I took my vehicle for the first time to perform a simple oil change maintenance. they did not do it right the vehicle lost all the oil having to return the next day with fear of damaging the engine.I gave a vote of confidence and took it a second time, this time they broke the plastic on the door when I realized it, I told them that they broke that plastic, their answers are that they cannot see with their cameras that they have broken it. that is to say that they are not responsible but I have the report of having left the vehicle well, how could it be that they are not reprehensible. If someone knows where I can claim please tell me today it's me tomorrow it can be any for something more serious

Today I sent my car to get serviced for oil change and inspection with a friend which is part of my maintenance warranty. When she gets there the service advisor Jonathan tells her that she needs to change her filters and it was going to be $260. She asked me on the phone as he told her and we said no, only to do what my insurance covered nothing additional . 2 hours later he comes back with a bill for $260 and told her that the filters were changed and he couldn t get in touch with the mechanic to advise not to change, even though they were literally at the same location. She literally declined this 2 minutes in. Then had to pay for it even though it was declined. This is not how u treat your new clients!!! You cannot force something on people after they decline it and then put in service contract that client asked for it. This is wrong.Then I call to talk to manager named Thomas. Ofcourse he was not available, did not returned call or anything.

I was really happy with the outstanding experience that my advisor Raybel delivered . He provided excellent customer service as soon as Ia revived. The employees showed me that they genuinely cared about me by giving me a warm welcome and attending to my needs quickly.

I love Fordham Toyota I went over there today I m happy with the service. I love everybody there but I had some replacement windshield wiper blades for $65. That s all I was saying I thought that was a lot of money. I have nothing against Fordham Toyota I guess they have to charge what they have to charge because they have the dealer, but I thought that was kinda high.

I recently had my Toyota serviced at Fordham Toyota dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Raybel my advisoe was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took care of all the necessary maintenance promptly, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Fordham Toyota parts and service for anyone needing excellent car service.

I Would put 0 stars if it was possible. I took my brand new 2024 grand highlander to get checked as it s making a weird noise. I had an appointment my advisor was Jonathan Ferruzola. What an incompetent person to have working. This guy was very rude. I asked a simple question of if the dealer provides loaners if the car is at the dealer for a couple of days, he goes on to say no very rudely and aggressively . I said okay no problem thanks, however he goes on to say if you want just take your car to get service where you purchased the vehicle from. I just laughed and looked at this guy like are you serious! I left the car to get service regardless because I was running late to work. About an hour after leaving the car I get a missed call from the dealer so I call back and speak to a lady who asked if my vehicle was there and I said yes and that my advisor was Jonathan she then transferred me to him. Once I was transferred I acknowledged who I was and he responded with attitude saying dude I ll give you a call once I get the report like I already explained to you . I told him you know what don t touch my car I don t need it to get service by you guys I ll take it where I bought it from just like you said. The worst experience ever with a service department. Will now be going to Glen Toyota where you get treated as real customers and not like a nobody at Fordham Toyota especially if you get Jonathan as your advisor. Guy needs customer service classes!

I don t have enough words to express what an amazing experience I had! Jos� Gonzales and Kelvin Santos made our purchase process a breeze. They were very welcoming and patient when explaining the process. My wife and I were very pleased with their service. We recommend them more than 100%! You won t be disappointed.

Good customer service service. Cleanest waiting area I've ever been in. Quick (reasonable) turnaround. I just wish customers were allowed in the work areas so that we can be SHOWN instead of explained what a problem is. It would be better

As far as I know the service was completed properly, but I'm frustrated with the intensive upselling on routine maintenance. My owner's manual and the dealership's own booking website said at 65,000 miles I only needed tire rotation, which would be $50. Once at the dealership, the salesperson said they always recommend rotation and balancing ($150) and oil and filter change ($70) every 6 months. Plus the coupon they sent me specifically excludes those (i.e. most standard maintenance). Since I'm not a car expert I didn't really feel like I could argue, but it feels like a bait-and-switch that Toyota officially says I should get a $50 service but then in person they up it by this much. If they were up front about this being what's needed every 6 months I'd have less of a hard time with it.

Waited much longer than necessary.Staff was busy with holiday party instead of tending to my car.Waited for 3.5 hours for a simple routine maintenance check. Had to tell serviceman that my car was brought down and waiting for me.

The attention and service are excellent.However, in the waiting room, there was a movie that seemed rated R. Kids were in the room, and there was cursing in the movie and scenes meant for adults like people killing with high volume.I mentioned this to someone on the floor, and he listened and took action by changing the program. That is why I give the 5 stars. The job is done, and the customer service received was amazing! The person who took action was Jorge Rodriguez. Everyone else was great too but wanted to acknowledge this person who listened and took appropriate action.

10 am. Appointment and 4 hours later still nothing. You guys should really be punctual when it comes to servicing. Why tell me 10 am. Just to make me wait all day for 45mins worth of work.

I had a very good experienced buying a new Tacoma at Fordham. I went in knowing what I was looking for. The staff were helpful and didn't waste my time. The process was pretty simple and straightford.
