lunch at should be back shortly I waited an hour and he still wasn t back! The other service guy I m not sure what happened because he should ve been back, I asked him to let Mr. Brown know that I had stopped by and if he could call me would be great!!! I had to take my car to another dealer and I still have not heard from Mr. Brown or Yorktown dealer!

I ve been coming here for a while even though this location is not the nearest to me. Unfortunately I ve had some bad experiences with other Nissan dealerships, but never with this one. It s always a pleasure working with the staff at this location. Natalie is very professional and she keeps you up to date with the status of your vehicle. The waiting area is very comfortable and the coffee is not bad at all. Lol

Our experience was superb-and I tend to be very critical about reviews. Steve Guaragna, our Salesperson and Madi in Finance were consummate professionals. They showed genuine interest and took great care in every aspect of our dealings and were extremely knowledgeable. Steve was our "go-to" on everything but Finance-he followed up to see how things were with our 2024 Altima AWD SL within a day or 2. And I know he'll be there for us as we move along. He even took the time at the inception of our relationship over the phone, to send us a brief video HE DID SPECIFICALLY FOR US without us ever asking, showing us the specific vehicle we had talked about and was in stock. We never felt pushed and appreciated this young man's dedication to his work.

We had such a great experience purchasing our SUV at Nissan of Yorktown Heights. From our salesperson Alex- who was awesome! (Ask for Alex!) to the finance manager who beat our already good rate that we had walked in with, to the amazing manager who closed our sale...Transparent, helpful and a great deal! I can't recommend this dealership enough and if you are not local to them, the trip is worth it.

On 2/15/24 tube maintenance service oil and tire rotation everything was fine until when I spoke to the advisor and he told me the battery in your car is bad, it needs to be replaced, a battery that is 2 years and 1 month and 15 days old needs to be replaced, it I had purchased from MAVIS with a 3-year warranty, I went to MAVIS to claim my warranty and they told me and showed me with their scanner connected to the battery that the useful life of the battery marked 98%. The final conclusion is that they wanted to scam me in Nissan selling me a new battery

Quite honestly the worst service department that exists. I bought 2 cars on the same day from this dealership and I completely regret it. When buying the vehicles, they state how you have an extended warranty, however, time and time again, they refuse to use it. They will constantly come up with an excuse as to how they can't cover certain things that should be covered. They don't even bother to check that you do have a warranty or contact the warranty company. This is completely unethical and just bad business. The wait times are ridiculous too. They have signs that state they will send pictures of your vehicle being serviced, which is never done.

I ve never had a bad experience at this dealership. I ve been coming here for years. From Natalie to Dale to Kevin, everyone is so helpful. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. Doesn t matter which mechanic. It could be Barrington or Adam or Nate, etc., and even the guys in Parts like Carlos, they all try their best to help you. I ve always been updated on the status of my vehicle while it s in service. The service received here is top notch.

I had an unpleasant experience at Nissan in Yorktown Hts when i brought my 2019 Murano in for an oil change & tire rotation on 1/11/24.The service technicianinformed me that one of my wheel locks had been brokenduring the tire rotation process.He told me that I could replace it with another one by returning to the store where it had been purchased & getting a"code"from the seller which would allow me to repurchase a "single" onefrom the manufacturer withouthaving to buy all four.Since they are sold in a pack of (4).I spoke to Maddie Martinez(sales person)through her I was able to get4 "used" wheels locks while there at Nissan.Had I not spoken to the sales person the service technician led me to believe thatNissan was not accountable for replacing the wheel lock that THEY broke! I am appalled at the suggestion by your service technician.That is no way to treata customer.Thank you.

In my opinion Nissan of Yorktown Heights is the best Nissan dealership in the area both in terms of service and sales. Staff is accessible and helpful. Service appointments are available and it is easy to sign up in advance. Sales pricing is fair and inventory is usually good so model and color selection is appropriate. I strongly recommend this location for Nissan car needs.
