Car did not turn on for over one month. One visit, got the part and turned on right away! Amazing work! Very resourceful and passionate in what they do. We checked every possible item to narrow-down the issue and resolve. Even did a follow-up! Highly recommend them. I have been using their service for a couple of years now. Their professionalism, knowledge and honesty will be hard pressed to find in the auto mechanic world nowadays. The ability to not have to drop your vehicle off anywhere and have the work done on the spot is priceless. I even started using their services for my company vehicles. Tune on the Go is an exceptionally run business with a dedication to performing quality automotive repair and maintenance work. They come to you with a complete shop on wheels. I have personally used them to do all my Mercedes-Benz repair and maintenance work at a fraction of the cost of getting it done at the dealer. They have knowledge and specialty tools to perform all the Mercedes-Benz Repairs without over charging to do so. They perform the work with better quality and knowledge than the dealer too. They are honest, punctual and work within yourself schedule. They advise you and prioritize the required repair work, so that you know what to look to do next to keep yourself car running 100% of the time. It s been over 2 years of utilizing their services at the comfort of my home in Rockland County, NY. Truly a pleasure to deal with Raul and his team. I had a great experience with Tune On The Go. The guys are very knowledgable and helpful. They fixed my alternator and also helped identify other issues. Tried to make appointments on numerous occasions. Tells me he wont schedule because I had to cancel for work on one occasion(and I have the messages to prove it) will not schedule appointments. Also heard he upsells and only caters to higher end customers. Not professional at all. Never responds to email, nor voicemail.Waste of time, better off he stays as boutique shop, definitely not a service for the working stiff.

Tune on the go assisted me with turning what seemed to be a detrimental event on my boat engine, to a pristine water vessel! As a mechanic I have never met a more trustworthy nor subject matter expert as the service provided to me by tune on the go. You might think boat engine? It s a Chevy block, knowing this, tune on the go turned a heap of a situation to a perfectly tuned motor. THANK YOU! You saved my boat. Sorry I took so long to post this..... Where do I start.. tune on the go was the 1st time that I ever used an mobile mechanic and let's just say it was the best decision I ever made especially using tune on the go the staff the knowledge of the problem that my car was experiencing was top notch they showed up when they said and even took the time to show the old and new parts once done with the job.. that was very professional of them.. in closing I would recommend tune to anyone who has never used an mobile mechanic or even if u have a mechanic it's just an added bonus knowing that they come to you no matter where u are..

Tune on the go Aka sparky it s a good mechanic Always there to the rescue i never had a issue with him he treat my car and customers car Like it was his own he the best mechanic I ever had anything else is mess up in your car he would let you kno what s broken or what need replacing he been working on my cars for past 5 years Anything you need done you name it he does it and would get it done.thanks Tune on the go !!
