Always call Davis for trailer work and they never fail to amaze me! We have had hitches installed and just recently a ramp for our horse trailer and it was amazing. In and out service, great people and a great price!

These guys have been great to us from the moment we started our trailer purchase. They've dealt with any issues promptly. Their customer service has been top notch and they stand by their products. Their store is also a great place to browse, I found a great deal on a riding jacket.

Great place for a trailer or anything on a trailer. They also have a variety of trailers to choose from. All the employees are extremely helpful. Dean, the owner, is wonderful to work with. Kudos

Just bought a 2020 Toyota Camry and wanted to have a hitch mounted so I can use bumper buddy/bike rack, I wanted it done right and haven't herd good things about uhaul installs so I found Davis trailer world and I'm glad I did they did a really good job it looks like it was factory installed! Thanks for the amazing job! They got it done in one day and were reasonably priced I will be bringing my wifes car here next

I just bought a set of Double H boots at Davis Trailer World today. I had spoken to Mrs. Davis, on the phone, two days ago to ensure the boots I was interested in were in stock in the sizes I needed to try. Mrs. Davis is awesome sharing her knowledge of boots and making sure the fit was correct on my feet. She took the time to make sure I walked in the boots and was satisfied with the chosen size. It was a 5 hour drive from my house to the business but it was well worth the trip. I enjoyed our conversation about Northern New York and was surprised to learn that she grew up not far from where I live. Will I buy boots from Davis Trailer World again? That is a definite yes. If you are in the market and can visit the store, make that trip. Oh, I was pleased with the price of the boots. Thank you for a fantastic experience Mrs. Davis.

Purchased a camper from a local camper dealership was not to confident on how they set up the equalizer wdh system. I had davis dbl check it they made some adjustments and fine tuning and now it tows amazing. 31' camper behind f150. The service department was very helpful with all of my questions. Highly recommend them. Jake dave and Jeff were very helpful

I worked with Jeff at Davis Trailer World. I found him to be extremely professional and helpful. I believe he tried hard to get me the best price possible for the parts for new brakes I needed on my trailer. When he couldn't get the parts at the price he wanted, he did the next best thing, which was a promotional discount to me. He also worked fast and his company turned around the repairs quickly. The trailer repairs are wonderful. I recommend Davis Trailer World.

On Sunday 10/16/22, I broke a leaf spring on my Bass Boat Trailer in the parking lot at Conesus Boat Ramp on the East Side and was stranded in Lakeville. On Monday morning at 9AM I called on Davis Trailer World to see if they had the parts and whether they could help me out. I spoke with Dave in service who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had the parts in stock and told me that he could get me fixed up the same day. I limped my trailer over there and arrived by 11AM. The leaf spring was replaced and I was on my way home to PA before noon. The work they performed was top notch. Their pricing was very reasonable, They even gave me a Veterans Discount. I purchased the additional 3 leaf springs from them that I plan to switch out at home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, These guys are awesome!!! Charlie from PA.

No hard sales pressure great customer service five star service department the owner of Davies Trailer World is an honest fair man as well as all of his employees I will continue to do business with them forever and ever. This place is amazing! I came looking for boots, and had the best experience I've had at ANY western store. I was trying on boots and Mrs.Davis came and helped me get the perfect size, and even threw in leather conditioner, and boot socks for free! If you're looking for great people, and high quality boots for good prices, this is the place! I will be back soon!

I called on Davis trailer world to help me out after I blew a tire on my trailer which ripped off my fender. I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Dave in service who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got my trailer in and fixed up within a day and the work they performed was top notch. Their pricing was very reasonable, I would highly recommend this company

DAVE MOON went above and beyond to help make sure we had all the materials for a DIY project. He is VERY knowledgeable and always friendly!Everyone there greeted us with a smile and hello even if they were working on another task.Great selection of hitch and trailer parts.Lots of quality western wear too.

My father ordered a really nice cattle trailer from Davis Trailer. There was a minor defect in some of the diamond plate so the owner informed us and made it right, even though it was quite minor. He also took a lot of time to show us around the trailer, explain everything and provide advice. We were really impressed. He also has a really nice store and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Davis Trailer World is Top Notch sales service and I believe one of the leading trailer experts in Western New York I have bought two trailers from Davis Trailer World and the customer service. I love Davis Trailer World. The only place were I can get an Amish all leather belt. High grade dress belt that will last year's. We have purchased cowboy hats boots and jewelry all of it was high quality. Helpful staff with a great deal of knowledge. Trailer repair is excellent. Great turn over time.

A great store at a busy intersection. Anything you need for a trailer including new and used models plus service. Showroom is fully stocked. They also sell clothing and truck accessories.EDIT: I went there with a used trailer that looked like it had a structural issue. I needed an expert to look at it. Within five minutes of being there, two guys were out there assessing my predicament. I didn't want to sink a ton of money in it and be upside down on it. After discussing it's planned usage, we came up with an affordable plan that they did while I waited. Even an unforeseen issue that arose was taken care of. I left feeling good about the service and the trailer. Friendly and empathetic staff was awesome.

I bought an Aluma trailer from these folks about three weeks ago and thought it was about time to share my buying experience with them. They are without a doubt about the nicest people I've ever dealt with in a purchasing transaction. The price was more than fair (I checked around before I bought), and the trailer was ready exactly on the day and time as promised. When I showed up with a tongue rack I purchased from another company they installed it and welded it in place for a fee I considered extremely reasonable. The workmanship on the welding was superb. Prior to my retiring, I worked as a quality manager for several large corporations and became something of an expert on Customer Satisfaction. In fact, I traveled around the country giving talks to other companies on how to satisfy the customer and build a quality business. I could have used Davis Trailer World as the poster child for setting the bar in that regard. Two thumbs up for Davis, Mike the salesman, and the service department.

Great experience visiting Davis trailer world. Good selection of trailers. Josh helped us find our trailer. Dean made transaction easy. Besides buying a trailer they have lots of goodies inside the store for someone like me. Large selection of boots and clothing for all different types of jobs. Like a toy store for me.

Davis trailer world is a great place for anything trailer, all hardware and gear, as well as clothes and boots. The people their are extremely friendly and helpful. I just keep going back for anything I need especially hardware and service of my trailer.
