Elijah was most helpful extremely patient has excellent customer service skills and etiquette. He is also very knowledgeable and understands the consumer needs. As a special touch, he ll leave you his business card so that you can have a touch point person for any future needs including service.I highly recommend working with Elijah. If you can, you will not be disappointed, he goes above and beyond.Congratulations Elijah well done!

I had a fantastic experience with their location on 23rd Street in Manhattan, working with Sal. I walked into the store, looking for a compete appliance upgrade, including refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Within about 20m, Sal showed me his top picks, outlining pros and cons of each. I went in a second time after doing more research online. All aligned perfectly with Sals recommendations. He placed the order for me and arranged for the appliances to be shipped and installed upstate. Was so easy! I m using my new stuff this weekend for the first time and it s all great,. I had a great experience 2X with Matthew at the 23rd St Chelsea store. The first time I bought a Microwave Convection oven. He was so helpful. Last week we purchased a TV again with Matthew. He is actually very knowledgeable & patient. I would go again if I need another appliance. Thank you Matthew for your service.

I have to commend the team at this location. Raymond in the washer and dryer machine department was extremely helpful and the patient went above and beyond to help us find the right machine choices. This is our first time replacing the machine could have been very stressful because we didn't know anything. Raymond was helping us to recommend and compare all of the options that would work in our budget. Also, everyone in general at this location was very friendly and helpful and it was extremely appreciated. Great job and thank you so much! We are so excited to see once the delivery arrives.

Had a great experience with their location on 23rd Street in Manhattan, working with Salvatore.I was looking for a refrigerator upgrade. Salvatore showed me his recommended picks and other options that would best suit my needs. After deciding on which fridge was best for me, Sal placed the order for me and arranged for the appliances to get to my house and be installed. I was lucky to get the salesman, Myron Gaskins, at the 23rd St. store in NYC. He was so thorough, so knowledgeable, and so respectful of me. And he went out of his way on several occasions during the process of buying the appliance. He's an exceptional salesperson and an exceptional person. He gave me the real deal: customer service. As I was leaving the store, I told one of the young "kids" who is working there, that he should watch and learn from Myron.

I was extremely fortunate to enter PC Richard on 23rd Street in Manhattan and have Elijah attend to me right away. I have been having so many problems with my building over A/Cs, therefore I had countless questions, which he answered all with great knowledge and professionalism. I ve also phoned him at the Store four-five times, and always on point. Today I finally made my decision and went to the store to meet Elijah to purchase two Friedrich A/C units for my home. Myron Gaskins is an exemplar of excellent customer/client service. He demonstrated the utmost patience and tenacity in helping us resolve our equipment malfunction problem. He stuck with us while following his company procedures and ensured that in the end we received a replacement product that worked as intended. Myron really understands how to make the customer feel like things are progressing even if the process is inherently long. He also demonstrated strong follow through.His employer is lucky to have him.Cheers!

Replacing my 20year old under counter refrigerator and freezer was challenging because of space restrictions. Salvatore, the salesman, has been amazing. He was very knowledgable of the products. He helped me find replacements I liked and would fit in the existing space. He had given me his number to text with any questions or problem. When there was a problem he immediately responded and dealt with it. I had purchased expensive units and the service I received from him was appreciated. I would go back to Salvatore for future appliances.

I spent over $15,000 on appliances at PC Richard. I agree with people that the salespeople are attentive and the showroom is well stocked. However, I must balance 4 starts with zero stars for service. I needed a warranty repair on a refrigerator, and I was twice assigned service technicians who repair different brands. Then, I had a washing machine installed, and the technician did not turn off the transit bolt alert on the machine, so I had to wait for another service call to make sure the bolts were removed. This is after the first delivery driver decided not to show up at all. Total chaos for service. I would shop there to take stuff home, but outside something simple, I would look for a place with better service.Update to review: My issues were finally resolved. Make sure to work with a salesperson who will advocate for you.

I needed a new refrigerator and had such a good experience working with Abdallah at the 23rd St location. He was extremely professional and gave me excellent guidance on the choices for a new unit. He definitely has a no pressure sales approach but is extremely confident in providing good advice as you work through the process of deciding on a a major purchase. Once I selected my purchase, he followed up multiple times to advise me the status of the order through delivery. I cannot say enough about the positive experience with my purchase. The installation crew was also amazing. I will continue to buy from P.C. Richards - the quality of service is wonderful.

This store was far most the best from all the PC Richard & Son .stores I ve been to. I also liked the fact that .no one was on top of you .or falling you through out the store. Space was given to the customers

We happily purchased a very expensive Viking Range 5 years ago from this store. We have been dealing with repair ever since. Each year we have numerous service calls for which we purchased the extended warranty/service. We have requested they honor their agreement on this warranty and now it seems PC Richards will not replace the stove and are waiting for us to expire out of service contract leaving us with no stove. I would not buy from them if they can not garuntee the service contract you will be encouraged to purchase when you do buy and appliance from PC Richards.

Elian was really helpful and very patient. He spent an hr helping me a. Get my phone working b. unfreeze my credit, c. apply for a card, d. Measure the fridge to make sure it would fit, and he had a great sense of humor throughout. Excellent service !!
