Drove up early for a photo inspection for my insurance company. They were happy to accommodate me, directed me where to park, took all my info, etc and I was out of there in under 10 minutes! Have no reason to believe they would be any different under other circumstances. Will go back again. Thanks!

Best auto shop I've been to in NYC. Gives great prices prices, works quickly, has great customer service. They've done body work on my Camaro twice now and it looks good as new.All other shops I've been to have tried to gouge me with completely unfair prices but this place has always given me an incredible deal.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

From start to finish Martys Auto Body Services is amazing! Professional, affordable and quick to repair my car. I always trust Marty to get the job done efficiently and timely! This place is FANTASTIC. The service was so quick. The car was ready a day early and is as good as new. They helped with my insurance as well and gave me a great price. Dropoff and pickup took less then five minutes each time. I think the guy that helped me was Chris so a huge thank you to him. Cannot recommend this spot enough. They were all super helpful.

Marty s auto body repaired our vehicle after getting side swiped on the highway. They did a phenomenal job matching the paint and repairing the doors. You can t tell it was ever hit. Thank you martys.

I went to Marty s this week (based on all the great reviews here) to have my car inspected and they lived up to their stellar reputation. Friendly, courteous, honest and quick. Joey snd the rest of the team were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Replaced oil pan, tires, oil change, best shop in nyc - quick and friendly service at a fair price, been coming for 10+ yearsGot a new car, replaced control arms, engine mount and got a free fluid flush and oil change, they got it done at 30% compared to BMW Dealer estimate!!! (Updated 3/23/24)

I NEEDED to stop in because my car was overheating. There is no other place remotely close in that part of town to buy coolant. They charged me $40 for a $15 container of coolant. Why? Because they knew I needed it. This is the type of people that work there. This is the type of people that will charge you more than double because they can. If they can take you for a ride because you are in a tight spot, they will.

Had a Carco inspection. These people are incredibly friendly and the service is hassle free. I plan to go back for my state inspection soon. UPDATE: Went back a week later for a state inspection, and again an incredibly customer friendly experience. I will go back in the future.

I've been going to Marty's since I moved into Chelsea from Morocco. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and integrity. Coming from Morocco as a single mother, I was very afraid of getting swindled and I really couldn't afford any of that. So, I was very discerning in selecting who I would trust with the safety of the vehicle that my children and I would be in. The manager Mr. Mougrabi is a trustworthy man of great talent and respectability and so are his crew. The work that he's done on my former and new car has top-notch. I fully trust him: his work and his prices. I can't recommend him any more highly. Go to Marty's, you'll be treated right and your car will be in the most professional hands. I needed a photo inspection for my insurance company. No appointment needed and conveniently located minutes from my job. It took about 10 minutes. They were super professional and helpful. They even helped my fix my license plate which wasn t mounted properly. I highly recommend Marty s if you re in the neighborhood.Thank you for your service guys!

I noticed low tire pressure in one of my tires and found a nail when I put air in the tire at a gas station. I took the car to the dealer servicing center and they told me I needed a new tire. I took my car to Marty s for 2nd opinion and they found another nail in a second tire. Both tires were fixed in a half hour with no appointment. Nice guys! Fast service! I ll probably return for some bodywork to fix scratches.Service: Tires

I just picked up my car today and if I could give these guys more then 5 starts I would. I had a vandalism scratch on the passenger door that was completely removed and the car looks as good as it did when it left the showroom. The price was reasonable and the job was promised in the time frame given. I would definitely recommend these guys for anything car related. They were very professional and cordial.Service: Painting

I went there to check my tires pressure on Wednesday morning. They welcomed me immediately and put some air into the tires in 10 minutes. The mechanic was very quick and professional.

I ve been going to Marty s for the last 3 years after a friend of mine recommended them to me. They re awesome! Really professional and courteous service. Everyone who works there is really nice and knowledgeable. Whenever I needed a quote for anything I got it right away. Really great location because it s easy to get to .. right in Chelsea- but on the West side off 10th ave which means you re not really driving on a super congested block like 6-8th aves. Plus if what you re getting done will be quick or even a few hours, there s plenty to do in the area while you wait - restaurants, the pier, or just walk around the neighborhood. 10/10 I recommended!

Highly recommend this shop. I had a dent on my front right bumper and my grill was also cracked. I got my car back in a timely matter and it looked like the damage was never there. If you're familiar with the expression "I got a guy", then you'll understand when I say Marty's Auto body are my Guys. I was running late for work and I had a vehicular emergency.. and they did everything in their power to get me in and out while still get the job done right. Fast, professional, friendly.. and they really do everything that they can to take care of the customer. In a world full of predatory practices in mechanic and auto body shops, it feels good to find a place that has integrity. Special thanks to big Joe, Chris, and little Joe AKA Joey. You guys are awesome!

Fast, honest, fair, inexpensive/reasonable priced and friendly. Could not have been more pleased with my experience. Drove right in without an appointment; conducted inspection in record time while I waited, and even fixed a dent I had for a couple of years in 2 seconds. Great guys. Will definitely go back.

Just got a car and brought to the city, and they took such great care of me that I will go back for any future needs with the car!No reservation, short wait, clear communication, easy payment! How a car shop should be!Got me in and out for both NYS inspection and Insurance Inspection, topped up my wiper fluid and unclogged my the wiper jets for me, all within an hour!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my BMW there because my brake light went on. Yousef and his crew took great care of my car. That are knowledgeable and really care about their customers. I would give them 10 stars if I could. This is my go to place for all my car repairs- they are the best!
