Took car in for inspection last minute today and they were all very friendly and provided quick service. Very clean shop with nice outdoor waiting area. Even gave my son a little gift for his patience. I will be back.

I recently found this shop in the past week, and I know about cars and aware how most auto shops are dishonest and try to make as much money off of you as they can.NOT THIS PLACE!This place deserves five stars!!!!Their very honest and good people. I just found the shop yes but this is the best auto shop in Manhattan and they now have a new customer that will be back and I will refer this place to as many people as I can!Amazing service friendly people literally anything you can ask from an auto shop more! !

An honest shop that does the right thing, a rarity in the city recently. George and his team have been my go to shop for anything tire or inspection related for over a decade now, even when they were at their old location. I travel across town to have them work on my old M3 because they are the only shop that has earned and kept my trust for so long. You should have no doubts in being treated right at Cybert! A solid 5 stars. Every. Day.

Great service. I called this morning at 7am for a NYS inspection and they told me I didn't need an appointment. I got there at 730a, waited about 10 mins and they finished the inspection in another 10 mins. They were very friendly and the gentleman who did the inspection drove my car out to the street and waited for me to give me my key. I would definitely go back!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Fantastic service!! I brought my car in the evening before for a couple different problems and it was finished by 11 am the next day and on Easter weekend. George is fantastic and so helpful. The prices are very fair and the service is top notch. I would highly recommend. It is hard to find a good service center especially in Manhattan but this place is a gem.

Loved my experience here!I m from waaay out of town (Nebraska) so when I blew a tire in Manhattan, I was sure I was gonna get hosed by somebody.Not the case at all. I did the whole put the spare on thing and took my vehicle and blown tire to Cybert. These guys were fantastic, fast and very fairly priced! Got me in and out in like 30 min If I lived in NYC, I would do all of my car business with Cybert. Seriously. The shop is remarkable compared to any anywhere and it is apparent that these guys are very capable.Customer service is high on their list of priorities, and I am thankful for that.I wish I had thought to take a pic of the place, because it s impressive.Locals, do yourself a favor and make this your go-to for any service. As someone with a lot of experience with shops, I can tell you that this place is top-notch.Non-locals, if you find yourself in a pinch for some reason during a visit, Cybert will take care of you, I have no doubt.Service: Tires

Used these guys around June 2023, after running around the lower west side looking for a place which moved but never changed it online. Stumbled upon Cybert and they took me in. Short wait ,and I was done ASAP . will take all my cars there henceforth

120 for a oil change??? Rip off. Got my money because I was so caught off guard. Explaining to me that it was a lot because my car "needed full synthetic" meanwhile tech marked synthetic blend on sticker.Dishonest. Lost my business from this point forward.... Anyone can look up the price of the product described as being used and see the mark up here was excessive.

This place is great. Old school auto service and tire shop tucked into a side street.Very honest - I couldn t refill the air on one of my tires despite trying at two gas stations. I thought the valve was bad from an accident a few months prior. They took me right in and found no problem with the valve. The topped up the tire and sent me on my way for $40. Could easily have lied, told me a need a new tire and made a few hundred bucks. But they didn t.Also very customer friendly. Free fresh coffee. Bottled water. Even treats outside for the neighborhood dogs. Super friendly staffThanks John and Cliff!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Cyber Car Care took great care of my car! I needed to get my car inspection updated. I called them, and they were extremely courteous and informative over the phone.When I got there, they informed me immediately that they would be able to perform the service. They notified me about the expected waiting time. The service was performed promptly and with a smile. And the waiting area outdoors was a wonderful treat - comfortable seats in a shaded decorated seating area.Kudos to Cybert for excellent service and customer care.10 out of 10!

All around excellent garage w/reasonable prices. I am so glad I found Cybert Car Care. Our car got a flat tire + our spare had a flat and we needed to have it replaced right away. Cybert was able to help us out under an hour and were honest and told me the other tires did not need to be replaced. I was even prepared to pay to replace all 4 tires. Highly highly recommend this place for anyone who's in the area and needs their car repaired. Prices are so reasonable for Manhattan and they do make a effort to have you in and out especially bc of lack of parking. Sitting area and bathroom are both clean and they even offer complimentary wifi.

Needed inspection sticker replaced because it was damaged. I had new one in 5 mins, great bunch of guys and Honest !! I had other work done here as well,Don t go anywhere else but here for all your car care needs. This is a #1 rated trusted business.

Whoa, I'm in utter disbelief. I called this morning, and here's how the conversation went.Me: Hey there, do you take appointments for inspections?Cybert: No, we don't take appointments, just drive in.Me: Cool, do you have a rough idea what the wait time would be right now?Cybert: No, I have cars in the garage and people in the waiting room and outside.Me: Got it, would I be...Cybert: Look I'm very busy, gotta go, bye. {click}Me: ... able to leave my car there?I'm truly amazed. I've used them before, the mechanics are good, but the guy at the front desk has held a reputation for being incredibly rude. I had yet to be exposed to this personally until today and I saw his true colors. The call was 24 seconds long. If you can't take 24 seconds to talk to a customer on the phone, don't answer it. Thanks!Buyer beware, take your car to a shop that is at least considerate, and doesn't hang up on you for asking a reasonable question.

A wonderful throwback experience in Customer Service.I am almost reluctant to describe how special Cybert Tire is because the service is so top notch that I don't want to risk degrading it due to more customer traffic. Whether you need a tire repaired/replaced or getting your car Inspected these guys are the best. Cybert is quick, efficient and exceedingly competent. Every employee is a consummate professional with exceptional skill and knowledge. Pricing for parts and labor is very fair, especially for NYC. If most of your car maintenance interactions occur In a dealership you will be surprised by the contrast in customer experience. For those of us old enough to remember what great customer service is about you can't help but feel a deep sense of nostalgia from your experience at Cybert. I can not recommend Cybert enough.

Got a flat tire with my kids in the car right before the tunnel and just as they were about to close. I looked over and there they were. About to close.... but they stayed opened, repaired my tire (didn't try to upsell me a new one), gave kids some coloring sticker books and I was quickly on my way. They were amazing, nice, honest, fast and awesome. Couldn't thank and recommend them enough.Service: Auto tire replacement

I don't know how I haven't left a review for these guys yet -- they're truly the best auto shop I've ever dealt with.Always always super courteous, helpful and (most importantly) honest.They've saved /resurrected Two vehicles for me after a string of bad repair jobs with other mechanics.Outstanding work, Everytime.A special Shout out to John, Dale, Tom and the rest of the crew (sorry I don't know you all by name).

Probably the WORST experience I've ever had with a business. I brought in my BMW 750Li to have new rear tires mounted and balanced. Not only was the man running the office very COLD AND RUDE, they WEREN'T UPFRONT WITH THEIR PRICING and I paid DOUBLE what I've paid for the same job many times in the past elsewhere. Probably cost more than what the BMW dealer would have charged. THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORST PART!!! They SCRATCHED the entire lip of both rims they mounted tires on and they are both VERY UNBALANCED. Never have I had such bad service and now I am going to have to pay multiple times what it would have cost to do the job correctly to fix what they did. IN SHORT, I HOPE NO ONE EVER GOES TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. I would ask for a full refund but that's barely going to get me the distance of covering the damage they did now that both rear wheels need to be refinished.

Got a flat tire on a Friday afternoon leaving the city for the weekend. Called Cybert and they had our tire in stock and we were towed to their location. Immediately we were helped and everyone was very kind. We LOVED the holiday decorations, water/tea/coffee in the waiting area. There weren t any other cars being worked on while we were there and were in and out even quicker than we had expected. LOVE THIS PLACE

John and his Staff were very gracious and accommodating from my very 1st phone call. Due to their knowledge and professional experience in automotive, they did a great job for me and the price was more then fair. I will recommend them to friends and family. They will be my go-to shop from now on when I am in Manhattan. I highly recommend them

I had the pleasure of taking my car to Cybert's after I got a flat tire in Manhattan. I wasn't able to get my car to John's shop until they were just about to close. He stayed open for me and got new tire on in 10 minutes. And it was on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. John and his staff were excellent. Very professional and honest. There aren't to many shops in the city that you can say that about. I've been driving in New York City for 15 years. This wasn't my first flat and probably wont be my last. But now I have a great shop that I know I can go to. Thanks again John and keep up the great work.
