Cesar is incredible! Got a flat in the city and had my car repaired within minutes. Very friendly and family run business. They are so genuine and care about their employees and their customers. I was so happy that I found them and will recommend them to anyone. Also, their prices are very very fair. Make sure you bring cash or go to the ATM! Thanks so much!

VERY FAIR PRICING and VERY FAST 15minutes!! They were extremely efficient and fast. Guy was kind and fixed the issue right away. Found the hole and patched it up. Charged me a cheap price so I gave him a tip10/10 would recommend. I was expecting to be price gouged since it was Manhattan.

The WORST shop in the town. Besides there was no proper place to pull over. Off all the customer service is the worst and they don t seems to understand to communicate in English. Been waiting there for more than 15 mins but they don t seems to care. I even called them but they don t care. Unprofessional worker and the store management sucks. Hard to believe to have this store in the heart of NYC (so embarrassing). Make sure you have a glimpse to other review too.

I got a flat in the middle of the night and was towed to Carlo's shop. They fixed my flat and my spare that had a busted valve in 5 minutes. Prices are fair and they are so friendly. Highly recommend! I love that they are a family owned business.

My husband and I ran over a nail the morning we were leaving the city to drive six hours back home. We pulled up to Carlos Flat Fixed with no appointment, and they repaired our tire immediately and for a great price. They plugged and repaired the tire in under ten minutes, and we paid a fraction of the cost compared to any other roadside assistance company. We highly recommended Carlos Flat Fixed for any tire-related service you may need.

Had a slow leak in my rear tire, and found this place... Unfortunately, the leak was plugged once (or twice) previously, so didn't want to throw good $$ after bad and just repair the leak. I was given the option of getting a new tire and so I opted for that... There was no sales pressure at all. The service was quick and efficient.

On a quick trip, came back to my car with a flat. Found them through a quick search and they took me immediately and handled the multiple small nails in my tire in 10 minutes. They were extremely nice and helpful. I'm also an out of towner so they could have price gouged me, but they didn't. It was extremely reasonable, quick and painless. Which is something I've never said about needing service to my car. Thank you for getting me home safely.I'd definitely use them again. (although I hope I don't have to lol) I don't review places normally but I think they deserve it.

Just had a flat tire again (no thanks to NYC potholes). Luckily, Carlos tire repair was near by . Service was super quick, in and out in 15-20minites . Guys offered me used tire for half a price or new one for regular price. Price included setting up the tire on the disk and installing it on the car. So far I m happy with the service , they saved me good amount of money and time that day. 5 stars

Best service around for an emergency tire repair in Manhattan, hands down. Efficient, friendly, fast and fair pricing. In under 15 minutes Carlos removed a screw from my tire, patched it, took off the donut tire and put the real tire back on. Just drove 150 miles home...every service provider should be this good.

Sunday 430am had a flat tire due to a pothole. Called AAA at 7am sick of waiting went to Carlos and was back on the road less then 10 mins. Cheap and fast.

Great place. Went at around 1:15am for a flat on my back tire. Had a nail in it so I asked for it to be patched. Both guys were great. Quick service and reasonable price. The Patch job cost me $45. The man mentioned that a Plug job was $25. Also, it's cash only. Wait time was between 5-10 minutes to get the tire repaired. Excellent work, reasonable price and quick service. Definitely recommend.

Super reliable and quick. We got here Sunday at noon to fix a flat tire. They had another customer before us, but they served us within 10 minutes. They plugged our tire up, and we were set to go. $20. Very efficient, skilled, professional.

I just picked up my new Tesla model S yesterday but ever since I picked it up, one of the rear tire has been losing air pressure fast. I went Carlos Flat Fixed at noon to inflate the rear tire, but I noticed it's still losing air pressure, that's when I realized it must be a flat tire. I've been driving for decades and I've never had a flat tire, let alone a brand new car! I couldn't get through to Tesla service or my insurance company, so I was so nervous that I was going to spend a lot of money. Anyway, when I got back there, they only spent a few minutes to fix the flat tire and just cost 25 bulks. oh man, it s amazing. thank you so much! So affordable ! The men were very nice and efficient. Highly recommend

I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The culprit of my damage was identified immediately (corona bottle grrrr) and patched. So affordable unlike the last tire I bought! The men were nice and efficient. Highly recommend!

These people crazy. I had a flat and they wanted to charge me $75 for a used tire+tip lol I had $64 and they said no. I paid $20 for them to put the spare on then go somewhere else

These people are literally Thieves!If your tire gets flat and you can still run your car to another place do it. The place is located in 503 West 45th Street CARLOS FLAT FIX These people are scammers and abuse of the drivers that are in need of fixing the tires.They over charged me $25 just for a patch plug .Workers are rude and disrespectful!I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was helped very quickly. They patched my tier in 10-15 min. It was a little pricey but it s located in midtown Manhattan so it s understandable. What a great customer service from the start to finish.

Excellent service , friendliest mechanics you can find in town. Cesar was very informative and knowledgeable. Gave me good tips on tire care. Paid $60 for a used tire for my Honda accord sport. Highly recommend, won't find a place like this anywhere else in midtown.

It's Carlos Bakery and as I was in New York I though I would try the cannoli, my missis had a slice of Strawberry Short Cake.I must say it tasted great. For both of those it came to just over $17
