I love their cars, but they were totally lacking respect hospitality towards me when I went to try to purchase one of their vehicles. I let them know it wasn't a problem in buying the vehicle, yet they acted like i didn't have any funds backing me! I'm backed by billions of dollars!

Come here at your own peril and pray. Next time, I will drive 2 hours in the opposite direction and/or cross bridges to avoid. Went in for the first routine oil change today, 20 minute wait just to drop the car off at 7:50am. During the oil change they find a nail in my tire and it's leaking air (no air leakage noted in the car on the drive over or day before) that they won't repair as it's a run-flat... next stop tire shop!Before pickup, I get a text my car is ready at the garage a few blocks away, noting it'll be there 30-45 minutes. I show up to the garage 1 hour after the text, the car is not there -- still at the main BMW Service Center. Thankfully very nice service gentlemen drove me back, then I finally got my car, which was not washed (I did not have another 20 minutes for a wash) so there was oil on the car's exterior from handling the hood, plus whoever was driving left some sticky substance all over the control panel. I would have been better off at jiffy lube.Avoid at all costs, go to another BMW dealer, drive to Jersey or Long Island and wait. They do not care about you or your vehicle here.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Brought my car in and the young lady wasn't very helpful she was so insistent on bullying me of what I had to do thanks to Robert Salas who I called immediately took care of my delema She also told me fine sit in your car you will be waiting for a long time and threw the paperwork on my dash. As for Robert Salas he went above and beyond and I am very grateful for thatI 3 weeks prior had spent 5800.00 fixing my car there was a minor adjustment that needed to be done and he made it happen while waiting . The young lady said it is gonna cost 225.00 you have to leave the car and she just didn't want to hear what I was trying to tell her .very frustrating

Terrible customer service. Service advisor Tanya is very rude and difficult to work with. Very bad communication and poor updates on car status. BMW needs to give their staff better training on customer operations.

Big thanks to Dave Citron for being an absolute professional. Service advisor was Ali who was also great. As much as driving into manhattan isn't fun, going to service at bmw manhattan is always worth it.

Managed to sneak us in day of for a tire replacement. Got us on the road for a long weekend within 3 hours (crazy fast given how busy they were and having to deal with insurance) and I couldn t ask for more professionalism and better service.Sultan and the team made it happen for us. 5 stars.

Amazing experience. Had to walk in last minute for a nail in tire. Sultan was THE BEST. I believe he even stayed longer on a Saturday. Service is unmatched.

One stop service, very accessible but come with a cost: time-wise and price-wise. The best part is that their agent/service man weirdly cares a lot on the customer survey sent to you after the whole service is finished. So, please feel free to argue and ask questions if you feel anything is not right and take the survey if you like the service. ( I felt their salary/promotion is tied to the rating, but I am. not sure.)

By far the worst customer service experience ever!!. Dropped my car off for service, my advisor told me that my car would be ready by a certain time. After hours of waiting, calling, texting to no response. The next day finally got to speak to someone who tells me that my car still hasn t been looked at. Then after getting off the phone with this person I get a text message saying that they spoke to my mother about what s wrong with my car and the repairs needed. I called them back because clearly I don t know whose mother they spoke to and while waiting on hold I get a text message saying my car is ready for pick-up SMH.. So we went from car not being looked at, to now car is ready for pick-up. Nobody here knows what they re doing clearly. Oh and here s a kicker, I had to pick-up my car at a garage down the street from where the service place is and scratches were left on my car either from while in service or in the garage. Maybe that s why they serviced my car for two days without any explanation.

Can t believe my GUCCI glasses got STOLEN !!!!! Took my vehicle there for a regular service an to service the ac on July 28, 2023 dropped it off early in the am. BMW service had the vehicle for the entire week. When I got into the truck I didn t realize my sunglass was missing until the next day when I went to use them. The glasses I m referring to is GUCCI glasses. When I ask the service writer he said he will check the loaner for me if I left it in there if I left it in there. After I was advised the glasses was not in there I ask if I can come in to check the video camera to see if I took it out the vehicle. Told me he will ask the manager, never got a response, today is now August 9,2023 with no answer Jorge is the name of the service writer which I believe he did his part but also following orders from someone else. Bottom line is my experience at BMW service was horrible and can t be trusted with items in the car. If it was some cheap glasses I wouldn t care as much but these cost around $400 an to have some one steal it out of your vehicle while at service an get no help regarding the situation it ridiculous

Servicing experience has always been excellent. However, sometimes they are slow to return phone calls if your car is not actually in for service.

worst service. no one returns phone calls or emails. will not buy another BMW. for their prices they should at least return a call. I left6 messages and 2 emails. advice if you buy a BMW do not use this for service or buy a different car. Update:Has great service returned to BMW? I think so. Last week I brought my car in for service and all went swimmingly: the service rep was helpful and responsive, the repairs were done quickly, and the car was returned in spotless condition. My faith in BMW is restored. If the next time is as good, it s back to 5 stars.Prior review:Awful experience. Twice. Brought my car in for routine service this spring and after being notified the car was ready, had to wait for nearly an hour and a half for them to release it. This Wednesday morning, I again brought my car in for routine service and was told they d have to keep the car overnight. It s now Friday and I still don t have my car. Worse, no one at the dealership can tell me whether it has been serviced, let alone when it will be ready. Plus, they have no loaners to offer. That s it for my lifelong relationship with BMW.

Terrible communication skills. If you re going to keep my car for over a week, you should at least return my phone calls to gauge the progress. Won t be returning to this location for any service needs.

Checked in the 3 cars that came after me even though I had an appointment and was on time. Received my last two inspections here and now this rep is telling me he has to remove my window tints, revealing to me this place doesn t know what they re doing. How was I able to drive out the last two years with inspection and tint? When I asked, he just shrugged and couldn t explain why it happened before. Didn t go out of his way to explain anything, why parts were getting swapped, etc. Last time at this service center.UPDATE: They sent me my bill and it was half what they estimated. When I commented on it, they went back and doubled everything and it was 2x as much as I had just saw and more than they estimated. Now they say I also need front brakes and rotors. Everything just feels shady from this dealership. 10 minutes before 5pm, my rep stops answering my texts and I get his auto reply that he left work early.

This BMW place SUCKS! They so unprofessional towards their minority/ethnic customers. Waited months for a response on a ordered part. Over 6 months . Every time I call they are rude they hang up they place me on hold they never come back they give me the run around. Just cause their BMW doesn t mean your going to get good service . I ve gotten treated better from Honda and other dealers. I would never purchase another BMW

Nice people but terrible communicators. They need to work on their operations. Getting work timeline estimates can be difficult, and pickup has been very frustrating as you have to pickup in a parking lot down the street and it can take forever.

Worst customer service experience ever. Took 9 calls and 3 voicemails to get an appt. Arrive at my 8:10am appt, don t get seen by 8:45am. they spoke down to me the entire time when I was surprised that I d have to pay for certain things myself (conveniently no one mentioned that when I got my lease.) Had zero sympathy for the fact that my vehicle impacts my job and that they hadn t fixed things they said they would last time. Cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can work with the Westchester location instead.

The service is fine. The promised times are way off. Third time here and they have never been close to the quoted time. My fault for waiting but they should really figure out how to give a proper time estimate. Would have shuttled and returned.

Sadly, my service manager retired. It had been Jim's attention that kept me a BMW customer. I am into 1 year of an x7 m50i. Manhattan BMW service changed for the worse. Also the seal on my windows suck. What's up with that? My siblings drive BMWs, we all have for years. That will be changing.

Service Department is Great! On this rainy Friday the check engine light came on in the eight year old Subaru that I just purchased somewhere else. We found this dealer based on being near where the problem happened. They fit us into the schedule, fixed the problem and had me back on the road same day and all at a reasonable cost. All this for a customer they had never seen before. Thank you to Ross and the entire service department.

This dealership is great and I always use it for service. However, I needed to buy two new rims and I was quoted two different prices between the service department and the parts department. The difference was $100 more per rim. I was hoping that this dealership would've been different than the rest because is operated by BMW corporate versus independently owned.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Unfortunately really less than one star. It's always a problem with customer service. No loaners. And had the nerve to offer loaner for following week. Really? Paid for car repairs and it took 20 minutes for me to retrieve vehicle. Shaking my head. Find them to be patronizing.

***Amended***(this is the only shop that offered a loaner even though my car is out of warranty. !!!Good morning, I appreciate the quick response. I will look into a loaner vehicle for you a majority of the parts are in stock, but two parts do need to be ordered. I will see what we can do and have a loaner available for you hopefully by Friday if not tomorrow.--Sultan Hanjra BMW of Manhattan)***I purchased my first BMW, used, and had no idea where to get it serviced, I went to the BMW of Bayside, where they actualy broke my car 'fixing' it. I then went to BMW of Brooklyn, where they did the same and wouldn't fix the issue. While I love my car i seriously considerd not buying another BMW based upon how i was treated.BMW of Manhattan was suggested to me for my next visit. I took my car there where i met Sultan, who was very professional with a repair staff that is even more amazing ! They fixed all the previous issues by asking me what work was previously completed and reached out to other shops and found the CAUSE of all the issues. I highly recommend them ! I will continue to purchase BMW's because of how they made me feel.
