I had an exceptional experience with the Jeep service team, particularly Nelson, who went above and beyond. Not only did he provide thorough and efficient service for my car, but he also took the extra step to carefully watch over the car and give it a polished finish. The result is nothing short of impressive my car now looks brand new! Nelson's dedication and attention to detail truly set the service apart. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding work!

I been here for headrest warrant repair and they took care of my truck 2015 jeep srt. Manny at the counter and everyone on the staff is great. My mechanic was great I will definitely be back.

If I could give this service center 0 stars, or better yet negative 100 stars on this review, I would. I dropped off my 2020 Jeep SRT for service here after having some electrical issues. They kept my car for ONE MONTH AND ONE WEEK. Made me spend money on parts that were not needed. Lied to me constantly about the status of the car. Accumulated close to 400 miles on the car. When the issue was simply a loose battery terminal, which was diagnosed and fixed by an independent, HONEST, AND EFFICIENT mechanic in under 3 hours. It s evident they were using my car for joy rides. What s most disturbing is the condition the car was given back to me. There were cookie crumbs in the driver s side rear passenger seat. And the worst of all was a PLASTIC GARBAGE BAG WITH USED DIAPERS (not sure if child or adult) that smelled of urine and left the car smelling like urine and the trunk compartment rug dirty and smelling like urine. To say that this is unhygienic, unprofessional, disgusting, lazy, atrocious, is an understatement. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN. And to whomever is reading this please consider going elsewhere with your beloved car. The people here are liars, deceptive, and highly unprofessional. And its also evident that the technicians are not skilled in their trade and are only interested in keeping the cars there for as long as possible. Just terrible. Oh and the funniest part - is that now I am receiving multiple text messages and phone calls about how they want to buy my car LOL - I guess whatever manager really liked it after driving it for over a month! Terrible - I hope this review reaches Jeep Headquarters so they could investigate this place and take it out of business. Attached are the pics of nasty crumbs and atrocious used diapers left in my car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had a great experience at this service center! The other Jeep service centers near me had a 2-3 month wait for an appointment but I was able to get one next day here on their website which was amazing. When I got there I was nervous and had questions about my warranty and the warnings I was getting on my vehicle and Manny answered all my questions with ease and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. They got my car back to me extremely quickly and even with a full wash and detail. I had a really great experience here and will definitely only use this service center from now on!

I've dealt with a range of Jeep dealers - some great, some abysmal. After reading some of these grim reviews for Jeep of Manhattan, I was VERY skeptical about bringing my Jeep in for its second Jeep Wave service interval (oil change/rotation/inspection). I live in Manhattan, though, so this location was much more convenient that taking it out of the city.I booked an appointment online for Tuesday morning. Due to an expected snow storm, I brought my car in on Monday morning instead - and they took it right in, no questions asked. A good first sign.I handed off my keys to the service advisor (Emanuel/Manny), biked to work and got a call a few hours later saying it was ready. When I picked it up, not only was the Jeep Wave service completed, but the car was washed AND charged! (It's a plug-in hybrid Wrangler).Really, no complaints. I can't speak to their sales department, but for factory warranty / Jeep Wave service - I'm glad I brought it here!-Ray[Note: I posted this review on Yelp, and I'm also sharing here so more people can find it.]

The nightmare day of learning that we do, in fact, have to regularly charge our electric battery even though the Jeep GC is a hybrid, despite being told otherwise when buying it, was only saved by how nice, patient and accommodating Dylan and his colleague at the Service Center were when we finally got there and the towed car arrived. They were empathetic, explained the (apparently common) issue, and immediately helped, even washing the car and keeping us updated. We will definitely use them for all our service needs.

I took in our Fiat 500 for a state inspection and some work. Communication was excellent about what they found, the estimated cost of repair, and the time needed to complete the work. A great shop to work with.

Wonderful service!Took my Jeep 2022 in for oil change and multipoint inspection, got a complete detailing for free. Great customer service, Nelson did an awesome job. It was all taken care of in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely be returning to this dealership. Highly recommend!

Nelson is always welcoming and helpful. Jovany, the service advisor is knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help us whenever we bring in our Jeep Cherokee. He is easy to reach via phone/text and always makes us feel like valuable customers!

No one wants to have to go service their vehicle. Between the unexpected cost and life inconvenienced you don't want the experience to add to that right? Well, the Manhattan Jeep Service Center did everything possible to make the experience as pleasant as possible. The communicated well, service was timely, and the place was calm and comfortable. I'll return for my basic services.

Got in line at 7am. Was 2nd in line. They open 7:30am. Doors opened 7:32am. Got in and out in 5mins. Nelson the owner is great and Angel who checked me in was also great. I do all my servicing here including NY inspections. Only complaint is I wish they had hours on Saturday just to drop off or pick up. Have to take time off work to pick-up during week.

Best service EVER! They literally take care of me every single time I have an issue with my car. The whole crew is amazing but my personal experience is usually with Angel, Nelson, or Jonathon. When I tell you I always have problems with my car and they always make the recovery of it a smooth sail. So grateful for them

If I could give this place a -5 I would. The individuals who run the service department are rude, unprofessional, and liars. I could write paragraphs about how unprofessionally I was treated today but I will keep it short and simple- stay away from Manhattan Jeep if you want quality and professional service from people with integrity. I will never give them my business and neither should you.

I was hesitant to get my Jeep serviced in Manhattan, assuming much higher prices, delays etc, but after the experience here I would absolutely trust them with any service needs. The rep Jonathan was efficient and thorough, and I appreciated his calm assurance, especially after a very negative experience with a dealership in New Jersey.

Have a 2021 Wrangler 4xe. This is the only place I have bought my current car for service. Nelson is the floor manager. Every time I have bought my car in, he has had it charged by the pickup. Every time I have bought my car in, he has had it washed. The last 2 years Jon has bee my service advisor. Last month I had a tire replaced thru tire warranty. He called and got them to cover the whole tire. Right now it's in for a part replacement. Jon personally texted me to tell me about the part and we set up the appointment thru his personal phone. Premium service.

I have owned jeeps for over 30 years. I have never been treated so well. They took the car in. They checked everything out. They delivered the car six hours early. They washed the car. It looks brand new

These guys are an absolute joke. Charged me more than the stated estimate upfront. Some of the work was defective and I asked not to be charged for it -- they refused. Incredibly rude, actively unhelpful. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration -- stay away.

My one year old Jeep wrangler under warranty with 1600 miles broke down blocks from here. When I call the service center they told me, it would have to wait for over a month to get it looked at, and diagnosed. This is a new Jeep!, I had no place to go, this is the only garage Jeep roadside assistance would take it without charging me. The service department, representative, offered no advice or concern.
