Worst experience I've had, never going back to them again. I bought a new Titan 2 months ago, brought it to Central Avenue Nissan for service due to an airbag warning light on. They ended up charging me over $200 because they say the door panel was removed and the disconected sensor is the problem. I never did anything but drive my 2 MONTH OLD truck. Total scam, they just want to get your $ regardless if you have a new vehicle warranty and Nissan maintenance plan. They honor none of it. STAY AWAY!

On October 4 my steering wheel was vibrating as I was driving to work so I brought it in to have them look at it. I got a call two hours later giving me a list of repairs in excess of $3000. I was told I could pick up my car and have the repairs done within 30 days to apply the diagnostic fee of $200. As I drove home my wheel came off! The owner refused to take any ownership of the negligence of not checking the Lugnuts on the tire. The only thing he did was refund my $200 diagnostic fee. I had the car towed to a local mechanic who ordered and replaced a new wheel and said that the car did not need all the repairs that Nissan had told me it needed. Owner refused to reimburse any of the repairs which were under $1000. Mr. Brennan, the owner, was arrogant, insensitive, and very rude. Don t ever get repairs done at the dealership. Find yourself a trusted mechanic!

The sales department at this location is the absolute worst. I set up a lease 3 years ago for a Rogue Sport, payments were 466 a month. At the end of the lease, I go back to discuss financing for the remaining 16k and I'm told it will be 420 to finance it for the next 6 years. That doesnt make sense to me so I ask for a breakdown. After being talked down to by the finance manager and refusing to dish out 30k over 6 years for reasons that won't be explained to me, I then feel there is no only option but to buy the car with a check for the remaing balance to avoid paying an extra 15k that I don't even understand where it's going. I ask about purchasing the car with a check and at that point, they don't want to deal with me anymore and tell me to go to another dealership. All I want to do is purchase my vehicle and they won't take my money. I feel like going somewhere else was the best thing to do, since obviously this place is trying to screw people over. I went to NEW ROCHELLE Nissan and they explained everything to me and had no problem helping me there. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else but here.

The service department only looking to charge you extra all the time I been there for service.And not fixing anything that is cover on the warranty of my vehicle I told them to fix .

Customer for 20 years and in the last 5 years the service has declined dramatically. Always pushing to get unnecessary service, specifically air filter change. They have been using the SAME dirty air filter for years and convincing customers they need a replacement when they may not require it. This is what happened to me. I refused the change, took my air filter out of my 2020 Rogue and showed it to the service desk and showed them a clean yellow air filter not an old orange oversized filthy filter which does not fit my vehicle. The on duty manager at the time did nothing when I approached them. Service at Bronx Nissan on Boston Post Rd is better.

They are terrific. Well run, pleasant, professional service staff. They do their best to get you in and out soon as possible. Most important, they do not look to rip you off. I have purchased both if NY Nissans elsewhere but always go to Central Ave Nissan for service.

They are an efficient service center. They get the work done, and do it well. And Alex was a wonderful guide in helping choose my first Nissan. But that s the only reason they get 2 stars from me. I was told my tires, both brakes and rotors, needed replacement asap. And my engine and cabin filters needed cleaning by my next visit, also a wheel alignment and tire rotation. All in one visit, this were the results of my Multi point inspection . However, I was not ready to spend thousands to do all of these at once, so I went to 2 other Nissan service centers and got second opinions from them without context. I just requested a multipoint inspection. Why did they both conclude in my inspection that I only needed to replace my rear tires, brakes and rotors, and everything else came out in the green? I ll tell you why, Yorktown heights is a greedy establishment that only care about the next buck. If they can get you to spend it all right then and there, who cares if you actually need it or not. Don t get swindled. Get a second opinion or just go somewhere else.

This was one of the best places I have ever been too for Sales and Services. I purchased a car here 2 weeks ago my car salesman Alex was amazing did not pressure me into buying the car was very honest and polite assisted me very well. I had an issue with the rear windshield wiper motor on the car in which I had to return for service where my service advisor Carlos arranged the repairs on my vehicle and was very professional. They fixed my car very fast I was in and out with a complementary car wash. This dealership over all I had a good experience with and I totally recommend purchasing a car from here. I am very happy with my choice and will return in the future if ever purchasing another vehicle.

Had recently gotten a tire fix from there due to an air leak. When I came in they just plugged it up, charged me and sent me on my way. They unfortunately did not brief me on what it means to plug a tire. Only after the plug came out and i ended up stranded on the highway needing a donut to be placed, did they tell me that the plug is temporary and that they are not responsible for it. Spoke to Robert the manager who was unwilling to own up to the faults of Nissan. He even said that I should not have been charge for a plug in my tires yet I had been charged $35 dollars for that "service." I have been with nissan for going on 12 years now. Their cars get you from one place to another but I found comfort, and trusted that the service dept was available for any car issues. It was only now when I actually had car issues that I realize those claims were just words. Will not be renewing my lease with Nissan nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else. No longer a dealership of Great Services. Many new faces and not as committed to Customer Services.And on top of it all, they have the nerve to charge a 3% fee on all service cost paid by Credit Card. One would do better finding a good honest mechanic shop in their neighborhood and take you car their.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I have been with them since 2016 and have not had any complaints. They have become like family, on all levels and I appreciate the time they have taken and still take to ensure I am happy and satisfied with all levels of the service. We are customers of Central Avenue Nissan for many years now. We got two vehicles from this dealer and we got great deals both times. We've been getting maintenance service as well. The sales representative, finance personnel, and service department staff always provide excellent customer service. We are thankful and happy being customers of this Nissan dealership

I needed 2 headlights and they charged me over 200$ for labor to change the bulbs.Oil change 80$ and inspection 40$I had a credit from last years mistake and also had a coupon on their website. Lady wouldn t even allow me to use both. Says you can t use 2 coupons when credit isn t a coupon. They overcharge and you sit here for hours. 5 hours for a oil change, inspection and lightbulbs. This was my first time coming here to have the car serviced and the experience couldn't have been better. They were transparent about all aspects and they did excellent work on the car itself. I had to wait a few hours for the work to be done but it didn't feel bad at all and at no point did I feel frustrated with the wait time. Very professional, I will go back again

I took my car in for general maintenance totaling 600+ dollars. when my car was was returned to me i noticed my radio knob was broken, i told Nissan this and they said no one touched it, so my car magically found its way to the workspace area of the shop. i admitted the knob on the right was already broken, if i wanted to lie for them the replace the whole thing, i would've said both were their fault, which i explained to them. they however are denying that anyone touched the radio and the techs listen to their own music basically not taking responsibility for their actions. they proceeded to tell me they had to replace the whole system in order to fix the knob, i don't need my entire system replaced just take accountability and replace the knob you broke. they then further state to bring it in and the tech will "fix" it .. i asked how because if its glue i can do that myself. just very disappointed in the way this was handled, no accountability on their part, not sure if it's because i am a young woman they tried to take advantage of that.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I took my car into this place many times always a long wait, but the last time I was told I had to pay $200 for a diagnostic check. I paid was told the transmission issue, brain of the car was bad and that the struts of the car was bad total cost of fix about $6800 .. everything else was fine. The next day my battery died. My signal light wasn t working I called them I said I thought you did a thorough check how am I having all these other problems the day after I decline service from you for a second opinion. I will say they did send someone to me to give my cat a jump and I did spend another $300 for a new battery. I then got a second opinion and found out the issue was a sensor $800. Car runs fine. Today I m here because the airbag light came on and the other signal light is out ... guess what they want another $200.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Went for regular service and to report a issue of sound when in reverse. Was told my Axel needed to be torqued ($375). Not even a week later the problem is back. Also, something now have something that sounds like it is rubbing from the same side that originally had problem on. Did I mention a pc of my car was broken and had to replace. Horrible place

Terrible. So firstly no sign to indicate driveway so i drove past it n had to do 2 u-turns n several lights to get back... once inside sign points to customer parking but there is no entrance to the facility. Got back in my car n drove up a hill. Greeted by an extremely condescending and rude woman. Then told that i would have to pay $199.00 for a diagnostic but i was there to have a recalled sensor replaced.

I came here before to do an oil change and they discovered a nail in the tire. I agreed to have them plug the hold. Now the same tire is giving problems. I checked the tire at home and discovered no nail or screw was present. The same plug they installed failed and now I have to pay them to replace the tire.

Wemt to turn my lease in and they refused to take it, saying they did not have enough room ...when I spoke to Nissan they said they can't refuse me and gave me the location as a turn in spot... very poor service ...will never lease a vehicle from this location...very unprofessional and rude..even the manger.
