Had a great experience! My front passenger side window was smashed in blood all on my door. I was so pissed!! Doing business with these ppl made me not hate humans so much. They came to me and then drove me to where my car was parked. The tech was very kind it was like I was dealing with one of my uncles. The price was half of what the thieves at Safelite were trying to charge me. So glad I stayed local. He showed up within an hour of my call and was done in 15-20 minutes. Thank you so much!

Terrible terrible work. They replaced the back window on my Nissan rogue - even at the time I suggested that the sealing wasn t right. They insisted it was. The window subsequently leaked and now the entire electronics in my trunk are damaged and I have had to take it to the dealership! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

These guys saved my day, after safe light could not even fix my car in 2 hours these guys did it in 15 minutes. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Malena Auto Glass

Don't park here they will put a boot on your car and then you will have to pay 180 or if they take the car by the tow it's 600

Getting my Infiniti trunk window glass replaced was very daunting. Notwithstanding, this shop committed to replace it for me. I was very much impressed by the support and service I received from this job. Very experienced and dedicated to Customer satisfaction. Also, the price of the service I received was almost 3x cheaper than other places that offer similar services. Keep up the good work.

Late Christmas evening my rear passenger side window was broken. The police officer recommended them to me. The next day I called them, brought the car there with in a half hour and they fixed the window in less than two hours. They were very kind, great fast service and the price is unbeatable!

Miguel's Auto Glass is the best place for glass for your auto. One word for Garcia (the shope owner): HONEST. Whether it be an insurance claim or just glass work, Miguel is an honest, hardworking guy. I was very happy with the service! His prices were the lowest around. Garcia had me out of the shop in two hours! My side window was smashed out. I call him "The Boss," Garcia was quick, friendly and honest. No nosense and he took care of business. I brought my 2016 Honda Civic to him ( and I love this car) and I was very satisfied. He even called me after the job was done to make sure everything was done to my liking!!!!! I love this shop! I am a lifelong customer now. Call Miguel's first, you won't be sorry!

My rear glass window on my new SUV was shattered and I needed a quick repair. My insurance wanted to set me up with their preferred company, meaning a five-day wait time. Then I found Miguel, and he was able to order the glass and get it the next morning, whereupon he completed the job. I He even texted me pics of the finished job in the afternoon, before I picked it up. Fantastic!

Just had our headlights polished by Miguel, which by the way is the name of the shop now. Same owner as Malena. Been here 35 years. 5 years ago we had our windshield replaced and they did a great job on that as well. I highly recommend.

Came on Thursday (june 16, 16) to replace my windshield, after they were done replacing the glass, it wasn't properly mounted and when they tried to fix the issue, they ended up breaking the new one. They said i was set, and pretend that nothing was happening with the new glass, but as always, i like to inspect the job before I leave a establishment and guess what the windshield was broken (they tried to screw me up).. Of course I complained about it and they ended up telling me to come back on Saturday (6-18-16) early morning to replace it again. Got there at around 10:30 am and the owner wasn't there, they told me to wait an hour until he comes back, which I did. After an hour, they removed the broken windshield to install the second replacement, but guess what, the windshield wasn't even there yet. More than six hours passed by before they finally delivered the new windshield to the store, plus the time they took to install it.. Never again. Careless service, bad communication and zero explanation whatsoever for the longest delay ever to deliver another windshield. The second windshield????it lasted less than four months before it got broken again. Zero star would be the proper rating.

Car got broken in to and one of the windows was shattered. Went to Miguel's and they repaired the window super quick along with helping us with the insurance process. Great customer service, fast service and a $0 deductible for the service. Highly recommend Miguel's.

I would not reccomend going here if you aren't a local resident. I called them up regarding a civic I had a passenger side back window broken early morning around 10am and they stated yes they can get it without a doubt. I explained I was coming from NJ and would be getting there anywhere from 11:30 am to 12:30 ish and they stated that is fine. I called once more to make sure we do head out there and the person over the phone stated yes make your way out here, I asked how much it will be and they said $130 firm. Price was UNBEATABLE!When I arrived the person was very friendly and asked if my brother and I were going to wait for the vehicle, I stated yes we will. He stated it would take him sometime that if we want we can go get a bite to eat across the street and we did just that.About 30 minutes passed and we get a call from the shop stating they could not get the glass and that it will be on thursday that we can get the job done however the price quote went from $130 all the way up to $200 and if we wanted to leave a deposit for it and they'll "clean and retape nicely" the car.The reason for my negative review is not due to the price, because even at $200 it is still cheaper than safelite repair. My biggest issue is that we had to travel all the way down state lines with the person guaranteeing us that we were getting the window fixed that same day, i can understand things happen but even when we were traveling there we got an affirmative amswer of YES. The fact that when i disagreed with the price, he gave me my keys and did not tape up my window (which BTW i already had it nicely wrapped, which he took off due to him beginning to fix the vehicle)All in all if you live in the tri state area i would recommend checking other places prior to going here.

Went here after a botched appointment with Safe Lite where the replacement windshield didn't make it to the appointment and rescheduled appointment was 4 days later. Miguel's took care of things in 2 hours. Earned my business!

Great experience..Car window was shattered. Miguel was very professional and informative. He traveled to long island just to get the speciality glass I needed for my back window. I would definitely recommend. Service was great!

Fast friendly service at an affordable price. They made an excpetion to service my car on a Sunday to ensure I was able to get back home. I would highly recommend Miguels Auto Glass for any glass repair.

Cheap prices but mediocre work, windshield was installed sloppy and they didn't add the spacers but atleast it doesnt leak.Good customer service though.

Simply great.I called at 8am, was told to call insurance and bring the car. Out with the newwindow in the door at 10:45am.Incredibly efficient and professional service!
