Professional Service! Accurate Diagnosis on Vehicle completed on 3 Days. Reasonable charges! My car was experiencing a lot of issues were I thought it was electric. The whole process was explained to me in details and with pictures. Something was wrong with the crankshaft sensors, pulleys and covers that were not allowing the vehicle to be drivable. Quick service and great communication! Gave me a fully-detailed maintenance report with pictures, and let me know which areas needed more attention, and which needed less. I needed my serpentine belt replaced as it was cracked, and Jancarlo was quick to give me a fair quote and order the parts. Dropped the car off a few days later, and they got it done in less time than they estimated. Overall excellent experience. Diagnosed and fixed a big issue with my wheel in 4 hours flat. Took pictures of the problem, thoroughly explained how they fixed it, and charged a fair price. The work has held up for hundreds of miles - it feels like a proper repair. Great shop

I had my entire suspension and rear differential changed with them and I m really glad I did. The entire process was explained to me. Yorktown hidden gem! The experience here was even better than the dealer. Jancarlo is super honest and does a great job thoroughly explaining how and why any repairs need to be done. I had a weird noise and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem within a few hours. They provide pictures and show damaged parts. The communication here is awesome! I always go to Latin auto to get my car serviced. The price is fair and they always do a great job. Jancarlo is very friendly and helpful and is always willing to explain to me the maintenance that is needed on my car. Highly recommend!

Way way way overpriced. Rude, Nasty. Stay away. Job always sub-par. had to come back several times for same repair. eventually gave up on Latin Auto and took to dealer. imagine my surprise when I found out the dealer costs less. and gave a rental. Latin Auto uses body-shop software to quote pricing. Stay away. this software is used to negotiate pricing with insurance companies. �when a customer is given these prices the end result is cost much higher than dealership without dealership quality work. STAY AWAY. you will regret it. you will get charged for labor hours never performed and you will have to pay. The owner does NOT want or need your business. Treats clients with disgust and their vehicle even worse. You have been warned!!

I had an excellent experience at Latin Auto. They are extremely thorough, straightforward and honest, and Jancarlo was very helpful -- he was great with explaining every repair my car needed, and he consistently kept me updated as they worked on it. I use Latin Auto Corp. for group for all my families vehicles. Jancarlo is trustworthy, knowledgable, and thorough in every aspect of the services he renders. He doesn't try to upsell you and add unnecessary repairs that other repair shops do. His prices are reasonable, and his repair estimates and completion times are always accurate. I always recommend Latin Auto to friends seeking auto body repairs. Giancarlo runs a great shop. The place is spotless and he's an excellent mechanic. He got back to me promptly with an estimate, didn't pile on unnecessary extras and when I picked up the car the total was about 5% less than the estimate because he said one item was intact and didn't need replacing. Competent, honest and reasonable!

I was very lucky to find this place. Needed an inspection done after my car was off the road for almost 2 years. The staff told me step by step what was going on throughout the process. They were honest, informative, thorough and when the car was ready they went out of their way to show me the parts that were replaced. They explained each part and it's function. I highly recommend Latin Auto. I will continue maintenance there and recommend them to everyone I know. Great job guys!

Jancarlo and all the mechanics are amazing. Great communication, quick service, and amazingly honest! I have had many issues with my car, and they have been wonderful.I highly suggest Latin Auto. They will not disappoint.

I had an issue with my car connecting for the inspection & was recommended to go to Latin Auto and I m very happy I did. I dropped it off and they called me the same day reporting the issue was the cables & that they replaced them and now it s connecting just fine. Service was great and Jancarlo was super friendly. I Would definitely recommend going here for any car troubles.

Latin Auto was recommended by three highly reputable auto shops plus Mavis. I will say I was a little apprehensive having never used them before. However, I give them 100%. John Carlo called me and walked me every step of the way of what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. This was not an easy job nor was it a little job I got the car back about a week later and I am absolutely thrilled with it and what they did. Latin Auto is by far the best mechanic around. They are reasonable, reliable, and work with you! They never push or hustle you but recommend things for the future. This shop has helped me in every way possible and will continue to bring my car there whenever a problem pops up. They do the job correctly and explain everything that they re going check and fix. On top of that they are accurate with how long the work will take and promptly inform you when it s done. I highly recommend them for car work from simple to major.

Had a lot of work performed on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler, water pump, hoses, some cosmetic repairs etc. Latin Auto Care was awesome. They explained upfront what the issues were, gave a very fair price and had the work performed promptly. They even drove me home to wait for the work to be completed. When I arrived back to pick up the car they showed me all the old parts and explained everything to me in layman terms. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Latin Auto Care.

They did a great job on my Toyota 4 Runner!First they did a drive test in order to investigate the problem that I was having when I replace the Brand new brakes 3 months ago with another technician. Second they did a visuall inspection with the car on the lift and then they told what it needed to be done. Besides of that he show me some examples of how that works. Owner and technician are very knowledgeable that s why I Highly recommend them.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Latin Auto was recommended to me by another mechanic. I got an estimate from them that was significantly lower than the one I had gotten from the car dealership. I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced while I went for breakfast at a nearby diner and visited the local thrift shop. I received a text and call when the car was ready to pick up.
