I had to make another review because of how exceptional the staff is. I m always satisfied with the service they provide and I m grateful for them. No other place I d rather go to. This time around I got PMT e-Fire 10x3 tires on my RS5 Max and it rides like a dream now. It feels like I m on a cloud thanks to the amazing grip these tires have and the fact that they are real rubber makes it even better. Don t settle for plastic chinesium tires!Minimotors NYC PEV is the best.

The whole team is competent, easy-going, customer service oriented, and professional.Plus, I am always offered a cool refreshing drink, which never fails to energizes me especially after a long ride. I got a flat tire and came in to get it fixed. Upon arriving was greeted and welcomed and even offered a drink on the house. Everyone was super friendly. Service was quick and effective. Great place, I ll definitely come back if I need my scooter fixed up!

I was searching on google around the Brooklyn area for an e-scooter repair shop but only kept finding shady moped stores who would try and sell you a bike and no repairs, luckily I stumbled upon NYC PEV and thank God I did, they made sure everything was functioning properly on my fluid mosquito and fixed my charger problem in less than 24 hrs! These guys are the best and I would return to them if I have any issues in the future.

Awesome place,friendly and patience, they take their time explaining exactly what the problem is and recommend you a possible solution,i general had a great time there,as i personal am not an expert when it comes to scooter and yet i didn't feel rushed out. Ivan which is a worker there he did an excellent job helping me out 100% recommend this place.

Greetings to all the workers in the shop, from the manager to the employee, they were very kind and friendly to me and professional in dealing, my problem was solved and dealt with, the prices are a little high but it is worth it, they have inside a small shop for electric scooter parts & accessories. Last but not least they can do whatever you ask of them.

MiniMotors pev has been a great service to me and my company.Since i started riding my scooter i barely use my car which has saved me thousands. I have also avoided being stuck in traffic making the most of my busy schedule. When it comes to my scooter i have trusted Dom and his team to provide me with amazing customer service. We customized my thunder 2 and renamed it the baby bat. I don t think there is much more we can do as we have done just about every upgrade.And these guys have been there every step of the way to guide me and help me get to the finish line on this project. Highly skilled and and professional I wouldn t go anywhere else. Glad to have such a team of detailed oriented professionals to take care my every need when it comes to the scooter that i truly love. Look no further if your looking to buy or repair your scooter. And best of all they have just about everything you need in stock so no waiting.

Came here for a tire tube change, got it done within an hour. If your scooters have any problems, just come here. The prices and service is hard to beat. Will be recommending all my friends. Also, don't forget to tip!!!

Raphael is definitely the 'Gordon Ramsey' (but quite a bit friendlier) of the Electric Scooter world. He showed me a great variety, clear comparisons among several lines, and a warmth of character that makes you want to come back again. I bought a $500 model, not the most basic, but just right for me. Looking forward to upgrading when I grow out of this one! This is the go-to shop - warranty and repairs on the spot and able to customize easily!

Let me start by thanking Don and Raphael for not only showing courtesy, and helping me decide on which scooter to buy, but also for Don's honesty when it came to the short comings of the Storm Limited. As a result, I decided on purchasing the DT2. And boy, what a scooter it is! Don afforded me his time. He answered all my questions. He explained to me how the scooter works and I never felt rushed, though he was busy when I went there. So thank you again Don.If you're looking to buy a scooter, I highly recommend them. Very professional, and it seems to me that they really care about their customers.I'm a very happy customer. And I will always return for my future purchases of scooters and spare parts.

I was in the market for an upgrade on my last scooter (Speedway Leger Pro) and had my eye on the Dualtron Victor. I called Don at NYC PEV and he said they were on back-order but he just recieved 3 Bluetran Lightning scooter and they had comparable specs and price to the Victor. I had never heard of this brand so I looked them up and it looked good on paper. I placed a deposit and held one of them for pick-up in a few days.Fast forward 2 months and I'm liking the Bluetran but then unexpectedly the rear suspension broke while riding. Mind you I don't ride much - 2 months in I put ~350 miles on the scooter (around 6 miles/day) so I was shocked and upset that this would happen. I took it in and Don and the guys said they would fix it free of charge which is a big plus! Negative is that it took a month for them to fix it but it got fixed.I've had the scooter back a few days and didn't ride it much before going away on vacation for 8 days. First day back I go for a ride and make it one block before the front suspension brakes and I go flying over the handlebars. I was going 5 mph and didn't hit any potholes. This ride I had my GoPro on and it captured the wreck. Needless to say I was very upset!I called Don and he apologized and offered to fix it again free of charge. However, 2 crashes from broken parts from faulty manufacturing I said no way I was keeping this scooter. After some discussion with Don and Ivan we worked out a full swap for the Dualtron Victor they had on the showroom floor. The Dualtron Victor that I had wanted in the first place.There were some bumps (and bruises) along the way but it was handled professionally by Don and the guys at NYC PEV. I'm very happy with the Dualtron Victor and am confident nothing like this will happen with this scooter like the Bluetran Lightning.Highly recommend the guys at this shop for all your scooter needs! Thanks guys for your help and doing right by me.

Had my i3 scooter with a ripped intertubeRaphael was very knowledgeable gave many options to fix my issue went from a off road tire to a tubeless tire with the tube extra durability strength great price. Work was done at a great pace. Would recommend anyone to get their scooter repaired or even buy some great scooters go there. I am going there again to upgrade custom my scooter or even buy a dualtron

Had to pop in for a kick stand replacement. My boy Reuben took care of me as always. Dualtron Thunder 2 back to 100 percent. Love those guys from their on 25th. Always take care of a brother. Peace boys. Happy holidays!

Awesome customer service, I just got the Deuteron Storm and wanted the seat, I looked at some spots online but showed out of stock, Minimotors hooked it up and paid for shipping and was told it will be at my door the next day, thanx a bunch guys for making my ride alot comfortable with a the seat

Got my 4th scooter from here -Dualtron mini. I called numerous places in the city that also sell this scooter. But I decided to purchase from here because I loved their customer service right off the bat from the initial phone call. Super helpful and good vibes. Appreciate the efficiency, thoroughness in detail. Thank you Don, Rafael and Ivan!!Update:After 3 months of riding on this, I absolutely love it. The perfect scooter for me and my height/weight (just as they recommended). They also are extremely helpful with maintenance such as tires, brakes, little things that I have questions about every time I go in all the guys are just good people, efficient and so reassuring to have this reliable spot I can always bring my scooter to if I feel I have any issues.Also purchased nice lights from them as well and love it:)

Brought in my Xiaomi e-scooter for a flat tire repair and couldn t be happier. Across Don manning the phone, Ivan doing the repairs and Raphael offering me water when I stepped in - the NYC PEV team went above and beyond for this repair. Can t recommend them enough

These guys are legit. Got my first Dualtron from them (Thunder 3) and the customer interaction when buying and when I came back to get my breaks done was always on point. You can tell these dudes are enthusiasts when it comes to electronic scooters. 10/10 will go there again.PS: the snacks they offer while you wait for service are so clutch especially when you are coming from work.

Raphael repaired my scooter while I waited including fixing melted fuses and performed an amazing break adjustment Now the scooter rides far better than when I first bought it (I purchased it a few years back from an internet-based scooter company.) These fellows treated me like I was a great long time customer even though it was the first time I walked in the door. I am extremely pleased. These guys are honest hard working and the pricing was very fair as well ...which is hard to find these days especially in Manhattan!
