I will start this review of by saying my time was well spent at Cadillac of Manhattan. My advisor, Justin, was phenomenal up front and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I specified what I wanted and he made it happen. Laid everything out for me, spoke with management and it was a smooth process. Would highly recommend again for any vehicle needs.

Ask for Mr.Bordina, he was amazing & very knowledgeable! He took me step by step through the whole process and made my experience absolutely seamless. David N helped me order my new Lyriq from start to finish, and was attentive and informative for 20 months as we awaited the car. He gave me a great deal, was supportive with extending my lease, and even thought ahead about the small details like EZPass replacement mounting strips. The delivery process was smooth, and I will be going back to David and Cadillac of Manhattan for all my future car needs!

Cadillac of Manhattan delivered on a Cadillac Escalade. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Greg Hampton. I had emailed the dealership and Greg was quick to respond to all my questions and pricing. They kept their promise and it was simple as sign and drive when I arrived to pickup the vehicle. No tricks or gimmicks. Thank you Greg for being a honorable salesman and for a seamless, straightforward experience!

Stay away at all costs. This dealer is the reason why folks have the bad impression that all dealers are thieves. This one in specific did a bait and switch on me. I was the first on scene to view a vehicle and when the terms were agreed on, they refused to disclose an interest rate or run my credit. They wanted me to leave my trade in plus a deposit. They stated that they couldn t give me the car due to a missing title. The excuse was that the title for the vehicle was not in. Next thing you know I got an email saying the car was sold. So, in my case the car couldn t be sold because they had no title, yet a miracle happened, and they were able to sell the car. All along they did not want to sell me the vehicle because they advertised the wrong price and wanted to get more for it. Stay away especially Mr. Justin Bordina. This was not a good experience. The dealer uses tactics such as (buy rate and sell rate) in which they mark up the interest to make money on the loan as well. We are not just talking a few dollars, in some cases 15k! They lure you in with a great price then screw you on the loan. VERY SHADY DEALER STAY AWAY!! Trust me, do not waste your time.P.SWeird enough that same night after I spoke with Justin. I got an email from him pushing another vehicle on me. That there told me he had this plan all along. Why would you send me information on another vehicle know we were only interested in one and waiting on a title? LAIRS!! And THIEVES!!

Gregory went above and beyond to make the buying experience an easy, pleasurable and amazing experience. Nothing was too much for him or the dealership. I have bought a lot of cars (BMW, Tesla s and Mercedes) and this was truly the best experience I had.

If you ever decide to get your car serviced at this location; do NOT work with a Service Advisor named John. His lack of service and professionalism is horrible. He would never return my calls when promised, he did not obtain a loaner car as he promised and most importantly he never called me back to confirm a delivery/pick up as he promised. I lost out on business and money because of him. I had to involve a couple of managers to assure at some point I would get service. He never apologized or made it right. He was disrespectful and inconsiderate. Again, say no to John!

I leased a 2023 CT4-V Blackwing Road Atlanta track edition and was negotiating with Gregory. He was very patient with me as we looked at finance and lease options. And I came to a compromise with a reasonable number and he went out of his way to be very transparent with incentives and overall costs for the vehicle. The car is 1 of only 99 made for 2023 ,and I am extremely happy with the car and the professionalism of this dealership. If you are looking for a vehicle, go with Gregory at sales. He will not steer you wrong.

Quickly responded to an inquiry I made about an in-stock CPO unit. They raised the advertised price about a week prior and I wanted to see if they could honor the old price. They politely said that wasn't possible. Appreciated the upfront honesty which saved both of us time.

Stay away from this dealership. Bought a jeep here . Dave from finance added about 1500 to the selling prices and included it onto the vehicle prices , i him asked several time why isn t listed separate. .he said this is just how the bank wants to see it . This is a scam. Stay alway . They will not follow up with you . I been driving for almost 9 days now and counting with a expired tag. Sales man was justing wouldn t not recommend anybody

Went to go look at a used Chevy Suburban the first time for 39800 and someone had put a deposit. The deal fell through and they called me. They would not sell me the car unless I financed which was ridiculous. Next they increased the price of the car to 42+ and wouldn't honor the first price when I first saw the car. Then on top of that they wanted to charge 2500 for cermaic coating. They tried telling me it was already done and it was non-negotiable. The car was filthy inside. Grotesque. 0% chance the car was detailed hence if it was ceramic coated they would've started off by detailing the car. The paint was also super swirled which for someone who doesn't know, anytime you get ceramic coating done you buff the car beforehand. So we walked away. They call back a day or 2 later saying theyll let us cut a cashiers check.. yeah no thank you. ended up purchasing a wagoneer the next weekend with 0 issues. If you want to waste your time just come here!

Poor service i stood there for 8.5 hours just to have the transmission fluid changed on my Cadillac XT6 and replaced steering wheel control arm that supposedly it was making a rattle sound! After waiting 8.5 hours at the dealership and getting my vehicle back I still hear the rattle sound on right passenger side, another thing changing the transmission fluid normally takes from 30 minutes to 1 hour supposedly it took them 2.2 hours to change the transmission fluid on my vehicle! And charged me $630.41, for changing the transmission fluid. Besides what they're going to charge the warranty for the supposedly fixing the rattling sound when they didn't! It seems this dealer have non experience mechanics ! Service advisor ALVIA is aware of this situation! Am really frustrated they made me waste a whole day of work for nothing! ! Rattling sound is now on the left side , they also supposedly replaced both struts ! they did all this work and didn t do a wheel alignment because Alivia stated that warranty won t cover it ! I would of understand that warranty wouldn t cover it if i only went in for a wheel alignment but in my situation that both control arms and both struts were replaced that s supposed to be under the warranty due to this vehicle having manufacturer defects ! I shouldn t have to pay a dime on anything that has to do with manufacture defects when a vehicle still under warranty !

The manager Arsalan is very professional and goes above and beyond. They were short porters they day we went for our trade in but he personally did everything himself and made sure everything went smoothly. Its much appreciated. I usually never leave reviews about staff but this guy really takes the cake on service.

Completely dissatisfied with the horrible experience at this dealership! On 8/15/23, I placed a $500 deposit on a 2020 GMC Acadia after taking it on a satisfying long test drive on the Westside Highway. It drove beautifully and I agreed to pay full asking price.First issue was that they presented me with a contract to sign that had an additional $1295 for ceramic coating that was not a part of the original price that was agreed upon, nor was it ever mentioned. It took the salesman 2 visits into the manager's office to finally have this fee removed. I gave the $ 500 deposit, signed and arranged for a 8/22/23 pick up. I added the car to our insurance, my wife and I took the day off to again make the hour trip into Manhattan to pick up the car. We called to let the salesman know that we were on our way, only to be told that the car was not available for pick up, it was " making a noise" and went to the service department. You can only imagine our shock that we were never notified and a , "What happened???" moment.I left a message for the manager to call me and never received a call back. (To add insult to injury, this was supposed to be the car with all the safety features for our twin daughters to take out of state to college.) We were told by the salesman that we would hear from him when he knew anything. 9 days went by and I emailed him because I hadn't heard anything. He emailed that he'd have an update shortly and again, I heard nothing and I had to email 2 weeks later! Then I was told that this 2020 car with only 25,000 miles on it had major engine problems and GMC couldn't locate an engine for replacement!! I was to receive my $500 deposit back but that didn't happen either. I had to write a letter to GMC headquarters to eventually get the money back. The deceitful salesman even lied that the check had been sent prior to the letter to GMC headquarters. The problem was that the date he gave that the original check was sent was BEFORE the pick up date and alleged problem with the car! It was completely deceitful, unprofessional, disappointing and a huge waste of a lot of time with this dealership. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid them!

Very helpful and thoughtful staff. My service advisor Patrick made my experience getting my car fixed and serviced a pleasure rather than an inconvenience one would go through when expressing a break down. Patrick and all staff's hospitality was magnificent and the service technicians were A+ and amazingly talented. Thanks a million Team!

I am new to Manhattan and wanted to service my Corvette Ideally in the city and I found Cadillac of New York. The new building is beautiful and Patrick. My service rep was super professional and communicative and got my car ready even sooner than promised. Well done and they will be in my dealership of choice going forward.

SalesPerson: My phone is too big for wireless charging to work . Lol huh?After delivery: it just doesn t work even with smaller phones. That s crazy.Finance: The first day when making deal finance manager told me bank approved me at $787/mo 66mo with 9900 down with $250 warranty deductible. So I said make it 790 even with $0 ded. We made deal he said ok but I was given no paper no nothing. I had faith & trust. but he was charging me $8k (w/0 ded) for the warranty and I was never told. He told me $6750 (w/250 deductible originally). But I saw it when I was signing all docs for car Next day and I asked how? So, he says bank gave me 767 yesterday. And he told me yesterday. But I m 500% I was never told 767. There s no way I would agree to jump to 790 if he said 767. I would ve probably taken it or just went upto 770 with 100ded. And it s crazy how he knew what I wanted he lured me & took advantage of the $20/extra every month for 66months.! I was never told about 767 before signing & he knows that. That time I had no choice. He kept emphasizing how much he s losing he s discounting and how much favor I m given.I took the vehicle & drove off and I want a solution or a compensation for this from the higher ups or Cadillac.From a customer prospective: why would anyone jump extra $23/mo for 66mo by themselves. Is that even logical? He tried to tell me I did that. I literally negotiate car deals every yr. But wow what a clown he thought I am. I just don t know what to say. $1.5k just gone from my pocket.
