I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service at Hartel's for the repair of my truck's bumper. Since I never hesitate to leave a review for a bad experience I've made it my new years resolution to also leave positive reviews. In this case I had the best experience which for me has been rare when dealing with automotive related repairs.From the moment I first called the shop, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who were attentive to my needs. They listened attentively as I explained the issue with my truck's bumper and provided a thorough assessment of the damage.Throughout the repair process, the team at Hartel's kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on the progress of the repair. They also dealt with the insurance claim from their side in a timely and efficient matter so my repairs were turned around in about a week which what they had estimated.In addition to their exceptional workmanship, I was also impressed by their honesty and integrity. The final cost of the repair was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.Overall, my experience at Hartel's was nothing short of excellent. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality auto body repairs.

Cannot recommend Hartel's Auto Body strongly enough. Owners are a father and son team that actually treat you like family. Their care and concern over our actual situation went above and beyond. They worked with our adjuster - they were patient and thorough and moved the process along as quickly as possible - and exceed expectations. I'm so grateful I read previous reviews and decided to take our car there. They truly are a 5 star company!

My immediate family has used Hartel's for auto body work (for my parents, even before I was born) and they have always been polite, communicative, and done great body work. I was devastated to have a deer hit a car I only had for three months this year; Hartel's restored the vehicle perfectly back to pre-accident condition and made the process as smooth as possible.

I'm an Asian woman,has very limited knowledge about car. The are very friendly and explain relavant details patiently. They repaired my car fast with high quality and very reasonable price. Strongly recommend without hesitation!

Everything about this company was a pleasure, I was hesitant to fix my car for two years just because of the hassle of that other shop down the road(if you're local you know which one). They completely changed that. Lightning fast response, great customer service,super respectful. The best part? The turn around. They completely did one entire side of my truck in less than a week, and a better quality than I'm accustomed to repair . All I can say is this will be the only place I go to from now on. Although I hope I dont have to go too often!

Excellent, flawless repair work down to every detail... owner is professional, honest, courteous ...and he got my car out in half the time estimated in order to try to help save me in car rental costs, which was hugely aporeciated!! Can't say enough good things about Hartel's, I wouldn't want to ever go anyplace else to have body work done on my car!

If there was a higher rating, I would choose it! Hartel's is the best autobody shop and I couldn't be more impressed with every aspect of their work as well as their customer service. Rene immediately welcomed us to visit for estimates; he was incredibly kind, thorough, attentive, professional, very pleasant and most of all, cared about us. Our correspondence was constant and they made sure the whole process was stress free and easy for us. We had our car back in less than a week. It looks brand new! The work is impeccable and their service exceeds any and all expectations one could possess for an autobody shop. We truly appreciate everything they did for us, wouldn't recommend anyone else and if we ever need anything, we will surely go nowhere other than Hartel's!

I had my bumper repaired here and my problem was not with the quality of work, but it is with the way my car was given back to me. After driving away I noticed that my glove box was emptied on the floor. Items were scattered. Then I noticed the interior seats was dirty front and back. It looked like cardboard boxes were stored on them. I could see the cardboard shavings. THEN I realized my mileage increased by about 130 miles. This was a new car under 1000 miles. I left the car over the weekend before the appointment date because it was convenient for me. I usually use Adrian autobody off of Crompound road. Sorry I didn't use them this time. They are more of a professional operation. I speak the truth. Put together all I said and come to you own conclusion.

If you are anywhere in the Westchester Putnam area. If you have the unfortunate experience of having an accident. This is definitely the place to go. They work fast and do quality work. I hated having an accident but Hartels made the process seamless. These guys are true professionals
