Alexander in sales was particularly noteworthy; his kindness and responsiveness to my questions and concerns truly made the experience seamless. The sales managers, Mike and Lou, along with Julio, the financial manager, were also incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the process. It s rare to find such a dedicated and attentive team. Had an amazing experience here with Alex, Sergio and Lou all helping to give me a fantastic new Jeep and take my beloved precious older Jeep off my hands. Right from the get go I was welcomed and treated with respect and transparency by Alex and the team. As a woman alone buying a car can sometimes at least for me be intimidating but this experience was friendly and smooth and I got exactly what I wanted! I love my new car!

I had the best experience here. Bob Bobby Brent was our salesman and he was so kind and super patient. I got my first purchased car and he was extremely helpful and he made us feel very comfortable, very confident and made the process so much lighter on us. The start to my visit to this Jeep was not very pleasant . But the sales Manger Michael came in and saved the day. He treated me and my wife with respect and understood our needs.And was very helpful. We had a slight problem with finance but Micheal made sure everything was corrected and ensured us he will make sure we leave happy and he succeeded. Thank you Michael for all your help.

Absolutely wonderful car buying experience. Stephen, Lou, and Sergio were amazing. Lou was transparent about pricing from the beginning and very honest. I expressed my need for having all numbers up front and he provided exactly what i requested. Stephen was so patient and spent so much time explaining the vehicle functions and answering all our questions. He even hand delivered my car and stayed as long as we needed to answer all questions. At no point did i feel rushed at all and could tell he genuinely cares about his customers and do not view them as just a number. Sergio made the financing part easy and stress free. I highly recommend this car dealership, it is very different than any other car dealerships I have purchased from. This team cares about their customers and makes car buying stress free and really wonderful. I am very happy and will only go to this dealership in the future. If you want honesty and transparency, this is the place to go.

I found myself in a pinch right before a road trip from NYC to Detroit, and this dealership was a lifesaver. Not only did they expedite my oil change and tire rotation with impeccable efficiency, but they treated me like I was part of the family. While waiting, I indulged in one of the finest lattes I've ever had, thanks to their top-notch coffee machine.A special shoutout to Nelson and Jonathan. Their genuine care and support didn't go unnoticed. They even took the time to give me a tour around the dealership, adding a cherry on top of an already delightful experience.Gratitude doesn't even begin to cover it. Took an Uber to the dealership, when I arrived the truck I went for was NOT there! My anxiety was through the roof, angry couldn t describe the feelings at that time. However William kept his word, had patience, kept me calm and never stopped working! He told me I m gonna get you a truck today, you re driving home in something you want. After browsing a few trucks to find the one for me, we end up spotting this one and BAM! God is beyond amazing, not only did I drive home in my dream truck, moreover God kept me covered and provided me a salesman that believed in him. From William, to Lou, to Julio my experience was definitely something to remember. Going na k is not a question, it s a decision that s already been made. Thanks soooo much gentleman.

My experience at this dealership was beyond perfect. First, I would like to thank Lou for helping us and being patient. Secondly, Sol was an amazing salesperson. She helped me pick a car that will fit a family of 5 comfortably. She knew her facts, all laughs and smiles and she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. We had a bit of a wait because of an unexpected event but throughout that entire time she kept a conversation with me and gave my son her computer to watch YouTube with SNACKS so he doesn t get bored. To anyone making a trip to this dealership GO TO SOL you won t regret it!!!!!!!!

Immersed on Manhattan's West Side is the treasure of a team at Jeep of Manhattan. This review is for their stellar Service Department which falls nothing short of stellar. Enter into a very clean space filled with the kindest leadership and caring receptionists who will carefully listen to all of your concerns and manage all of your vehicle's needs. I had an issue that was immediately corrected and helped profusely by a very well-trained staff who genuinely insisted on helping my family. My car has always been treated respectfully and I am very happy with the work at every visit. Feel free to enjoy a nice treat from their fully stocked coffee bar and know you will always be kept aware of the repairs needed on your vehicle. John in the Service department is one of the most detail-oriented and caring leaders Jeep has ever employed. He should train the rest of Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiats throughout the nation. In addition, every vehicle serviced receives their 5-star car wash managed by Nelson and his team of hard working professionals who leave your vehicle cleaned in perfect condition and who always go the extra mile for their customers. The best receptionists always treat everyone with a smile and are fully equipped to answer hard questions and put the client at ease. This service team has been the best since owning my Jeep and I can share that my experiences at Manhattan Chrysler Service has been incredible. I appreciate everyone there and can't wait to see the team again.

I worked with Alexander today. He gave the GREATEST OFFER EVER!!!! HOW COULD I RESIST. Offer was trade in ,zero down and lower mileage from my current car . Which is a 2017 fiat500x no previous owner(inherited). As a female first timer. I truly appreciate no pressure being applied. And all the information provided prior to signing any contract. Woke up on Wednesday the 31 of January only to discover that my Dodge Ram would not start( the engine would not turn over). I had to get my truck towed for assessment/repair. Called Chrysler Dodge prior to the truck being towed to see if they could see me. The gentleman, I believe Matt said, "Bring the truck in, but I have to be honest." We won't be able to assess any issues until Friday. I'm like, cool! Arrived at the dealership. I believe Manny was the service tech who greeted me. He will definitely disarm you with a positive spirit. He slides in some warm heartened humor along the way. Even tried to get me to think about purchasing a new truck if I suddenly fell out of love with my existing truck. Checked in with the service desk. The entire team said Good Morning. You only get that type of group acknowledgment if you're at Chick-fil-A. Matt shared that he would call me on Friday with an update. Cool! Fast forward to Thursday around 1:00 p.m. Matt called me and stated that I'm all good. You can pick up the truck. Not only did I not get my truck four days earlier than I anticipated( I definitely had the mindset that I won't get the truck until Monday or Tuesday factoring in the weekend) But as I am driving away, truck washed and interior cleaned. It just so happens that it is raining. I hate when that occurs. I remembered that I had to get an oil changed. But, the notification was not displayed on the console. I'm like what's up? They gave me an oil change!!!!! Saved me $150.00Blessed

I was so happy to buy a jeep from here and when I did it was nothing but a nightmare. They sold me a warranty that they promised will work at any Jeep dealership so when I did call other dealerships for service, they said they were not able to honor it because it wasn t bought from them (third party). I been calling for 2 months to try to cancel a warranty, finally get through to a manager that promised me to give me the refund. 2 more months pass and they haven t even called the loan company to make any changes. Now I have to keep calling and hope to actually speak to someone since all they do is give me the runaround. Other Jeep dealerships have been so nice and accommodating and giving me correct information. Jeep Manhattan is the worst. Please do not go there and save yourself the hassle. It s really sad that people have to go through this when I me myself is in customer relations and I would never treat any customers like this. Jeep Manhattan you can do better and your should. Shame on you.

Said this car was in perfect condition, flew to New York to get the car to find the fender falling off, steering wheel cover cracked, tow cover missing etc. Somehow they racked up almost 10 grand in fees and said it was our fault and to be more cautious when buying a car. Beware we called 4 days in a row trying to get ahold of someone and all I got was hung up on or sent to voicemail, salesman said your presence is your best leverage so we showed up just to waste time and money. Not to mention when i walked in they said I looked like a construction worker and when i said I had a check written for the out the door price the salesman told me the attitude changed. Don t waste your time here. Nothing but inappropriate and undereducated people in this place calling it a legit dealership.
