Avi and Aaron are rockstars!!!! I damaged my car badly. They worked with my insurance company, fixed everything perfectly and went above and beyond - even cleaned and detailed my car and fixed extra things like my low tire pressure. This auto body shop is a CLASS ACT! Amazing service, professional, will get job done with 110% effort and great humans. Thank you so much guys!!!

Originally paid $37 for emissions and complete inspection. Failed for two items. Was informed by original inspecting garage follow-up inspection would be $10.00, and would cover only items required to be re-inspected. I called the DMV prior to my visit to Raz Auto, to confirm this, and DMV informed me this was in fact the fee for which I would be responsible. DMV also provided me with the official State schedule of payments, which again confirmed I would only have to pay $10. When I explained this to the mechanic/proprietor of Raz auto, he ignored me and stated the fee would be $37.00. I reminded him the DMV had an official schedule of fees, and he replied I set the prices, not the DMV. This latter statement is also untrue and a violation of his duties as a state inspection site. I reported the business to the city. Regardless of this business s reviews (and I have found far better prices in the past, mere blocks away), I urge you to avoid them for their poor ethics. Paramount to a relationship with any auto mechanic is trust you will not be arbitrarily overcharged

Car was running really poor, granted it was 12 years old, but after a tune up and engine cleaning the car is running like new, noise is gone and I can get much more needed miles in this car market. Would definitely come back

Steer clear. Went for routine inspection and was lied to in an attempt to get me to leave or get unnecessary car upgrades. Really upsetting experience. Glad I got out of there and to a reputable dealership service center.

I needed some collision work done to my Dodge Challenger & Raz Auto Services was there for me every step of the way! Many thanks to Avi & Ophir for handling my repair courteously & finishing it ahead of time! Avi & Ophir are completely honest & are truly a pleasure to work with! Cannot recommend this establishment highly enough!

These type of shops are a dying breed here in NYC. I called after finding Raz/Avi on Google and in need of a same day inspection. Pulled up and was greeted with a handshake. I little bit of car tetris to get my truck in the shop and 30mins later I was out the door. I actually needed a center brake light bulb and Avi gave me one so I would pass inspection (wasn't even charged for it) Can't speak to the actual mechanical work but my inspection was pleasant and efficient.

I started using Raz Auto Services about a year ago, and through my business they have done many body and mechanical jobs for me. In my time I have worked with a lot of dealers and shops around the NYC area and I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with Raz Auto Services. Not only do they produce some of the best quality paint work I ve seen out of a small shop in NYC, but they stand behind their work 100%. The owner (Avi) is a pleasure to work with and is an honest standup guy which is very hard to find today within the automotive industry. So if it s Bodywork, mechanical or an insurance claims you need done Raz Auto Services is the place you want to take your car.

Great, quick service. We had to stop in for a strange noise. They saw us right away and explained everything calmly and intelligibly. I would highly highly recommend!
