It s true what these reviews are saying, very rude stuff, when you go there they treat you like they re doing you a favor and you re not actually paying money. Never going back there. Please don t go there, it s not worthy. I don t know how they have a 1 or 2 (5 stars), it might be their own people. Horrible place.

The man who picked answered the call should be ashamed of himself, he was extremely rude. (Tuesday 8/16/22 @ 11:50) I called inquiring about a simple inspection details such as appt & prices. No bedside manner s, most likely speaks to all his customers. Would not recommend.

I called and ask them a few questions about their services. Said I m 20 minutes away, and can you give me an estimate on how long it would take as my day is time crunched. The person on the other end of the line took a very short and defensive attitude. When I asked again simply for an idea, an estimate of how long it would take, the person hung up on me. So I decided not to go. Life s too short to deal with rude people.

Went in today for an expired inspection and these guys couldn't be any nicer!The others who reviewed are most likely the privileged type that needed to be greeted with champagne and have their shoulders rubbed during but theyre claims...none of that happened here. They saw me when 2 other auto body shops told me I needed an appointment and each were minimum 1 week out for a fn inspection. These guys are awesome, no dirty practices involved AND still got to work on time. This is a body shop...NOT THE RITZ CARLTON. Thanks guys for the help 2day

No wonder this garage hea the ratings it does. Just called them and they were rude. Stay away from here and let dry.

I went to have my state inspection done today. I arrived at 1:20pm and they said they would take me in to do the the inspection In twenty minutes. So I waited in my car on the street. At 1:40pm I went back in to check and they said ten more minutes. After two cars including a cop car went ahead of me in line, a mechanic came out at 2:00pm and said I have to wait twenty minutes. So unprofessional and they clearly take neighborhood friends in first and give them priority. This place rightfully has bad reviews and I am sure the good reviews are from those priority neighborhood friends and family.

Pointed and told me where to park and 25 minutes. Took over an hour and a half. Got a ticket. They lied and said they didn't tell me where to park. Then charged me for an inspection when they could've fixed it. I'll take this down if I am refunded in full $65.

This is a very bad place. I went to get my relatively new 3 year old car for ny Dmv inspection. They took the car tires out and they tried to convince me that my brake is not working. Which is non sense, I had my brakes replaced 3 months ago. So they get you to come for inspection and then try to fail you and get business. Their business model says it does not matter where your car need it on not. I get it that they are in an expensive area, but dishonest is still dishonest.

In and out for an auto inspection at 7am. Quick and easy. Guys were friendly. Would recommend.
