I normally don t leave reviews but after my experience I just had to come here and say that I had an exceptional experience with service consultant Cristian Villegas. I brought in my Range Rover because I was having issues with the radio and a coolant leak. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service possible. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise along with professionalism were evident from the start. He was a great communicator and provided clear explanations, timely updates, and ensured that the service was completed to the highest standard. He made this experience smooth and stress free I truly appreciate his dedication. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of automotive service. Thank you for going above and beyond, Range Rover is lucky to have this guy!

I believe I purchased the very last Land Rover Convertible. I love the care but there were definitely some learning curves with maintaining the vehicle. Manhattan JLR were amazingly supportive both financially and with service. I am very appreciative!!!!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Range Rover Sport from James Zaku, and had a great experience. He was professional, knowledgable, communicative and transparent through the whole process. I will be back to see James and the staff at Land Rover Manhattan again soon.

Five stars for the great staff at the Service Center. I dealt with Cristian V. as my Service Consultant and he was very responsive and transparent about a repair on my 2016 Land Rover which was still under extended warranty for a specific part/issue. Cristian was communicative during the repair and clearly confirmed the diagnostic pricing in case it was not covered. While I would not normally bring my vehicle here for any other out-of-warranty repair due to high labor costs and the location relative to where I live, dealing with the service center is usually a breeze and I was happy to bring my car in.

I feel compelled to leave a review because the customer service I received from Shelly was the best I ve experienced in 20 years as a Land Rover customer. Smart, articulate, professional, kept me updated, friendly, not rocket science, yet so rare these days. You really should look after Shelly - she is a great asset to your business.

Can't say enough good things about this dealership. Isaac Ashwal who is the General Manager is really fantastic. Recently purchased a Velar SE and the dealership made the purchase so easy. I live an hour from the dealership and the experience and the ease of the transaction was well worth the trip. Highly recommend!!

I m giving a 5 star review as a favor to Christian the service member who was kind and very responsive. The 5 stars are for him, not the service center. I can t say I ve had responsive service in the past, so I wanted to recommend him. My car went in for repair, the repair was done quickly, but they broke my sunroof while there. They replaced it free of charge but ruined the interior roof with greasy hands while doing so. Christian rectified the situation by having the car detailed and thoroughly cleaned, but I won t be going back. I ve had too many bad experiences.

I recently bought a preowned Evoque from the Manhattan Land Rover. I had previously been burned by numerous other dealerships and salesmen. I m so blessed to have found this dealership and even more so, I am blessed to have found Robert Faraoni who assisted me in the sale of the vehicle. He was unlike any salesman I have ever encountered. He is genuine and put forth significant effort to ensure that my vehicle was safe prior to my departure back home to Pennsylvania. He was always honest, upfront, and kept his word every step of the way. If you re in the market for a Land Rover, this dealership and Robert are worth the trip! I recently purchased a 2024 Land Rover Defender from JLR Manhattan. I met with Sacha and he guided and helped me order my car (this was the first time in my life I got a made to order vehicle). His assistance and guidance in "must haves" and "nice to haves" was great and helped me pick the perfect car for me. The car arrived slightly ahead of schedule and when it came in Sacha and team registered and got it ready for pick up then patiently walked me through all the features. James walked me through service and tire options and was friendly and knowledgeable. Isaac the manager has a great group of folks -- starts with the top. A big thank you to the team at JLR Manhattan, I am ecstatic with my new Defender!

We recently purchased a 2024 Range Rover which was our second purchase from this dealership and we worked with Sacha. Sacha was very responsive and helpful during the purchase process as we were waiting for the vehicle to come in and has also been helpful assisting us with follow up questions regarding the vehicle's functions etc after we took delivery. This was our 4th Land Rover purchase and by far the best experience we have had yet. I would highly recommend working with Sacha if you are in the market for a Land Rover.

Total scam. I ve been meaning to write this for a while but never got around to it. A year ago I went in as someone had hit my passenger side mirror. The top plastic housing needed replacing but the internals, camera etc all worked fine. The Parts team quoted me nearly $3,000 saying the whole side mirror needed to be replaced. I ended up going to Land Rover in Cary North Carolina while on a trip and they replaced the top housing, and painted it Santorini black for a total of $275. Find somewhere else for your repairs, the Manhattan Land Rover team are shakedown artists

Lazy parts replacers, not real technicians. Spent $800 to replace a $75 sensor up front that they blamed on me parallel parking the car- not a scratch on my front bumper but ok. Them airbag lights go off- they quote me $5k to replace both front seals belt pretensioners- parts that should last the lifetime of a car and oh by the way this isn t covered by the CPO warranty that I paid extra for. I posted the issue on a RR owners forum and a master tech responded that the diagnosis as given was from a lazy parts replacer tech and that the actual issue for both the airbag light and the front sensor (now not working yet again) was faulty wiring in the seat. Took car to independent shop for repair. Terrible service and terrible company for carving out parts from their CPO warranty. First and last JLR product for me. Good news was that the dealer found time to put their cheap looking 49 cent plastic license plate frame advertising themselves on my car without my permission. Total garbage service.

I had visited/interacted with 3 other dealerships prior to going to LRM. When I spoke to Robert on the phone I told him that and also I was ready to buy. He told me he'd work at a deal for me which the other dealerships could not match. Next day, I happilydrove away with a new Defender.

10/10 experience at Land Rover Manhattan. Our salesperson took a lot of time to show us options and walk us through the financing process. When the car we looked at was purchased shortly after we viewed it (there was only one at the dealership) our salesperson went above and beyond by returning multiple phone calls/emails to answer questions and providing guidance as to how to get our hands on the specific model we were looking for.He had not one single speck of the typical and dreadful "let me get my manager" car salesman flair but was compelling, authentic and patient.A minor repair brought be back to the dealership recently, which was totally seamless from start to finish.Having now gone on the ultimate quest to find my ideal car (calls with nearly a dozen dealerships and visits to 4 LR dealerships), I can say with certainty that the staff and service at this dealership are second to none!

Such a beautiful, clean, and friendly dealership! Picking up my new car was so easy, Isaac and Robert had everything ready for me to sign and drive my brand new Defender home! Robert was an amazing salesperson and helped me with any and all questions I had, and make sure to check in with me the days after I took my vehicle home! I couldn t recommend this this dealership enough! I m on my 3rd car with Land Rover Manhattan and I know exactly where I ll be going back for my next one !

This establishment deserves 0 stars for their unprofessional behavior. My brand new Range Rover Sport 2023 showed an electrical default notification on the dashboard. I was "luckily" right next to Land Rover Manhattan. Two days after leaving the vehicle there, I was told there was no issue at all and given no explanation as to what caused the message to appear in the first place. None of the above is what I have an issue with. I have had the car for less than 6 MONTHS. By chance I had noticed my hood was scratched deeply in multiple places. I did not bring the vehicle into the dealership in that condition. When I brought this to their attention, their immediate reaction was to say they were going to take care of it and remedy the problem. They had my vehicle for a WEEK. My mistake was allowing them to deliver the vehicle to me through their valet service and not pick it up in person from the dealership myself to look at what they claimed to have fixed. THE DAMAGE LOOKS WORSE OFF. I have left multiple messages and have been deliberately ignored. I'm not going to name names but you two know exactly who you are. I will be sure to NEVER recommend this dealership to any family or friends.

I came here with an issue other Land Rover dealerships couldn t diagnose my issue . Not only did they diagnose my issue but they were extremely accommodating to my needs . Cristian and Marcelo are the only people I trust with my car :)
