Joseph auto sound is one of the best shops in NYC I have been to a bunch of auto sounds in the city and none of them show pride in there work. At Joseph Auto sound they show a ton of pride in there work I will alway go there.

Amazing, honest and competent shop. I would give them ten stars if I could! I came with my Toyota Sequoia and a Pioneer radio, which the other shop couldn't get to control from the steering wheel. They took their time, and made it happen. Thank you! Will be returning for further services

I went to get a amp and sub installed and a month later my sub starting smoking people would say maybe the sub just came broken but that s not the case I knew nothing about music at the time and didn t know about tuning this shop said they do everything for me they set my gain all the way up in the amp causing my sub to overheat and literally smoke came out it they know nothing about tuning your amp the right way tuning the amp incorrectly can cause the sub to be abused and that was the case here now the job is going to cost me triple cause of their mistake

Tried to charge me $600 to change the radio. I have a feeling if you're not from the neighborhood you get the special price if you know what i mean.

No me gusta dar malas rese�as pero no tengo opci�n! hace unos meses fui a instalar una alarma, despu�s de unos meses tengo problemas de que est� muy sensible cual quier cosa la activa , regrese y solo la reiniciaron! (No funcion�) volv� a regresar otro d�a para ver otra oportunidad y el solo resolvi� desconectando el sensor de alarma pensando que no me dar�a cuenta!!! que mal servicio!! Se supone que son profesionales! Todo el trabajo que le hicieron est� en la basura!! No le recomiendo para alarmas! Evite el problema que yo todav�a tengo que lidiar..
