I wish I could give this center less than one star. The entire experience was a disaster. I ordered tires on Jan 4th and FINALLY got them installed on Jan 29th. But not only that, you cannot get anyone on the phone to check the status of your order. I tried for weeks and had to call corporate to get anyone to look into my sale. I personally went into the physical store to speak with someone only to find no one was there at the front desk, broken call bell, and a line of angry people waiting. Eventually I was able to reach the manager by calling several times to the main line. I have spent HOURS literally, trying to get a person on the phone and finally schedule my appointment date. A date was set a week later and when my husband went to the agreed time they had no record of it! Do NOT go to this tire center. You were warned.

They don't want your business here. I tried many times to schedule an appointment to buy and install tires. They kept me on hold for hours. Management should pay attention if they want to stay in business. Soon they'll close for underperforming. And it's all because employees here just don't care about getting customers.

Waited over half hour to just to make the appointment to have my tires rotated. After a half hour passed I went around outside to the bay doors and saw the tire person filling up three propane tanks for someone that arrived 15 minutes after me and he got angry when I questioned him about it and threatened not to serve me.

2 of these guys are awesome. They just get busy sometimes.Be patient. You can't beat the price and the service!!! I joined BJs for these tire prices!!! They install batteries and manage the propane tanks too.

They rescheduled my appointment 2 times and didn't install the tires. They said they were not able to do. Told me to go somewhere else and they will give me the reward. I did showed the receipt and didn't get my money back. The worst tire installers I ever met. Never coming back

Referring to BJ' WHOLESALE CLUB (NOT the Tire Center): Prices overall are good. Disappointing that they don't carry much gluten-free foods, flours, etc, and when they do have an item introduced, it will be gone and not available again (this goes for several other items in store; even contacting headquarters doesn't help). At Yorktown Heights store there is a front end female manager who is just nasty. Don't know how she's lasted so long. Has poor interpersonal skills and can be condescending. Several checkouts have been unused for years, and when I asked, was told it was due to not enough employees. For the most part, the cashiers are pleasant. A few of the staff at the courtesy desk are also pleasant, but a couple are clinical and indifferent (won't even make eye contact). Store itself needs a facelift. Not an inviting environment, a bit untidy in areas. Wish we had gotten the Costco that had shown interest....instead we got a Lowe's...

Got a flat on Father's Day and called in the morning for a price on 4 Michelin tires because they were all kind of due. Was told I could come in by 3 pm to have it done. Got there with my 2 kids at 1:30 and walked in to see two workers hanging out in the waiting room complaining about not having a propane delivery. One guy proceeded to say they couldn't do it because they had a flat repair and a tire rotation coming in and had to get that done by 5 pm. I guess that takes 3 hours to do. I left and went to Mavis in Yorktown where they took me in professionally and put on 4 tires on Father's Day. BJs lost my $600 sale, and any all all future tire purchases. Go to a real shop, this place is a joke.

Worse tire place. I am the bj s perks card person even though I regret to bought tire from here. I was there for my scheduled rotation appointment & waited 3 hours to done the job. Another guy was late by 15 min, they refused to do his car. Only one person running around front desk & propane filling. Not recommended to buy from there & it will kill your time.

I have been very happy with BJs Tire Center. I've have bought tires there as long as I have been a member at Bjs-20 years. People in service department are very personable. They do a good job.

Gentleman at the counter was nice but the service was extremely slow. I scheduled an appointment but that didn t seem to matter when I got in as people were already in line in front of me and there was only one person working. Ended up waiting 30min before I even spoke to anyone. This was my second time and both experiences were the same. Will not be coming back.

Overall great service and good value. Carlos was great and promptly finished the job. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I don t know about all the bad reviews here, but go talk to Carlos. Bj s tire center is a winner.

Had a wonderful staff that helped me out with understanding about tires. From all-weather purpose to little sensor nodes that were malfunctioning with in my Ford Focus 2011.

Tire Center staff is not Customer friendly, they are understaffed, they take forever to service you and discounts are not worth it. Wish I could give no stars

I have to say this place is by far the least professional, least helpful tire shop, I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Avoid BJ's tire if at all possible.

ONE OF WORST TIRE REPLACEMENT CENTER IN YORKTOWN. STAFFS DON'T KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE. NO TIME MANAGEMENT. IN EFFICIENT STAFFS. NEVER BUY TIRES FROM HERE....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME....
