I had a terrific experience at Tasca Subaru with both Phil C., my salesperson and Jimmy T., the manager. Went for a test drive on a weekend then met with them to discuss lease or buy options. I appreciate directness and honesty and got it as it relates to price and inventory availability. Phil kept me abreast of timing of the shipment via texting and when I came in to pick up my 2024 Forester they d done much in advance so that no time was wasted. It was a breeze. Great car, great buying experience, great value.

I am very happy with my new Subaru 2024 vehicle purchase at this dealership. Rocco the sales person made the process very easy. He was very professional and honest with me. Very knowledgeable and experienced person. He treated me with respect and kindness just like a friend. He was also very patient with my questions. He deserves 10 out of 10. We recently bought a new Subaru Forster Sport from the Tasca dealership in Yonkers, NY, a process we started weeks in advance and from the city. From the first messaging via the Tasca website, we experienced clear and timely communication. We could not have asked for a better Sales Associate to work with than Rocco Chiusano. Throughout the entire process he stayed in touch and on top of everything to make sure things went smoothly at every step. Thanks Rocco! We also want to mention how friendly and knowledgeable Everton was as we finalized the sale. And another sales associate volunteered to take our picture with our new car while Rocco was doing paperwork. No wonder their ratings are so high here for customer service and care. As for the Subaru, it s our first but so far we also understand why once people buy a Subaru they are committed for life!

My husband and I recently stopped in to look at a car for him and we were greeted right away at the door by Jimmy who was helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. Jimmy was able to pull out the car my husband wished to purchase. We had asked to speak with Rocco as he had helped me out before with a purchase and it was nothing but a seamless car purchase from start to finish. Rocco was quick and efficient in helping my husband through the trade and purchase process. He was pleasant and ensured the car looked absolutely perfect once we were able to pick it up. Since we had been on a time crunch Rocco even had the car delivered right to our door to avoid a long wait time at the dealership. Great service and I highly recommend Tasca!

Just purchased a Subaru Crosstrek. I was quite happy with salesperson Rocco- he made the process easy. I got the car at a good price, without having to haggle, and a decent price for my trade in. Rocco was very knowledgable about all the car s features, some of which were new to me, and patiently answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend Tasca and Rocco if you re considering a Subaru.

Rocco was very helpful! He helped me with returning my car and leasing a new one. It was a seamless process! He explained my options in great detail. I m confident with the decisions that I made because of his guidance. He also explained to me how to use my new car even though it was already late. I really appreciate his assistance! Just purchased a new Crosstrek. The salesman, Will McGuirk, was very professional, and attentive. I had previously purchased another vehicle from him. He got me the car I wanted, very quickly. I walked into the dealership at 10 AM, and several hours later, I was driving out of the parking lot in my new car. The price of the new car, and the "trade in", was reasonable. No "high pressure", sales tactics, at this dealership !

It has been a three months since I have been enjoying my new Subaru. This marks fourth Subaru I have owned. I worked with a lot of dealerships and working with Sonangie was the best part of the purchasing process. She is professional and knowledgeable, and made the purchasing process seamless. We got a fair trade in and purchasing price without any haggling. I would definitely recommend working with Sonangie.One thing I would change at the process though. Tasca needs to address some of purchasing protocols. After the deal was closed, I was passed around from person to person, and waited around to sign papers and to be upsold on miscellaneous things like extending warranties. Sonangie did a great job helping to navigate things, but this phase of the process needs to streamlined or eliminated.

Nice dealership regarding Mazda vehicles. I went there by mistake, as I thought I was going to a previous mazda dealership that I had previously used several years ago. It was a good error as they have treated me very professionally. They are curtious, friendly and straightforward. No hard sell regarding services. I really love the mini videos that the mechanic sent to me regarding the overall condition and requirements for my car. The location is clean, well set up for the customers. I had to return for additional service and they didn't have the correct part, so I had to leave the car and they offered me an Uber ride home. Christina did offer a loaner but I didn't have full coverage on my son's car. I would recommend this dealership in the Mazda dealership section as I have not dealt with either Subaru or Ford.

I purchased a brand new 2024 Forester in early February. Only my third time driving the car with about 200miles driven, I experienced a brake malfunction that could have led to a fatal accident. On February 18,I was driving with my family southbound on the Taconic. All the emergency lights on the dashboard lit up, and my brakes locked up. I had absolutely no brakes. I got the attention of a car to my left. He got in front of me and let me tap his bumper to stop. I had the car towed to Tesco service Dept. A few days later I was told a diagnostic test showed nothing. I would like to say Charlene from the service dept has been the only person helping me. I called to speak to a Sales Manager two days in a row and was promised a callback before 7pm. I wanted to know what my options are. I never was called back. I went into the dealership and approached the Manager G. He knew my name but needed to hear what happened. Said he never got msg to call me. He actually asked me if I was trying to get out of the deal. I said I paid you 35,000 for a car. "I want a safe Car". Im now dealing with a Subaru Advocate Dept. They took a deeper diagnostic reading. 30 days later(today) they called me and stated they see a malfunction in the brake system. I was told don't worry its under warranty. I do not want a repaired car back. My family could have been seriously injured or worse. We deserve a new and safe car back. I will update the review section as time goes on.BW

I had such a great experience at tasca subaru. My salesperson, Walter, really listened to my needs and never pressured me into anything I couldn t swing. He respected that I needed time to figure out what vehicle I could afford and where my priorities laid and ultimately we were able to get the car I originally wanted. Additionally, there were none of those extra dealer prep fees that a lot of dealerships tend to add on. If you re looking for a new car definitely check out Tasca and ask for Walter. I m very satisfied.

I had a terrific experience with Anil and the rest of the service team. I was having an issue with my battery. I was unable to make it to the dealership by closing time because of holiday traffic. I thought I would have to leave the car overnight. They waited for me and addressed my issue immediately. Everyone was kind and warm and friendly. They made an otherwise bad day more bearable and eased all of my concerns. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was OK. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Ilonka was my amazing sales person. She with the help of her managers were able to locate the exact car I was looking for. She made sure I had everything I wanted with the car. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything I didn't want or need. The whole dealership is quite large with lots of selection. If their service is as good as their sales it will be my new favorite dealership.

Ilonka helped me choose a great vehicle and helped me get a better APR than I walked in with. Unlike a few other places I've been, I didn't feel rushed or pressured. And due to the service she provided, another family member has already told her that he will come here when he is ready for his next vehicle.

Michael "Mr. Solterra" is a great resource if you're looking into an EV vehicle. I have yet to meet someone who knows more about the ins and outs of electric vehicles.We did have to wait a long time, both in buying the vehicle and also on our second visit to finalize our paperwork, but Michael and Andres were great at smoothing over any negative feelings with amenities and being incredibly helpful post-purchase. Andres actually called us to make sure we got an additional $500 credit. Michael called us the next day to make sure our car was set up correctly. These are folks who clearly take pride in their work and want to make sure you don't just make a purchase but that you continue to be satisfied with it!Incredible, class-A folks!

Amazing people, I bought some wipers and they offer to put them for me free of charge. That was really nice!Since I purchased my vehicle I have always gone here for services and free coffee! Amazing place and people! :) Keep it up!

I have a 2015 Forester and not being happy with my past Suburu service center I decided to try Tasca. I was greeted by Charlene who was patient with me as we discussed what service would be best for my year and mileage. Service took a bit longer than usual but she did explain that they were down a mechanic. This was understandable. When the car was finished Charlene walked me to my car, (I am an amputee). As I drove away I felt confident my car was examined and serviced properly. This is more important to me than anything!

Went for my first oil change after purchasing the vehicle months back. No longer Smith Cairns.. Dealership under new ownership. Was out a little over an hour as they said I should be. Overall, it's not a bad experience. A friend told me about his experience, which was not positive. New ownership needs to meet the same customer experience as before or will lose some existing loyal customers. Just my thoughts.

Saw a blue 2014 subaru wrx sti they had for sale on there lot I emailed them all my info and wanted to swing by and possibly talk more about it in person never got a response from them and was up front about my credit not being that great i guess they never called or emailed for that particular reason not a up front dealership

IDK if Smith Cairns Ford Lincoln rebranded as Tasca Subaru and/or if they have new ownership, but they are getting their stuff together and I love to see it! While I've had a few shady experiences in the past, my recent visit was seamless, everyone was nice and in good spirits. Loved seeing the new faces and diverse service staff.
