Manufacture dealership couldn t find the noise and this guys found out and replace the part with Manufactured part since then I bring all my cars to them Mr Tulio and Arturo are the legends there are no more mechanics like them.

I have been looking around for a great mechanic in the upper East side for some time now... I feel like I finally found one at Pleasant Auto Repair on 119th street /1st Ave. (Mr. Tulio and Arturo) They helped me to diagnose the loud noise that was coming from underneath my jeep Renegade (a Faulty brake and Rotor as well as a broken linkage) and also helped me to address the vibration that occurred when the car was stopped at the light (broken motor mount). I appreciated the way they took the time to talk me through the various issues, (the way they saved the replaced parts for my inspection, and how they presented me with options to keep the cost of repairs down. I found their work to be outstanding, and their prices to be very fair especially for New York City!! I highly recommend this place to everyone and plan on returning here for all my oil changes and repair needs moving forward!! Eddie B.

Had an absolutely pleasant experience with these guys. My car was barely starting but I was able to get to their location. Was over quoted at the BP on 119th and 1st but these guys gave me a more tgan fair price and went above and beyond. I hope you pick them when you need auto repair and have just as GREAT an experience as i did. Best wishes!

Was charged $300 for a motor mount and spark plugs. Motor mount was fixed and we assumed the spark plugs were, too. Days later, the ignition coil was messing up, and he told us it needed to be fixed. We decided to go to a different mechanic for s second opinion. When we went, he said that the coil wouldn t do any good because the spark plugs needed to be changed. We told him the previous mechanic charged us to have them fixed, and when we looked, all of the spark plugs were old and worn. Nothing was new. I can t believe this.

Tulio is my go to guy. He runs an honest business and has fair prices. I've been a customer for over 5 years and would not think of taking my car somewhere else.

No good ..I had check engine on.. took it there they charge me 800.00 dollars told me it was fix the nexts they the check engine went on again .took it back to fix it..they told me they fix it again for 200.00 more ..they nexts they it went on again check engine I told them and they say another 500.00 they fix it ..I took it someone they fix it it was a lose wire that they took out of u car

This place is a total rip off..They charged me 680 to put a alternator. I also alot of loose wiring he did not properly connect...Stay away and I hope they go out of business...
