Received an email from Finn that they are suspending operations and terminating my contract. They are giving us less than 30 days notice to return the car. Our contract was for a year until June, and this couldn't have come at a more inconvenient time since the car was needed for something important in May. Insanely unprofessional, I wish I had looked at the other reviews on here before leasing with them.

(Updated after 2 months from 4-star to 5-star! I'm loving FINN!)Overall I'm satisfied with FINN and would recommend exploring them to others. I would also 100% recommend considering car subscription to car leasing or long term car rental - the numbers just don't make sense with these last 2 options.FINN's vehicle options have a variety of vehicles & monthly fees for different budgets. Many of those options are new cars (mine was). The site is good and the ordering process was fairly easy - though I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility in reaching customer service so I could have my questions answered immediately and made the decision that day. Instead, I had to wait more than a week to get all my questions answered and had to call them when I hadn't gotten an email response to follow up questions after 2 days.The approval process was very easy and quick, and even included a discount for good credit. The handover process was easy and fairly well-executed. The one exception was the inability to get more than a few hours notice of a delivery window - was told they'd make a request but couldn't guarantee even which half of the day. This seems inflexible in this day and age. But the delivery person, once the delivery date came, was awesome and super responsive and professional. He was actually the most responsive of everyone I communicated with :), and gave me a specific ETA before he got on the road to get to my place.The vehicle is in excellent shape, though I haven't driven it much yet! And all the necessary documents were in the glove compartment, including the owner's manual.My favorite part of the subscription is not having to lay out a huge down payment for a rapidly depreciating asset and still being able to get a brand new car.

Outrageous. Pickup driver checked the vehicle with me and it was clear with no scratches. A week later I get an email that it had a scratch and was charged 500$ (which I paid 150$ extra every month for insurance). Second, I was charged an extra fee for the pickup (which I asked in advance if there will be a fee or if there is an alternative way to return the car, aka drive it back to the rental company). After trying to understand the issue they never got back to me and just charged my card with hundreds of dollars. This company is a scam and I hope I helped anyone debating if they should use their services .

Company scams people in the end of the subscription. My brother and I both had cars with Finn auto. At the end they charged him over $1,000 and me over 1,200 for damages that were overpriced and not true. Some of the damages don t even make sense. I took photos of the car on the day of pick up. And the pictures they showed you could bearly see anything. BE CAREFUL. They will get you in the end of the subscription. My brother lives in NY and I live in NJ. My car is in a garage and yet they find a way to charge us similar amounts. And I m reading the reviews it seems to be common thing that they are doing. BBB will be getting a complaint from me and my brother and if you feel like you were taken advantage please reach out.

Stay away. They are scammers. Don t make the same mistake I did. At the end of my lease, they charged me crazy money even through the person who inspected it said I shouldn t be charged a penny. Disgusting companyUPDATE: it has been way passed the 5-7 business days and not a single person got back to me. I can t get a hold of anyone. The whole company vanished with my money. Scammers. Stay away.

Great idea, but execution was lacking. I ordered the vehicle as I was going to be in between vehicles for a few months. Ordering on the app was easy and the price was a no brainer when they had insurance included in the price. The vehicle arrived on the day arranged and the turnover process was easy. No issues with the vehicle during the 6 month period, and only minor inconvenience of having to swap out license plates and make arrangements for recall repairs for Finn. It was during the end of the contract that things began to slip. I was pushed emails and notifications to renew with a new car, but I was surprised that the prices were now not inclusive of the insurance as I had rented before. I elected not to renew with Finn as I was having a longer term vehicle delivered for me. When selecting the return option, I elected to return it to the Philadelphia location. To my surprise, a couple of days before i was to drop off the vehicle, I received an email stating that my vehicle would be picked up. I specifically elected to drop the vehicle off as it was near my residence and dropping off did not incur the $200 pick up fee. I contacted Finn via email and was finally told that the drop off could not be conducted due to security issues at the facility but it would be picked up free of charge. I was ok with this, but prior notification would have been nice rather than me having to reach out myself. Additionally, on pick up day, I did not have any communication from Finn about pick up time or status. It wasn't until late afternoon that someone showed up to my door to drive the car away. The gentleman that picked it up took many pictures and noted the condition of the car, stating it was in pristine condition. He then drove the vehicle to an auto auction lot for sale. To my surprise, a few weeks later I received a receipt from Finn for additional charges for my vehicle for damages. Interestingly enough, the inspection that led to these damages being charged occurred three days after the car was picked up from my residence. The inspection images were also not the ones taken at my residence but ones that were taken days later at the auto auction lot. Finn stated that there was a small scratch on the bumper that needed to be repaired, which was not there when the vehicle left my residence. As if that were not enough disorganization from Finn, I still receive information regarding scheduled maintenance for the vehicle, nearly a month after returning it. Like I said, Finn is a good idea in theory, but the execution has a lot to be desired.

I really wanted to love my Finn experience, but sadly it was riddled with issues. Most of which I was able to look past, due to decent customer service. However my issues with my final invoice have gone unheard for over three weeks, despite many emails to direct contacts at the company and the help@finn email address. I truly feel ghosted by the company, now that they have the car and have stolen my security deposit. It has left such a vile taste in my mouth, and the lack of communication is wildly unprofessional.

Worst customer care service. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone here. No one answers your call, no reply to emails and mismanaged deliveries.Our vehicle(s) were delivered at the wrong address. Wrong color of the vehicle delivered.Their cars are great but the lack of communication makes it not worth it.

Not the most pleasant experience. It was too much hassle to get a car delivered on the promised date. They took several weeks to deliver my car and kept pushing the date so I had to keep renting cars in the meantime. Even though they covered the costs of the rental, it was poor communication to keep letting me know that my car was going to get delivered every day.My car was damaged when parked in the street so it had been taken to the shop for repairs, however it took 2 months to get the car back and FINN would only cover the payment for 1 month. I would say the car was in the shop for more time than I drove it.Now that I am trying to return the car, they are charging me $200 to pick up the car or drop it off myself either in Philadelphia or Rhode Island. I live in Boston so it's not the most ideal scenario.I would definitely not recommend FINN for the above reasons. Their customer service is good but you will be paying a lot more than what you signed up for.

Same as the other reviews, Paid for insaurance for a whole year, and then they wanna charge fees at the end of the subscribtion for normal wears and tears. Find an other honest service and skip this one.

I wish I had read the reviews. My car was returned in immaculate condition and they charged me over $1200. Now they vanished, it s impossible to reach anyone. I ve been scammed. No other way to put it..

I took the day off to receive our delivery today, but there s been no word from the transporter. We were assured the delivery was on track when we contacted customer service earlier today. The office is now closed and we have not received any info re delays or status.

Not sure where to start .. LOVE the vehicle, hate the service .. good luck gettin intouch with anyone here ! I tried canceling a reservation within the 48 hour time frame but I could not get in touch with anyone ! Now they are charging me a 1 month cancellation fee. I wish they were more responsive .. I also had a Glass claim which requires a $1,000 deductible which is more than the glass itself! .. BEWARE! They have a lot of things with in their company that need to be ironed out in the US.

This is by far the best car subscription service ever. Simple , quick, and easy. I just finished 1 year with them and will continue with FINN for another year. definetly blew my expectations out of the water. THE BEST!

Finn is awesome! They have brand new cars at great prices. Plus maintenance and insurance is included with short term leases. What more can you ask for! Customer service was great as well. I had a lil issue ordering my car initially but Conor took my call and saved the day like Superman! Thanks Conor for taking such good care of me and getting me in the car that I wanted. I highly recommend Finn!

The process was simple and easy. My problem is that the vehicle I wanted won't be available for another two month and there is no flexibility of me subscribing for one vehicle now then changing when the vehicle I want is actually ready. Nor where there any flexibility in allowing me to rent for only 6 month at a discounted rate unless I op to recommend new subscribers for a $300 discount per person if they subscribe.

No communication, they have a bad insurance policy with a deductible of 1000$ and they don t allow you to go to any other collision shop, only to the one they want

The product is great but the experience is frustrating for me. The representatives are courteous and friendly but they lack knowledge of the product and there is lack of cohesion! After days of clearing an issue with several assurances they still did the wrong thing.

Prices seem to change often, like airline tickets, resulting in some anxiety about getting some kind of deal or not. Delivery date moved back one month between first checking into FINN and ordering one week later. And date posted on site didn't match actual date available by over a month. Pick up charge super annoying too. Had questions but couldn't get anyone on the phone - support service always busy.

My first lease was awesome. Now I have to all these extra fees and credit checks. Really feel like all the money I spent means nothing. Very disappointing. Just made a subscription and you guys are trying to pull 1600 out my account today. Wow

My Finn car was supposed to arrive today but now I m being told there is a issue with the paperwork and the transport company.. I took off work to wait for the car now it s not arriving.. So far, not so good . I hope this wasn t a bad idea

First day of my Finn subscription that was supposed to start today. They use a 3rd party, Draiver , to deliver the car.Car was supposed to be dropped off between 4-7 pm. It s now 8:52 and no word! Tried calling/emailing Finn, but their customer support is offline after 5 pm. Draiver won t give me the details of the delivery, they said I need to get that from Finn.Seems like Finn should have support offered when customers are [supposed to be] getting cars delivered!Made plans to pick up furniture tonight with the car and am just sitting around waiting Don t use Finn if you need the car the day they say you re getting it

The customer service is phenomenal, prices are clear cut without any surprises. The $300.00 loyalty discount was applied, no questions asked. Highly recommend.

My Cherokee Laredo L is amazing, great service, worry free car plan.So much more savings that a Jeep store with over msrp charges, bank and dealership fees, The paperwork was seamless.I highly recommend Finn auto subscription.

After years of dealing with all of the hidden costs of owning and maintaining a car, it's a relief to have FINN as an option. The monthly price includes insurance, maintenance, 24/7 roadside assistance, registration - FINN made having a car easy and simple. Also, I absolutely love that nearly half of the options are electric! I finally get to have a Tesla!

Finding a new car is just south of impossible these days, but FINN really does a nice job at making it easy. Simple checkout process on their website and a new car is in your driveway in just a week or two!

A couple of small hiccups along the way but in the end I just received a brand new Tesla 3 in two weeks vs the 4-5 month wait from Tesla after accounting for insurance I m paying almost the same price and the whole process was so much easier than a traditional car leasing experience.
