Great service! I live in New Jersey and work in the Upper East Side. I hit pot hole/curb and dented my rim. I went by their reviews since my Road Side Assistance allowed me only 20 miles and anything thereafter would be $10/mile. I wanted to take it to my dealer but there was no guarantee my car would be fixed right away. They are a quick fix for the problem, I was able to get everything done in an hour and go back to work! Remarkable!!I read some of the reviews about the prices, and I disagree. If you go to a dealer or elsewhere, there is no way you can get things done so quickly. You are paying for a quick fix, to be able to drive away the same day. If you ask them how much on the pricing, they tell you ahead of time. No surprises here, great service and both Pablo and Javi, are very respectful.

Wow! They work so fast and my flat tire was patched and replaced quicker than I could even write this review. (Ok it actually took about 10 minutes but still super fast!)I definitely trust them and will come back for future issues!

The best tow truck experience I ever had. They told me 25 minutes and they were there in 20 minutes, got my problem solved within 5 minutes they were respectful they were professional five stars and down I recommend this service to everyone. This is definitely the only tow truck experience I will ever use from now on.

Quick and expert service. Had a bolt stuck in my tire, they patched it up and I was driving again in 15 mins. Been coming here for years, always friendly and does a great job!

My go to for tire issues - I ve spent some money here, my model does not have the most sturdy tires. Yesterday they patched a small nail hole in my run flat - it wasn t easy - 300 miles later of not too gentle driving, the leak is gone. Very reasonably priced and genuinely nice people. Thank you, will come again.

I broke the tire valve stem when trying to remove a cap the was stuck on it. I thought I was out of luck since it happened on Sunday morning. I called to confirm they were open.They replaced the valve quickly. I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I recommend them without a doubt.

BUYER BEWARE!!! He put a nail in my other tire so I had to buy 2 tires instead of one. SHADY!!! Do not walk away from the car while they re working on it. Can t trust people to do the right thing.

This is a good place to come they are open from 8am to 8pm. It s one of the best places in Harlem. As I got here they were going to charge me $50 for a tire. So I was happy about it but when he finished he said it was $150. That was crazy and how can I say no when he already did the work. Some people are not here to serve the people and to worry for what they need but for their own purposes. They sold a tire they get commission. I think that s not been honest. In that part they need to know what the client wants is important not what they want to give you. Good place but not very truthful

Excellent service, super promptly, fixed my broken tire(nail punctuation) immediately, and helped me checked other tires too. Reasonable price, and was printed on the window, I like their honest, friendly, and professional service. I love this community, and this store sets good standards for the community. I am very thankful.

Had a slow leak. They took care of it in about 15 minutes, checked my other tires for correct pressure and charged me $25. They'll be my go-to for flats from now on.

They sneacky with their prices, if you dont know nothing about cars they will try to rip u off. They are not honest they hungry for the money, left pissoff because i went along to see how far they go. I wouldve give them 0 stars.

Super quick, super friendly, super reasonable. They took the tire right in, they showed us where it needed to be patched, fixed it inexpensively, and then helped me stow the donut and put on the new car. You never want to deal with a flat tire but these guys made it easy.

Javi flat fix was a great place to bring my car... The husband and wife were so nice to me and they gave me a good price on the new tire that I needed. They ordered it and I got it the next day. I will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to any of my friends and family.

Friendly, fast and efficient service. Went in for tire balancing, one tire had a slow leak. I was in and out in 10 minuets, price was reasonable. Though it s my first car to experience repairs, I have friend who owns a tire shop for many years in Brooklyn, I knew the pricing.

Drove right up and a super nice man came out to greet me (covid safe - wearing a mask). He listened to my problem, explained every step of the way, and ended up cleaning and re sealing my tire for $20 in 10 minutes! Great experience. Would recommend and return.

Opened up right on time and I was all set within 20 minutes with my replacement tire. Price was right, so women won't get taken advantage of with the cost being jacked up!

patched my punctured tire in under 20-minutes (see photo for the culprit) after hastily pulling up. grateful for the efficiency and keeping me safe. $25 and a great experience.
