Finally!!! We have a flagship store in nyc! wonderful experience with the staff Ariel was very pleasant once I entered the location , came in for a flat fix on my OX model and it was a seamless experience with their technician Alex he was awesome! Great mechanic and honest, such a relief , can't wait to come back for some INOKIM Gear

The store is located across from my office, and I went in to see about a more rugged model for the urban landscape. The manager took care of me himself personally, and was extremely knowledgeable about battery capacity, terrain options and durability.

I recognized the brand from Miami and social media, as they just opened a great location in New York City at the Canal Street subway station on Broadway. They offer both service and repair and the two managers are quite entertaining !!
