I got cheated by these guys.I purchased an Inokim Light 2 Max scooter for $1500, $200 more than the version with the smaller battery.Close to a year later, still within warranty, my battery started dying with less than half the distance. They replaced my battery, since it was still within warranty. However, they wanted to charge me like $150 for the service. I talked my way out of it, since the scooter was under warranty.However, I noticed that the battery they took out that the scooter was originally sold with and the replacement they put in had a smaller capacity. When questioned about it, the guy that manages the shop, Maxim, told me that they would replace it with the larger battery, but they would do that later when it was back in stock. Maxim placed the order for the larger battery, and then just disappeared.2 months later, I called him back and he had forgotten about the whole thing and tried to talk his way out of the situation.While the scooter is pretty good, I am getting a poor impression of the management team.

Most amazing purchase I ve made in my 12 years living in nyc. This scooter became an essential part of my day going around the city. I love the fact that they have a repair shop on site so anytime I have an issue the staff is willing and able to get me back on the road. Highly recommend great product and customer service

I first came to Inokim when I was having issues with another brand of scooter in June 2019. After a quick test ride, I was out the door with an OX model, which I have been using ever since; The craftsmanship is top notch on all of their vehicles.On top of that, anytime I ever have any sort of issue with my OX, they are always able to fix it at a fair rate.Whether it be any accidental damage or something as simple as a flat.I highly recommend anyone looking for an electric scooter to take a trip to the team at Inokim. customer service and products are the best around!

Great products and services! I have two Quick 4 scooters, and they have served me extremely well over the past few years. Brought my scooter in for a full tune up and it was ready the same day! I m happy that I have easy access for help with any issues.

Been going here for a while now and their communication and service are excellent. They re efficiency is top notch with the work being done faster than anticipated. I will continue coming here for any more repairs. I would also recommend anyone who is looking to buy electrical scooters to come here.

Bought one of their scooters online. The scooter had a broken valve on the back tyre out of the box. I emailed Inokim and they blamed me saying it s due to riding on low tyre pressure, and offered to sell me the parts. Disgusting company, don t spend all that money on a scooter when you are just going to get a faulty product with zero service

I have been searching for inokim light 2. I initially found via FB post some store name fluid... something. They have nice deal and well made video about scooter. I send them message via FB messenger but no reply, then I check some comment on there post in Facebook. I saw lots of complaints about them not answering, replying to there customer neglecting them. Then I found out that there's Inokim shop in NYC, first I send them a message and this guy Max reply to me answering all my queries and he is the owner of this shop. Even though they have higher price on the light 2 for me it's not just the product that I'm looking for, I don't like a dealer that will sell you item and once your out of the store your nothing to them, your just another buyer. I want a store or shop that you can always come by or ask them about what you've bought to them. I know it's quite long now but that I'm trying to say is this NYC Inokim shop by Max together with Mika and Aiden is the best shop to deal with.Just a side story.I was so excited in unboxing my light 2 that when I was going to charge it I grab the wrong charger (Onewheel pint). I send a picture to max saying that I received a wrong charger. But upon checking again I found that I took the wrong charger. Max called me and was going to send someone with a new charger via Uber from NYC to NJ, Mind you shop is already close. By this simple gesture you will know that you are with the best Inokim shop, Owner/ team. 10 star for this location.

Very happy with my purchase. This brand is made of high-quality materials built to last. I ride it on average of 10 miles a day through New York City and the charge is as promised 30 miles range. The service department is also top-notch and they are always willing to give advice on how to make your scooter more optimal whether it be with accessories or tire advice. Max, the owner is very accessible through his website and text. I am already looking to upgrade to the Quick 4 or Oxo as I should have purchased a scooter with suspension which the Light 2 does not have. Even without suspension the Light 2 is an exceptional scooter. Thanks again!

Gentleman that works there was simply amazing( feel bad I don t remember his name, but i know he is from Moscow). It s a shame people like this are not working in every single place we re going. He deserves 1000 stars.And of course fixing the scooter went perfect, everything was done quickly and efficiently

You gotta admit it's pretty cool that the brand scooter that you own just so happens to have its own exclusive repair shop!The technician was patient with my questions and actually explained to me what was wrong with my scooter and how it was repaired. Every expense is itemized and overall the buisness seems professionally run.My scooter was not charging and it was not the fuse as I had tried switching it. In addition my screen was broken and I needed a entirely new screen. I paid $250 to get my scooter up an running plus the new screen in addition to some rubber guards that had fallen off. That's a very fair price considering a new screen is about $220 online.Very happy about this place. It also gives the piece of mind knowing that if something goes wrong or a part needs to be changed I know where to go.A very big incentive to stay with inokim if I will want to purchase another scooter down the road.

I came to the store after having done a lot of online research. The staff were helpful and made points and recommendations that turned my online research upside down. After a few test rides, I walked out with the Light 2 Max which is a perfect fit for my needs (commuting within Manhattan). This scooter, as advertised by the staff in the store, goes up to 21 mph and will take you as far as 25 mi (I weigh approx. 170 lbs); 22 miles in to a full charge it will start slowing down. Its also pretty compact and fits easily in my apartment. I also got a free helmet, phone holder, and scooter bag with the purchase. If you're considering an e-scooter purchase visit this store!

Riding a Inokim OX SUPER. If you re looking for AAA standard don t hesitate to check this Brand. And please do stop by in our Inokim Shop/Dealer. It s a One stop shop with reliable people and full of knowledge in this electric machine era. Alot of scooters came in the market these days but don t get blinded with it. This is a real deal quality build with sophisticated and robust machine. Been tested already from flat surface to trails and the recent winter storm. I m not recommending to ride on wet surface but I m telling you the machine gives a good balance and control in my experience riding on snowy and slushy surface. I m still loving the whole unit since day 1. I m riding 2 scooters but this is my go to performance machine, The Inokim OX. P.S. Prepare your words for your units because you ll meet alot of people asking about your head turner Inokim and yes it gives boost of confidence riding around the city. Thank you Inokim!

The best scooter shop in New York City hands down! I went to a bunch of shops and purchased a scooter from another shop on the east side, but within two weeks I was questioning battery life, safety, and efficacy of the scooter. I called this shop and spoke to Max and scheduled a test ride. I came to the shop and spoke with Dina, who was absolutely amazing and informative. The scooter rides so well, absorbs impact from the potholes, is so sturdy, and feels so much safer with dual brakes. The most important thing is knowing that if anything goes wrong you can always stop by the store to get it serviced. They also offer warranties. I feel so happy with the professionalism of the whole team. Special thanks to Dina and Max. If you want the absolute best, safest, long lasting scooter, this is your shop!

Recently got my Light 2 serviced and when I picked it up it was like new. The service person explained everything and was very helpful. Great service, highly recommend the Light 2. Build quality is great and the available service at the shop is also top notch. They seem to have transition to only a service store and sales are online, just FYI.

Purchased an inokim ox a few days ago and let me tell you, if you are looking to go from A to B to Z this is the right choice. The speed, range and looks set these scooters into a class of their own. With this purchase not only comes with a great scooter, but world class customer service. I spoke to max months ago about the inokim but I wasn t exactly ready to bite the bullet. Now that I have I couldn t have went with any other choices of scooter on the market. When I had a question or concern about my scooter after purchase no matter what the time, max is always available.This is what you look for in a purchase, quality and service. Look no further if interested in a premium scooter. I can t leave an additional review so will update this one. Upgraded to the OXO and same quality of customer service with an even more phenomenal product. If you are thinking about purchasing any Inokim product don t second guess it, just do it.

Great place to take your Inokim scooter for repairs, or purchase some accessories, etc but whatever the case may be, I highly recommend this shop. The young guy who fixes scooter, he is awesome, nice and welcoming, empathy and knows his job. Trusted business. NO REGRET!. Another satisfied customer, and a long jeopardy one. The best electric scooter I ever owned . Took it to burning man and it took so much damage . Cleaned it up and still runs like new. Love it highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews, but my recent experience during service at the Inokim Scooter Shop was exceptional. I am the owner of an Inokim Light 2 and originally came in to fix a flat front tube. I was able to make a same day appointment and wait while it was being repaired. I use this scooter every day to ride to work and did not want to come back to pick up at another date. The technician was knowledgeable, meticulous, professional and accommodated my request. After further inquiry I also decided to change my back tire from tubeless to a pneumatic tire. The tubeless made for a rough ride. What a difference! Such a much better ride, at least for me. So, if you want to be in good hands during repairs and purchase of an Inokim Scooter ( I also purchased mine here), do not hesitate to visit them. This is an excellent Scooter brand and I feel confident in recommending them.

The OX or OXO is the scooter to get if you want the Best out there. You Tube it!! Great company, great product and great service. The owner Max and the staff on Bleeker street are amazing. It s safe fun and liberating. Just do it.

Trustworthy people!! Came down from upper Westchester County to this authorized dealer/service center, rather than either sending out to the company in Fl. or deal with people who were unfamiliar with the $2k machine such as a bike shop,etc!! They did same day service ,as long as, you make an appointment. Amin, one of the techs, is a good guy!! They returned my scooter clean and better condition.. They addressed all my issues I had and did all points inspection to make sure there were no other underlying issues... The trip to the city was a pain & parking was not fun but it was worth it!!!.... Another satisfied customer!!! Thanks again guys for your help and attention.

Hello, recently I had a visit at your store for a preventive maintenance check up. Please, refer my review to the invoice number #D1519. I didn t have any issue with the scooter before a check up. Usually I evaluate my scooter every 6/8 months to make sure that the breaks are working properly, the screws are tight enough and other evaluation that needs to be done during a regular maintenance check up. With other service provider it usually cost me around $100. I hoped that the official Inokim store provides a better price offer and I was very wrong about it. What caught my attention is that the maintenance guy was very pushy to upsell. While I was praising the quality of the Inokim brand I mentioned that if I ever wanted to upgrade the scooter I d go for Inokim quick 4 model but I m pretty happy with the current one plus I have a cruise scooter where the third one would make no sense to have. The guy immediately offered me a test drive for a Inokim quick 4. Why? When he was checking the scooter he asked me if I ever fell from it because of the scratches on the breaks. I said yes but if any damage happened in the past it had all been fixed before my visit. I asked him how much the maintenance service would cost me. I was told $95. Ok. I ve mentioned that overall I m happy with the riding experience, nothing was bothering me and I was aware that the front bulb was off. He said for extra $35 he d fix it. I refused his offer claiming that I only need a maintenance preventive check up and please to make sure that the breaks are fixed and the screws are tight. No bulb need to be fixed, I m ok to use an external flashlight that I ve attached to the scooter myself. He says my scooter will be ready in 2 hours. Ok, great I thought and when I came back he said that the folding mechanism was broken and he had to replace it and it cost $85 extra. I was actually confused knowing that if such tool were broken than how I was able to fold and unfold the scooter successfully all the time and riding it with no concerns. Now, it s been a week of riding experience with upgraded service and every time I have significant difficulties to fold and unfold the scooter, it s too tight. It s very uncomfortable caring the scooter also while walking. It feels if the scooter leans to the left all the time and I have to force it to keep it straight. It s just not comfortable knowing especially that I never had such issue before. What I ve noticed also that the battery was very low. Before going to your repair store I made sure that the scooter was fully charged. So at the end I m facing a charge of almost $200 which is 20% of the actual cost of the scooter which is outrageous. Same day after the service provided I left a frustrating comment on your support team email about the high charges and never heard a respond back. Instead I ve received a receipt with the full payment confirmation. I have no choice but to reach you again with a fully detailed review and I want my money back.

Great service all around. They really took that time with me and were very patient and very friendly. Great follow up and good customer service. Dina pointed me to some great accessories which have made the riding experience all the better, in effect helping me build out my Inokim scooter for the best Urban commuter experience.An in-house mechanic and a friendly stuff mean I can ride in confidence know that I have a place to take it if there's any issue.Highly recommended.

Don t go to this place I spend over 3K scooter, including 1 years warranty, when I try to to replace with the break disfunction's, with in 3 month!!!they come out with all kind of excuse and try to have extra cost spend your money some place els.
