Husband and wife ran shop, couldn t recommend them enough. I was running late for an appointment and my tire blew out on a pothole on the west side highway. They got me in and out of there in 5 minutes and had extremely fair prices. Very professional, very friendly. Thanks again

Came in for a flat and was out in less than 5 minutes these guys are fast and efficient and have excellent prices. If you're in the area check them out. Hopefully, it's some rims and not a flat.

This is really the place to go for every reason. With a rip in one of my tires I pulled up curbside here. The machanic, Xavier, immediately had my car jacked and told me what he could do. The price for a really decent tire replacement was SO reasonable. The whole thing was done in 15 minutes and all the guys working here were so friendly. If you have bad luck with a tire in this neighborhood just get your car right here. You will be on the road again quick and be smiling you can still afford dinner tonight.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Primo Tire Shop after my car was towed there due to a flat tire. I cannot express how impressed I was with their service. From start to finish, they were exceptional in every way.First and foremost, their response time was incredibly fast. They wasted no time in replacing my tire, which was a huge relief for me. I just left this beautiful, wonderful place! I wish I could give 10 stars!! These guys are the best in the business. My tire was shredded -due to me driving on a flat tire to get to Primo, and they serviced it way quicker than expected. They were professional and the price to replace the tire was cheaper than I expected. If anyone have any type of tire or rims issues, PRIMO IS NUMBER 1! I totally recommend these guys!!! Thank You Primo!!

Great and fast service, was extremely helpful and friendly. Once there I didn t know which tire had the flat and they were patience with me and checked the tires and found the one with the nail. Patched it up and was I back on the road within 5 min or less. Will truly recommend if you re in the area.

The boys here at the shop do great work. They are fast and friendly. I came in with a cracked rim and right away I was helped. Ramon did a great job repairing the rim and shout-out to Xavier for keeping convo with me while I waited, it was my first time there and I wasn t expecting that. Definitely recommend you go here.

I called Watson's when I had a flat and couldn't get the tire off. They are a great family business. They came right over (I live in Washington Heights), put on a spare so I could drive to their shop and replaced my tire. They were so nice, and it was all really quick. Welcome to the neighborhood Watson's!

Was incredibly lucky to be in vicinity of Watsons after getting a flat tire thanks to Harlem River Drive pothole. New tire in no time on the street for $60. Amazing.

Last night, in the pouring rain, these tire warriors fixed multiple cars that a monstrous pothole mangled on the FDR Drive, including ours. They were supposed to close @7:00PM but were still hard at work @10:00PM through the cold and driving rain. I can't thank you enough for your kindness, patience and expertise.You were lifesavers!

Popped my tire on the fdr northbound right after time square exit ( watch out! ) and came here after work. Xavier and jaramo took care of me as soon as I pulled up and made it a quick, smooth process and gave me all the info I needed and more. Thank you guys and thank you watson s tire shop!

They helped me (on a holiday!) with new tires after mine could not be patched, and did so efficiently, kindly and with no acting like I wouldn t understand the process. The whole experience was incredibly positive and I appreciate their help immensely!

Thought I had a slow leak but actually ended up needing to replace the tire. They showed me the damage and got me in & out relatively quickly for under $60. I ve been coming here for years. Always great service and prices. They even kept my 16mo old son entertained while we waited.Had to update my review because they sold me a faulty tire that went flat again the same day. Came back to have it changed again and he suggested I put air in it as if normally a tire runs flat the same day. I insisted he examine the tire and of course it had a puncture in it. They replaced the tire with a tire that was run down and in really bad condition. When I complained about it, I was told that s all we have . Then I was told they d order one from the warehouse and call me when it arrived. A week later, no call. Very unprofessional. This will be my last time here.

Never take your car here these people are crooks they will try to damage your good tire in a way so that u can buy their old tires and they ll fix yours and sell it for more , while working I noticed a nail in my tire so I removed the nail myself and drove straight to the tire shop by the time I reached my tire was flat but was still good cause tire was new , so I parked my car ran in the store to go buy water cause they were working on another car and when I came out the guy already took my tire of car went to the back took about 10 min just to find a leak that was very noticeable then tried to force me to get a new tire because my brand new tire was bad I said no so his whole mood change so he patched it and come to find out while I m working I hear a clunking sound but I ignore it cause I m working so come to find out by the time I get home I notice the guy took of one of my caliper bolts I didn t realize I couldn t been in serious trouble .

By far one of the best flat fixes around in NYC , they helped me big time , i had two rims cracked and they fixed it up within an hour . Their service is by far the best I ve had in NYC , they were really professional , helpful and cannot thank them enough . I definitely recommend coming to for tire and rim services.

My husband discovered a screw in his tire and stopped here on his way to work. They were amazing and plugged the hole fast. Employees were extremely professional and courteous. The price was great.

Had a wonderful experience at this tire shop. The work was efficient and very well priced. Shoutout to Xavier who really helped me out when my tire exploded. It was a good experience and I would highly recommend coming here for such accidents.

I love this place! I have come returned a few times now to get my rims cleaned because they are corroded which causes my tire to go flat from a poor seal. The gentlemen here have never tried to up charge me and they quote a fair price for their services. I will always come back here for my tire needs! Support family businesses! They are also bilingual (English and Spanish).

I needed replacement tires in a hurry, and came here on Monday because they had the size I needed in stock and were open on the holiday. They replace tires without a wait by having their customers double park in the bike lane. I was also pressured to pay in cash to skip the sales tax which made me uncomfortable. That all would have still been fine, but it's Friday and one of the tires is already flat. Do not recommend.
