Make sure the person behind the counter gets your vin# of your car so you can get the right part. I ordered a brake light socket and was told to come in the next day so I did and the next day I recieved the wrong socket, went back inside and another guy helped me and he said the part will be in by tomorrow. Next day he told me over the phone that part will be in by 2pm and I went in around 3pm just to give them time and the part wasn't there, so he said come back Monday. Lucky I had a receipt in case police stop me, other than that the prices are cheap and I was told by many people don't buy any parts from a dealership they way to expensive and they lied. Friendly people but I gave it a 3 stars because of 1 employee didn't take the time to make sure he was actually following protocol.

Too busy to take service calls. Tried scheduling service on a fairly new car and the first thing they ask is if you bought your car there, which means no loaner car if you didn t.

The Mazda service team is very helpful and friendly. Work was done quickly and the video system from the technician is helpful.

Great customer service and great prices
