10/10 I would highly recommend. Ask for Ariel, Ariel went out of his way to assist me with my car buying experience. He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend his services as well as BMW of manhattan as a whole !!

I had an awful experience at this dealership. While I should mention the salesman s name I won t. But he was very very disrespectful and rude and would never give consistent answers to our questions causing us to ask the same things over again which would upset him but apparently a customer can t have any clarity and comfort when spending the amount of money I was. He would constantly go back on his word which ultimately caused the deal to fall thru. I m sure this is a good dealership but I had an awful experience in dealing with them.

My salesman was Jorge, and I was with the BMW of Manhattan for three years. I bought my car in New Jersey. Save me the trip from going to New Jersey. I had no problems with BMW Of Manhattan. When it was time to check my vehicle, they would send me a video going over in detail with my car. And what needs to be done or close enough later must be replaced. They also have an indoor garage. It is Well attended. Jorge never hesitated if I needed to answer any questions and was transparent with our conversation.

They were very responsive to all my questions. The sales person (Isaiah) was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything with the car. They also explained all the new technology of the car to me. Finally, the interest rate was the most competitive rate I could get from any dealer or bank. Overall, it was a great experience and I m glad I bought from them.

I visited this dealership yesterday to have my car s sensors checked. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. After the inspection, I received a video update that was not only difficult to hear but also seemed to detail a completely different test than what was initially discussed. I attempted to clarify this by texting them, as they suggest, but received no response for almost a day. Further attempts to reach them by phone were equally frustrating, with each call resulting in over 30 minutes on hold without any answer. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a brand new car owner living in Manhattan. I am now uncertain where to take my car for future services, but I know I won t return to this location.

**DO NOT GO HERE TO PURCHASE OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE*******4/11/24*****Here s an update to my original post since Google won t allow you to add an additional review. So upon speaking to the Service Manager and not the Service Advisor , we came up with an action plan to figure out the original issue. I was contacted by a different Service Advisor who was waaaay more knowledgeable, experienced and definitely more respectful. I have since been updated and told the plan moving forward more to follow.As for the person(s) who responded to the original thread please check your facts. I never said my car was in warranty, but it also fell out of warranty during the pandemic when everyone and everything was shutdown or rest assured I would have extended the warranty. It was never about that, it was paying for something that you wouldn t or couldn t diagnose, before you asked me to pay for it just so you could experiment to try and figure it out. In the interest of getting your facts straight as well I ll reiterate what the first Service Advisor said We don t know anything about this vehicle, we don t know where it was serviced where it came from etc . Newsflash People** The Car was bought here, serviced here and the last service it had was from HERE ! To the person who responded go check your facts first before you respond with nonsense, just like the first Service Advisor .

Spoke with Sam, he reminds me of Joe Biden. Half way through the call he forgot what car I wanted! Oh well he seemed nice just not sure he could navigate the transaction when he can t remember the car I wanted 30 seconds into the call!

Outstanding service. Quick and seamless. From Rudy and the team were incredible. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and took our new car home on Tuesday. We would have done it sooner but the dealer is closed on Sunday. Fabulous experience and we are please with our new BMW.

I brought my car to this place for a small scratch repair. They took my car to a place literally 3.2 miles away from BMW of Manhattan. I left my car with gas in it good for 280 miles. I got my car back with gas good for 220 miles. That s ridiculous. I don t even want to mention how dirty was the interior of my car.

Kenny Garcia, did an outstanding job as a salesperson. Very respectful, professional, and courteous. Everything worked like clock work, fast and efficient. Paperwork was streamlined and all questions answered. Attention to deal was high and you can see that he takes pride in his work. The entire place is top-tier from management level to front desk and it really shows. I m genuinely impressed. These days it s very rare unfortunately Also another member of team David was excellent as well. David, went over all the amazing features of the car and set everything up. He took his time to make me comfortable with all the tech. Kenny (Salesperson) and David (Tech) worked well as a team and made the entire transaction very smooth and pleasant!!!

Engaging with BMW Manhattan was a frustrating experience. Communication was slow and the Client Adviser seemed ill-prepared to address basic inquiries. I requested of a CPO checklist, (like i did with other dealers as well) every other dealer gave me. The Advisor refused to share it and mentions it is a corporate BMW Store and hence it will not share as it is their policy not to share the service record or checklist.It was always clear to the Advisor that it was an out of state purchase from first call. I mentioned very clearly I would fly in to pick up the car in person. I had paid even paid Advance to block the car I was told that they have a policy of not selling to out of state a Day before I was to Fly in to NYC as it is their policy not to sell cars out sides of Tristate.Getting the deposit refunded was an other battle which resulted in me having to tell credit card company to send me a new card.The client adviser kept boasting it was a Corporate BMW dealership Overall, my interaction with BMW Manhattan left me with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. It is disheartening to see a brand of such prestige fail to deliver a seamless and customer-centric experience. I would caution potential customers to thoroughly consider their options before engaging with BMW Manhattan, as the current process leaves much to be desired.Will be complaining about this to BMW NA for sure on this experience.

Peter Pena was a wonderful sales representative! He went above and beyond explaining and negotiating bank discounts on lease terms, car features, and the car buying process. He made an effort to explain not just the warranties and protection I needed, but also what was redundant and a waste of money. As a first time car buyer that sealed the deal and made all the difference for me! Lastly, considering how specialty and rarity of the X4 M, I appreciate Peter s communication and dedication in securing this car for me.Looking forward to maintaining this lease and potential future purchases with BMW of Manhattan. No need to go anywhere other than this flagship location if you live in the NY Metro area, in my opinion!

Good evening,BMW VIN: censoredI was referred by a colleague to BMW of Manhattan. So far this is a horrible experience.Please have management change this experience.My car was towed to BMW of Manhattan on 08/09/2021. It was sitting with BMW/body shop for over a month I believe waiting for a part to come in. On 09/15/2021 - I went to pick up my car which when I picked up all repairs were supposed to be completed. Going back and forth the car was left there and then took back in to repair the items that were paid for plus additional damage that were not there. Fast forwarding everything September 24, 2021 car is ready for pick up mind you this is about 10k in damages that was paid for and work that was paid for by insurance which was not completed as signed that all items are completed on the itemized invoice. I am washing my car today and I see the fender portion that was supposed be unbent on the bottom by the door is not aligned nor repaired. It was repainted over but not repaired. Please see pictures of the damages that were there when the crash was there and fast forwarding till after repairs.I need someone of a higher level to contact me or I will be getting a lawyer involved. It seems to me as if I have to keep on going back and forth to get things fixed and if I don t say it what was supposed to be paid for that money has just been pocketed by the shop that BMW is working with.Please text or call me and I will provide all the information needed.The main point where the car was hit has not been aligned properly by the front left wheel.Bottom fender liner that s under the door and the fender itself does not look properly aligned everything is out of proportion.Repainted everything but the bends were not fixed.Pictures of crash attached that were sent to insurance and pictures of how I got my car back. I called insurance but they said I would need to speak to you all.

My experience with Jason Moy at BMW of Manhattan was wonderful. This custom spec 2024 X5 M competition order was delivered after ten weeks (two weeks before actual delivery date). The car is beautiful along with all the additional accessories. This was a big purchase and very overwhelming for my wife and I, but Jason did a fantastic job guiding us through it. Stefanos was great with explaining and setting up all the My BMW app, functions of iDrive 8 and driver setup. Thank you Jason and Stefanos!

If you are looking or considering getting a BMW I highly recommend Jose at the BMW of Manhattan. I had an excellent experience getting our new BMW from start to finish. Never felt pressured, gave me my space and time, offered me different options, and went above and beyond to accommodate our vehicle and financial situation. You really are joining a family and they make you feel that way- everyone I communicated through the process was super professional and friendly. That goes without saying that Jose made the entire experience smooth and easy. Also need to mention our BMW Genius Dave, who took us out on a test drive and walked us through all the vehicle features, made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions, he was super knowledgeable about all BMW related things.I want to let all the supervisors and higher-ups that Jose and Dave are a great reflection of your dealership and should be praised for their excellence in handling a huge commitment like leasing/ buying a car. This is our first time getting a BMW and they sure made it feel special. I will be coming back to BMW because of how I was treated by Jose and setting us up in our new vehicle.

UPDATED: 12/22 2023 M5C BMW of Manhattan and Sam Ahn.I sold my 22 M5C that I'd purchased from BMW of Manhattan in April of 22. While I leased another BMW (X3Mc) I quickly realized that I'd made a huge mistake letting my M5C go.In July of 22, I connected with Sam again through a mutual friend of ours and an allocation was secured for a 23 M5C.As like last time - Sam is a master at under promising and over delivering. From the timing of the build, to the flexibility to add options very late in the game (including adding a few port installed carbon fiber parts while the car was on the way to the US), to answering my endless stream of questions. Sam is the real deal and a consummate pro.I was lucky enough this time to pick up my car at the dealership in Manhattan - Sam even changed his regular schedule so that he could meet with me to do the delivery in person. Classy and professional all the way.The car - well, it's much the same as my 22, including the same color but with a few more options - it's amazing and I love it.I have no hesitation recommending BMW of Manhattan and Sam Ahn for all your BMW needs - I know the next time I'm ready for a new BMW, he's going to be the first person I call.12/21 - 2022 BMW M5C purchaseI recently completed my purchase of a 2022 BMW M5 Competition at BMW of Manhattan.
