I went there for my blue sedan and wow. My vehicle came out looking brand new and like a dream. I got the Platinum Exterior Detail and it was so worth it. Tastefully done. Be prepared to leave your ride there for 7 hours of tender loving care as far as time frame goes.

Responsive and do as they say they will- with an attention to detail I find surpasses other providers I ve used in the past. They ve worked on a couple of my vehicles and gone the extra mile to ensure I m happy with the final product. got a full detail from the guys at AutoCraft today (first time customer).my car now looks better than the day i drove it off the lot brand new.great customer service, very friendly, great communication, and at a very reasonable price. i'd be surprised if you could find a better value for a detail in Manhattan.

Great service! Called Friday afternoon about leak damage (bad rust stains) caused by garage. The owner answered and was very helpful and professional. By Saturday afternoon the paint job looked like new again.

Stefano was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and installed new dash/front door speakers, hardwired dash cam, and tinted my windows all same day despite being basically fully booked. Incredible attention to detail & execution was a 10/10. Steffano!My wife performed a meticulous inspection of the leather seats your team repaired when I arrived home and, she sincerely loves your work. The seats are fully restored from the rat that chewed up our 3 beautiful seat from a previous car shop..My sentiments exactly too.We re also so thankful that you had our car fully reconditioned for us as well.I know we haven t known each more than 2 weeks but it s easy to see you re a great guyand a stand up business man. Stefano is the best. They took my g55 and completely brought it back to life and practically looks brand new.. The pricing is very very fair. The work takes time, but the details they put into everything is unlike any shops I have ever used in the past. His body shop is also top notch. They had to a number of paint repairs and rust work that any other place would have done poorly or charged some ridiculous amount. I will use them for all of my cars going forward.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Painting

VERY HAPPY with the wraps for our company van! Stefano & staff worked with us through the design to installation process of getting our company logo and information on our company delivery van. Work was done quickly and they followed up a few days after completion of the work to make sure we were happy. I will be contacting them for my next automotive project.

Called in and spoke to owner Stephano about proper tint shade for what I was looking for but he was too busy so told me that I should just come in to make final decisions on which tint as every shade is here.. then when arrived he only had 30% & 50% for the grade of Tint he had that I wanted.. so I did 50% and really wanted 40% or 35% but shame on me for taking it with fingers crossed and for trusting to just come in Charged me $30 labor to drive my car to have the Inspection as they do not do it on site and did not tell me not on premise nor added charge on in advance quote also would not have let anyone drive my manual GT3 let alone in Manhattan-Did not want to wash the car even though finger prints, etc. from Tint Installation although ultimately did.**Tint job itself seems good/fine although I need to get tinted again to shade I wanted and was not on site

I ve tried multiple times to get an oil change (with an appointment) and they always have an excuse, after I leave work and make the trip, why they can t finish the job. Also the owner actively abuses his staff in front of customers. Not great.

My experiences at Autocraft N.Y.C. for several years has always been a positive one. With every visit I was made to feel welcome by their professional and well knowledgeable staff. I have had professionally designed sound and security systems installed by Autocraft N.Y.C. in several of my vehicles, including my Yukon Denali, that has worked flawlessly. The professional staff had gone over every installation in detail answering all my questions and concerns. One detail I was very impressed with was the actual owner reaching out to me making sure my vehicles were performing to my satisfaction. I will definitely utilize Autocraft for my future vehicles.

Stopped in to speak with Stefano after reading such great reviews about Stefano, his employees, their professionalism, quality work, and fair prices. We discussed the work I was looking to have done, an approximate time frame, and an estimate (all of which were fair). Stefano set me up with an appointment at my earliest convenience. What seemed like a quick job turned out to be a little more tedious than expected but Stefano didn t stray far from his original estimate (although he could have). Stefano and his team deliver excellent customer service, quality work, and aren t looking to nickel and dime their customers. Thank you Stefano and Autocraft NYC for a job very well done!

Stefano and his team are fantastic to work with. Putting aside the results (which are amazing), Stefano makes the process easy: he explained the options, was completely transparent on pricing, and worked hard to get the job done right. I am by no means a car expert and it is definitely a bit overwhelming to approach custom car builders but Stefano is super friendly and straightforward. Stefano and Autocraft did a great job with my Porsche. He went over all the details from paint correction, to paint protection film, to ceramic coating, and was nice enough to review his work after a few weeks to make sure his work held up. Very pleased with the quality of his work and prompt communication and updates.

Stefano is the best! I had my car wrapped in black matte, my rims painted black, and red calipers added. Looks GREAT! Stefano also gave excellent advice on the wrapping/color contrast. Got my windows Tinted there on my Subaru Forester, Stefano set it up and when I got there Fabian took care of me, set me up with the entertainment in the break room while my windows were done. Felt very comfortable and taken care of from the phone call with Stefano until the job was perfectly executed. Finding honest and reliable people in any business is great but in the Auto detailing business is like finding Bigfoot, and I found it here.

Stefano is very talented and honest. He can fix just about anything. He has worked on my car for years and when it makes sense to wait for a repair to save me money he will suggest waiting instead spending money. His detailing services are the best in the city. I have been dealing with AutoCraft for several years now and each and every visit with them has been EXCELLENT! I have taken each one of my vehicles to them for tinting and I've never had an issue.They have provided excellent customer service in all aspects from start to finish. They've always been good with answering the telephone when you call, giving realistic time-framed on how long the job will take and also with calling you back to inform you that your car is ready. I have recommended friends and colleagues and they've all been as equally pleased with the quality of the work and the level of customer service that AutoCraft provides. If you're thinking about getting your windows done here, I would say do it! You'll be happy you did.

I have known Stefano for 10 years now. My first encounter with Stefano involved getting my windows tinted. Stefano advised me with respect to ny state law and did a wonderful job.Over the years, Stefano has worked on a number of my vehicles and has done everything from engine work, to exhaust work, interior cosmetic work, as well as body work through his partners. Stefano is a true perfectionist and it shows in his work.Lastly, and equally as important, I have formed a true friendship with Stefano which I m extremely proud of. He has a huge heart and does great work!!

I got my Jeep Wrangler detailed at AutoCraft and they did an absolutely incredible job (including pet hair removal from fabric seats), and were able to turn around the car in the same day and worked with me around my schedule. Extremely well priced for the value (I did the Silver detail). The car was ready when they said it would be and they communicated with me throughout the process. Quick drop off and pick up process which was great. I look forward to getting my car detailed here again.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Stefano and AutoCraft are thorough, smart, honest and fast! Brought in my 911 Turbo Cabriolet for a malfunctioning engine compartment fan. After Porsche Manhattan diagnosed it saying it was a broken fan and relays, it turned out to be fuses hidden behind the convertible top! Stefano fixed it while I waited and saved me $100s of dollars. Very honest and reliable!!!!Also does amazing custom work so I having restore my leather interior, replacing my convertible top and can't recommend them enough!!!!

Stefano and the team know their cars. I came in to get winter tires and some cosmetic changes to my BMW X3 and they did a great job. What s truly refreshing is that they were completely transparent about pricing and they communicated with me frequently to make sure I was in the loop throughout the whole process. I just had my Range Rover detailed with Autocraft NYC, and what a pleasure it was to work with this team of ultimate professionals who know cars inside and out! You can tell they are passionate about what they do, and will do everything to ensure they are delivering your car in the best shape you've ever seen it. They don't just try to sell you something that you don't need like so many other places - they EXPLAIN to you what you need, and what your car will benefit from, and give you options. Every scratch is gone, the car looks like it's come off the assembly line. I highly recommend them!!Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Paint protection

I take my BMW here once a year for a full "platinum" detailing. I have a biege interior and need everything extensively cleaned. The job the team does here is perfect; I won't take my car anywhere else. They take pride in their work and you can tell they love showing you the car when you come to pick it up. Looks brand new even down to every detail of the engine looking like new. The communication is great and the car is always ready at the time they tell you. Stefano, Steve, and everyone at AutoCraft did a great job installing Anti Laser Priority Jammers both front and rear as well as a Viper Alarm. When I dropped the car off they spoke to me about how I would like the install and answered any questions I had about the installation process. They were very very helpful. I would definitely go back again. P.S. The car was done in about two days.
