The worst made an appointment for 8am. For a regular oil change, mind you a waiting appointment. 4 hours later. 12pm. Now I took my car home. And light came on 4 times that engine oil is low. And pressure is low. It look like they did not add oil on the car. I will not come back to this place the worst. I had many oil changes and never had an issue. The day of the incident I ask to speak to the service manager I believe it was nick , he showed no concerned or remorse for the problem. He did not left a note or got a call from him. Your response to this post is absurd, as I should not have to call anyone in the matter when I was there for a basic oil change waiting appointment from 8am and lasted after going 3 times to the dealer now going on till 4pm. I just think that they should be more considerate of clients treat them they way they want to be treated, if the a waiting appointment will exceed 2hrs explained to the customers so they are aware and let them make the decision to wait or return a different date. And when something like this happens do not assume that you think the customer is In a rush you want them to go home with a car leaking oil and smelling like burned oil, very incompetent. Explain to the customer in order to get this taken care of the right way. It will take this amount of time, do not assume. I am very disappointed after many years of different service appointments and a very reputable brand to be represented by a incompetence of a service dealer.

Avoid this service center at all costs. I made an appointment for my second key fob that I m owed by Toyota. The appointment was for a week later so they could order it. I was called to confirm the appointment. When I made the appointment I asked if they could also look at a few things on the car that aren t working as well as they should on a car with less than 1,500 miles. I get to the appointment and they take my car. A half hour later I was told all they can do is reset my car and that my key wasn t in yet. I d be called in the next week when my key arrived to make an appointment. So no key and my car still isn t working like a new car should.Two weeks go without me hearing from anyone so I called to ask again. I m told a manager will call me in the next day or two. I didn t hear back so I called again on Friday. I m given the same run around and told the manager would call me Saturday morning. I let the customer service representative know that this will be the third time I m being told they would call and that I need the manager to actually call me when they re saying she will. Once again I wasn t called. I m done with this service center and will go to another more competent one.

Came in for a state inspection at Toyota Service Center, expecting it to take about 30 minutes as I was told, but it turned into a 2-hour wait because the staff went on a long lunch. This was really frustrating because they didn't set the right expectations. If I'd known they were going to lunch, I would've grabbed something to eat too. I was left hungry and waiting. The inspection itself was fine, but their scheduling and communication need a lot of improvement.Based on the receipt, it was done at 11:30 AM and they made me wait until 1:11 PM. Amazing.

I was out of my area and had No appointment and the staff in Service helped me right away. Nick the Manager treated me like family and got my issue fixed right away. Excellent staff everyone very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

First of all im not a machinist , before i got my car parts i want make sure is this parts what i order or no , right ?? So you as a seller you cant confuse me that you also not sure ( but you know I ordered exact which parts i want)

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Modesto. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly and I ended up leaving with a truck. Best experience ever. I also would like to commend Jean in the service department as well. He took time to find solutions to all the problems I encountered before purchasing the truck. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Westchester Toyota again. Highly recommended

I have never had not 1 good experience for the last 2 years servicing my car at this place, any why all the agents have the same nasty attitude, explained to this dude that my filter is dirty from the last time i came and i would like it to be changed seeing this is my last time being serviced, the dude came back with the car to tell me the same thing i told him filter is dirty but he gonna keep an eye on it, what u gonna keep an eye on if this is my last service with Toyota..and where is the free wash yall advertise..everytime i leave tht place agitated...

Very horrible place! I checked my car here and they said my car s tire needs to be replaced. I agreed to replace it, but they tried to give a tire which was scratched all over the surface. They even insisted it was new tire. Please never trust them!

Scam artists. Will charge you even if you have prepaid maintenance and will tell you parts need replacing when then are brand newEDIT: Even their response is a lie, changing review from 2/5 to 1/5 because of their fake response. I have called several times, once told to call elsewhere to fix their mistake, once promised a quick call back, and a third time told the manager will call me first thing the next morning as she was already gone for the day (5pm Friday).Each time I left my name and number, yet never called back, however, they can respond the same day to my bad review.

As part of the service inspection. After inspecting the air filter which is behind the golf compartment. The mechanic did not put back all the contents in the compartment and leave a total mess on the floor in the passenger area. Totally unprofessional by mechanic and his advisor who should inspect the car before hand it back to the customer

Have to tip off my hat and bow to the personel at Westchester Toyota Service.They're truly hard working individuals that provide exceptional service.Andres, Angel, Yani and the ladies that answer the phones always have a smile on their face and a warm smile for everyone.Just wish the Mechanics paid more attention to detail when servicing someone's vehicle...Overall, this is a great place to bring your vehicle for service..

Absolutely terrible experience.Will never return and will strongly advise to everyone I know to stay away from Westchester Toyota Service department.Came in for 10,000 mile service with my car - long waiting time, observed a technician taking videos of my car with his phone, stall my stick shift vehicle in the parking lot, tire rotation was not performed as promised( wheels were never removed), engine oil lever was over full by 1qt. Exterior and interior door handles were dirty and greasy, a small oil stain on the drivers seat.Was raining that day, the next day, after not driving the car after returning home - noticed a scratch on the front bumper.Mechanic that brought the car to the front was extremely rude - I had a $10 tip ready in my hand, thanked him for the work performed, he gave me an uncomfortable stare and walked away without a word.Needless to say- didn t get the tip.Extremely disappointed with the service.Waited at location for 2 hours, just to leave upset.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I can honestly say this was the first time I had a positive and easy going experience here. I have been using them for service for years but was always an issue. This time around Andres was my service advisor, he honored the coupon I had and he was pleasant to deal with and when it was time to pick up my vehicle I was in and out! Hardly waiting. Hope they keep up the great customer service that they were lacking!Service: Oil change

Over 4 hours for just a 50k mile maintenance for $1200. Zero communication or updates. And when someone was alerted I d been waiting over 4 hours, the response was Only four hours? Magically when I asked about it, it was suddenly ready. What possibly was I waiting all this time for? And the individual who was working with me vanished and couldn t be reached.

Mostly good. High prices but good reliable service. I took my car in for service and they screwed on one of their plate decals on my car without asking even though I didn t get my car from them. Strange.

I came to Westchester Toyota for my annual inspection plus a few add-ons I requested (cabin filter change, tire rotation, etc.). It is my third visit to Westchester Toyota with this car - all visits have been for standard maintenance. My service agent, Gene, was polite, kept me well informed, and provided service recommendations, but he did not push and he respected my choices. It was a pleasure working with him during my service visit. I did wait about four hours for the all work to be done. My car is driving really well. I was very pleased today.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

Alysa was great to work with but the time it took to get my car back was too long. I dropped it off in the morning and they didn t look at it that day. I had to pick it up the next day so I had to plan my schedule just for the car. This site needs to be more efficient and considerate with customers time.

This is the worse Toyota service ever please don t come here!!! I had an appointment and I ve been here for 2 hours just for them to tell me they haven t done anything to my car because the computer wasn t working, I had came for a recall airbag and oil change and they didn t think to start the oil change if the computer didn t work. Wasted my time there. I wish I could give the zero stars because the mechanics and management are just trash.

They did not follow through as promised when my car was towed from their premises and created a lot of unnecessary headaches and expenses by not responding to my calls and those of my insurance. Such a lack of concern is hard to comprehend.

I definitely had a 100% satisfactory experience today doing maintenance to my corolla. My wait time till I was called upon arrival was around 5 minutes. I spoke with Phillip who was decent as usual. The car was ready in less than 3 hours as he promised and he called me on my cell to report that the car is ready for pick up and the shuttle will arrive in 20-30 minutes to take me to pick up the car. The shuttle was at my home in 20 minutes by joe another nice person of the staff. Thanks again for the efficient service.

Christopher was the best he greeted us very nicely, take his time to listen, helped us in the best ways he could and never got frustrated. Excellent young man best customer service. I would recommend anyone to him. If you want to be satisfy ask for Christopher. Mangers and finance was great also good people.

Glen Veras provided GREAT service on my car. He carefully explained everything that would be done. When asked, he provided some additional maintenance without hesitation. Most importantly, he made me feel like a valued customer by not attempting to pressure me into getting other costly work done that was not needed. Booked an appointment here when I received some kind of recall/customer support program notification by mail requesting I bring in the car to check AC wiring on my RAV4 and I also wanted to complete the annual state inspection. Service was prompt and friendly, but then I got a call that they had identified another $800 in services they wanted to perform. None of these were necessary based on my car s age, mileage or performance. I wouldn t trust their diagnostics, and instead will find a local trustworthy body shop.

My car gives me Signal that I should go to service. And this worried me because I haven t making appointments. But when I called, they said you haven t making appointment, we are very occupied. But how ever, if you don t mind to wait for two hours, you can come in, and we can take a look at your car. So I was happy to lose the two hours, and get my car serviced. And I thank to all the staff of Toyota, for their service support. Your Thanks again. It was rotting minting.

The check engine light in my Prius turned on last week. Not knowing a lot about cars and believing the dealership was probably the best option, I dropped it off shortly after they opened on Friday and was told it would be ready mid-day. It was finished shortly before 2 and I went to pick it up around 4 where I had to wait until they located my service rep. (Had he let me know this might be an issue, I would have scheduled a time.) On the way home, after a stop at the supermarket, there was an alert that the hybrid system was malfunctioning. I returned, and they again had to locate him before he took my keys and took the car back to the service area. He returned to say it would be about 30 minutes, and I went to the waiting area. During the next two hours, he and another person came to apologize, explain that during the initial service a cleaning liquid had spilled over and they were working to dry it should be ready soon. But it wasn t. As they prepared to close at 6, I was told that they thought drying it would work but it hadn t, so they needed to replace the computer in the hybrid system. They were ordering a new one and it would be in Monday or Tuesday; the car could be driven but the airbags had been disabled. So, I spent a total of three hours (and a ridiculous about of money, especially since they left the car worse than they found it) on Friday dealing with this, and will have to do it all again when they get the part. And hopefully this time they will get it right, because I m completely out of patience.

The staff was very accommodating and personable. The location is very clean. Depending on what your needs are it can be a bit of a wait, but the staff keep you up-to-date with the progress by text message which is an excellent service. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Every associate I encountered from dropping the car off were very professional, very detailed in terms of the services performed on the car. I was given periodic updates that made my visit so much more comfortable.
