Have been here multiple times over the last few years. Get my Land Rover serviced every 6 months or so. Work is always top quality and done well, team communicates throughout the whole process.

Glad a friend recommended this shop. I needed to have a key sensor replaced and Lou explained everything in a manner that was very thorough and reassuring. Great office staff and very competent,skilled technicians.

I have been coming to Lou for all my car needs for 30 years. I have never been disappointed with the service and care given. He explains exactly what s needed and why in a gentle yet informative manner. Anyone that drives in nyc needs Lou and his garage

The service at Manhattan repair shop is superb. Excellent customer service excellent work and repairs a spot on and the gentleman loo is a very fine person very honest and likable.

Took my Range rover there. There was confusion with the repair cost but they made good without any fuss. I'll definitely return for all future maintenance.

I started using them after bills.from the dealer got too much. I have taken 3 different cars to them over 20 years and they have always taken good care of me.for basic service and bigger issues such as tires, breaks. Etc. They also rebuilt one car after a head on collision. I trust them.

Waited a little time, 1/2 hour for service, but that is probably expected. Performed oil change and then he inspected engine, etc. Nice to have someone look at the car as long as it is on the lift.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The stuff is very friendly and professional! I didn t even had to go to the shop, they came to my garage, picked up the car and next day delivered back.

They Mechanics were very helpfuland knew the issue with my car as soon as he heard the noises. The service department guy Lou was especially helpful and explained things in a way that I can understand. Although my car was covered by warranty, there were issues that the warranty didnt cover and gave me reasonable price for the repairs i needed.
