HIGLY RECOMMEND Yonkers Auto Mall to anyone looking for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle! I left same day with my new car, traded in my old one and they gave me the best offer I could ask for. High recommendation for this dealer and his staff, very good attention, very good service, very complacent and very transparent and nice communication. I bought a suv lexus nx 2023 color blue for a very good price apart they gave me extra packages, for free and filled my tank up. Nice deal thanks every one.

Absolutely amazing car buying experience here! I saw a car online, came in to see it and was greeted immediately by the nicest team of people. We were sat with Tim who was extremely helpful. He had all the info on the car in literal seconds (and I did not call and make an appointment so he didn t have time to study)he took us on a a test drive and was able to answer ever single what does this do . Again without hesitation he had the info. Really A+ salesperson. Yusef was able to make a deal that was fair, after running 10 scenarios for me , with pleasure. This team really is amazing they work together to get things done quickly. No pressure sales and this entire time could not be nicer or easier to work with. Stan did the dmv and insurance paperwork so fast to get us in and out. I would 100-% recommend this dealership and would definitely buy here again!

They should let people know upfront that you have to finance through the dealership to get price advertised. Price jumped $6000 not including tax when I told them I would pay cash or use my bank. Very nice clean cars aside from that. Salesman are nice and polite.

Attempted to purchase a vehicle at this dealer until I was told I d have to pay a mandatory TPP warranty fee. I also couldn t get the final price on the car without doing a credit inquiry. This dealer also does not allow you to use your own bank to finance. Would not recommend coming here.

Got a car from here, at the time of purchase there was a sensor light on the dashboard. I was promised a reimbursement once I made the corresponding repairs. I went to a Honda dealer and got the job done. I ve call multiple times, spoke to multiple people and no one seems to care now. I just always get the someone will call you back . It s been weeks of the back and forward. It s very unprofessional and irresponsible. It s not a good look for the business.

It was a great experience at Yonkers Auto Gallery. It was our first experience buying a car with a private dealer. Tim explains briefly each and every step. I love my Toyota Sienna xle Hybrid. I recommend this place for everyone.

Horrible experience saw a car priced at 19,995 and with fair credit granted not that much age on it tried to stick me with a 5,000 dollar down payment and a car note of 672 for 75 months do the math on that almost 55,000 on a car they priced at 19,995 and not to mention I got a approval from my bank chase to cover 17,995 so all I had to pay was 2,000 difference and dealership fees and oblige by the terms of my loan then I adjusted my loan to cover the cost of the whole car and they turned me down lol they wanted to use a in house bank to make a few bucks which I don t mind but that s high way robbery at its finest . Staff was cool tho just all over the place

Terrible experience. Asked a basic question three times and could not get a response. You'll get multiple canned marketing emails per day, but never a response to any specific questions. Oh, well. I'll buy somewhere else.Updating based on dealer response - not once did anyone mention the car was in transit. A simple personal response was all that was required vs a dozen canned emails begging me to come in to the dealership.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone interested in professionalism or honesty.I had a 3pm appointment and once I arrived, the representative informed me that the car I was interested in and made the appointment to see was at another location and would take roughly 1 hour to get to this location due to traffic. This was the first red flag as they had called me at 10 am that day to confirm my appointment. So they had hours to have the car in the right location.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said we would go grab a bite to eat while waiting and to please call me when the car arrived. 1.5 hours passed by, and I did not receive a call, so I called back and they said that due to traffic it would be another 30 to 45 minutes (18 mile distance between the 2 locations - queens to yonkers). This was the 2nd red flag. I was also checking the GPS and it said that the ETA between the two locations was 40 minutes, suggesting that the car didn't even leave the location in Queens to travel to Yonkers despite being told otherwise.I was very frustrated at this point and told the sales rep that if the car wasn't there in 30 minutes, that I might not be interested in the car due to waiting so long, but that I would call back in 30 minutes to check on the status of the car. I called back in 40 minutes, and they said the car wasn't still there and that when talking to the driver 15 min prior that it would be an additional 53 min due to traffic. After pushing on this point, the representative reluctantly admitted that they didn't want the car at the Yonkers location and then had the audacity to question if I'm was/am still in the market and interested. If I wasn't, why would I drive over 1 hour from Jersey to NY and then wait around for over 2 hours past the appointment time to see the car??Rather than apologizing and taking ownership of their error, Yonkers Auto Gallery just questioned my intent to buy. My guess is that they had 0 intention to actually get the car to this location and were stringing me along from the beginning. Why not be transparent and just ask me, at either the morning call to confirm the appointment or when I got there at 3pm, to please just go to the other location in Queens rather than say they could get the car to the Yonkers location.Overall, Yonkers Auto Gallery is extremely unprofessional. I strongly recommend to future customers to look at other businesses when conducting your car search due to Yonker Auto Gallery's dishonestly and utter lack of respect for their customers' time.

terrible business. Worst customer service i have ever received and I work in hospitality.Force you to finance with them. Will play with prices and add hidden fees.This is the nightmare you of a car dealership you do not want to go to.Chelsea Baez Refused to return my phone calls when I filled out a credit application with them (despite being pre-approved.) I had the money and was ready to purchase the vehicle. I was literally told multiple times my business was not as important as other customers.EDIT: After being chastised and attempting to manipulate how the business interaction and absolving themselves of any fault I will add a bit more on.I was told if I filled out a credit application, someone who reach out to me later that day. I called back that evening they said they were busy. Understandable. Called the next morning. nothing. called that afternoon, nothing. called even a 3rd time in the evening and she said she'd call me tomorrow.3 days after submitting an actual credit application (not pre-approval) I was told for the 2nd time my business was not as important as others. I had expressed how serious I was as a buyer. My phone call was never returned, and I wasn't contacted until this review was left.do yourself a favor, save the headache, save the money, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE like I did!!If I could give 0 stars I would

I had such a great experience here at auto gallery in yonkers. Robbie my sales guy was amazing, rashid helped me get to my payment with financing and yousef the GM was so kind and helpful. All around 10/10 experience

My son in law just bought a car from here (Monday) and noticed that the tires were bad after he bought the car and then spoke to the guy who sold him the car the next day and said he can t do anything about it now! Not good business or integrity! I was looking to purchase as well here but after that l will NOT! Customers beware!!!
