I went to Yonkers Auto Mall in hopes of finding a vehicle that would fit my budget. I shopped around at other dealerships and was turned down. I have worked with Anthony H in the past and he has always gotten me a good deal. And once again was successful in helping me into a great loan.Our salesman Warren M was awesome in assisting us in finding the perfect vehicle that fits our family needs.

just bought a 2019 audi S4 , love the vehicle and the process was seamless. my sales guy Robbie helped me and was great, made me feel really comfortable. rashid the finance guy explained everything clearly and helped us reach the payment that we needed. i highly recommend yonkers auto gallery. ask for Robbie

The absolute best. Anthony and Marcelo were extremely patient and nice. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Anthony is very thorough and will try to get the lowest interest rate. He went through everything step by step.Marcelo was so kind and honest. I am so appreciative of the experience I had.

The best place to buy a used vehicle. I've gotten 3 vehicles from them and have no regrets what so ever. Both Virginia and Anthony are extremely informating and will move mountains in order to help you out with the process of buying a car.

my fianc� and I came to just see if we could even afford to get a car and what our options are and we ended up leaving with a car that same day! Anthony the financial manager and the Virginia sales rep helped us and takes us thought everything. Virginia was such a sweetheart super patient and had answers to all our questions, took us on a test drive. Anthony helped us how ever he could he was also super patient. Great experience I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends !

To say the staff is wonderful is an understatement! My salesman Warren was the best. He attended to me right away and got the process rolling without a hitch! The finance manager Anthony was an absolute blessing. He made sure everything went smoothly and I left there with the vehicle of my dreams! I look forward to working with them again!!!

Just bought my second car from Anthony and I wouldn t take my business anywhere else. Never felt at home in another car dealership the way that Anthony and his team have made me feel. He makes the process smooth and seamless every time from deciding which car to finding insurance deals.. regardless of financial situation, he works magic and will get you driving off the lot in record time. Warren and the whole crew there is phenomenal!

If the product sells itself, does one need a salesperson? My experience yesterday at Yonkers Auto Mall was lackluster. Virginia, my saleswoman was very indifferent during the whole experience. She was dull, her energy pretty low. There was not one statement she made pertaining to the vehicle that gave me more insight. Oh, actually she said that they do not cover any body work after I discovered scratches on the vehicle.Everything I knew about the vehicle was learned beforehand, before I came to the dealer. Given the quantity of their vehicles I had no expectation for her to know a lot of details about the vehicle. But not knowing what kind of transmission is in the vehicle? That is child s work.During the test drive, I was making comments but she was more occupied by her phone. She was literally on a phone call while test driving with a potential buyer. This turned me all the way off.I did not arrive by chance. My appointment was scheduled days before. There was more than enough time to learn a little bit. My credit wasn t that good going in there. Towards the end of my visit Anthony said they can try and see if they can get me 0 down payment, once that idea fell through, the energy dipped down more. I was approved by the CU s. And before I arrived I had my down payment limit set to 7K. Virginia tells me the terms of some offers. The other was a 6K but I do not know the monthly payment. She said she would follow up. She did not.I am tempted to call them because I really want the vehicle. There is a strong feeling in my gut that once I sign and give them that money, the indifference will get worse on their end.Maybe Virginia seen that I knew about the car and didn t bother to add more info. I do find this hard to believe since she did not know which parts on the vehicle were still under warranty- No preparation was done for our interaction.In short, if you want to buy a car and you don t know about cars, please do your personal research. They want to make sales which I get, but damn, that was a tacky experience to say the least.Car Enthusiast here checking out!

This is coming from a guy who hasn t owned a car in many years since moving to NY from LA. The team at Yonkers Auto Mall was amazing. From the initial intake phone call to the customized service provided by sales rep Virginia to the final round of the deal with the finance manager Anthony. It was a process with a few bumps along the way. But they made sure that I walked out with my car in the day it was organized for pick up. I will definitely come back to get the next car from them.

Overall great customer service. All of the information I wanted to know about the vehicle they told me upfront and when I did my research it all matched. The sales representative kept me updated every step of the way. Communication is key and yes they have it.

We had a very positive experience buying a car here. We felt at ease with everyone who works here. They worked around our schedule and explained everything with care and patience. Warren was very understanding of our needs with regards to showing us models and got us to a car we love. Anthony made financing as painless as it could be and got us a good deal. We loved that everything is done in house, from securing loan/financing options to registration to insurance.

I came in to look at an m4 I've been waiting so long and searching to get. The team here helped me out so much to get into my dream car. They stayed hours after closing to get me into the car I wanted and dreamed of, and I can't thank them enough for going all out for me.
